相转移催化合成对甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯的研究

对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯是一种有效的ＵＶＢ防晒剂[1 ,2 ] ,一般采用Ｃｌａｉｓｅｎ Ｓｃｈｍｉｄｔ缩合反应制得[3] ,但由于催化剂ＫＯＨ处于水相 ,对反应物不能充分起到催化作用导致产率较低[4] 。我们利用乙二醇 (ＰＥＧ)为相转移催化剂合成立体专一的反式对甲氧基肉桂酸 2 乙基己酯 ,产率提高到 72 .5 %。合成路线如下 :1　实验部分1 .1　仪器与试剂ＢＩＯ ＲＡＰＦＴ45 0红外光谱仪 ,用液膜法测试 ;Ｂｒｕｒｅｒ ＡＭ 30 0超导核磁共振仪 (溶剂ＤＣ Ｃｌ3) ;ＭＡＴ/44Ｓ ,ＧＣ ＭＳ型色质联用谱仪 ;试剂均为分析纯 ,上海化学试剂…     

钴膦簇合物的催化环丙烷化反应

本文首次利用碳基钴簇合物ＰｈＰＣｏ_３（ＣＯ）_９催化剂，在常压和－２０℃－０℃，用苯乙烯和重氮乙酸乙酯进行环丙烷化反应，合成了菊酸酯，重氮乙酸乙酯可全部转化，酯的选择性可达８５％。产物经减压分馏后，由ＩＲ和￣１ＨＮＭＲ分析，确证了产物为菊酸酯，表明了羰基钴簇合物对苯乙烯的环丙烷化反应有良好的催化性能，为四面体异核簇合物用于不对称催化反应打下了基础。     

WxC-MCM-48催化剂的合成、表征及加氢脱硫催化性能

以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源，十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂，仲钨酸铵为钨源，采用水热晶化法一步合成了不同钨含量(以Si、W物质的量比n_Si/n_W表示)的WO₃-MCM-48，然后经甲烷/氢气(V/V=1/4)混和气体程序升温还原碳化(TPC)，制备出了W_xC-MCM-48(x=1、2)催化剂，采用XRD、N₂吸附-脱附和NH₃-TPD对样品的结构进行了表征，用噻吩作为模型化合物，对W_xC-MCM-48催化剂的加氢脱硫催化活性进行了评价。结果表明，在一定钨含量的条件下，WO₃-MCM-48和W_xC-MCM-48样品仍然保持MCM-48的三维立方有序介孔结构，n_Si/n_W=30～15时，碳化钨的物相为W₂C；n_Si/n_W=7.5时，碳化钨为W₂C和WC物相，W_xC-MCM-48催化剂表现出了良好的加氢脱硫催化性能。     

Adsorption Behavior of a Water-soluble Porphyrin at the Glass-water Interface as Studied by Synchronous Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence Spectroscopy

Total imernal reflection fluorescence spectroscopy (TIRF) and synchronous scanning technique were combined to study the adsorption behavior of the meso-tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin (TPPS) at the glass-water interface without any surfactant. The pH dependence of synchronous fluorescence signal at the interface was analyzed. Both unprotonated (TPPS^4-) and diprotonated (H2TPPS^2-) forms of TPPS were observed at the interface. But the interface favored the adsorption of. The apparent estimated pKa2 value shifted from 5.00 in the bulk solution to 2.7 at the interface. STIRF provides a good technique to study multi-component systems at the interface.     

Facile generation of platinum(IV) compounds with mixed labile moieties. Hydrogen peroxide oxidation of platinum(II) to platinum(IV) compounds

Hydrogen peroxide oxidation of platinum(II) compounds containing labile groups such as Cl, OH, and alkene moieties has been carried out and the products characterized. The reactions of [Pt^II (X)₂ (N–N)] (X = Cl, OH, X₂ = isopropylidenemalorate (ipm); N–N 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine [(dmpda), N-isopropyl-1,3-propanediamine (ippda)] with hydrogen peroxide in an appropriate solvent at room temperature affords [Pt^IV (OH)(Y)(X)₂(N–N)] (Y = OH, OCH₃). The crystal structures of [Pt^IV(OH)(OCH₃)(Cl)₂(dmpda)]·2H₂O (P-1 bar, a = 6.339(2) Å , b = 9.861(1) Å, c = 11.561(1) Å, a = 92.078(9)°, β = 104.78(1)°, γ=100.54(1)°, V = 684.3(2) ų, Z = 2R = 0.0503) and [Pt^IV(OH)₂(ipm)(ippda)]·3H₂O (C 2/c, a = 27.275(6) Å, b=6.954(2) Å, c = 22.331(4) Å, β = 118.30(2)°, V = 3729(2) ų, Z = 8, R = 0.0345) have been solved and refined. The local geometry around the platinum(IV) atom approximates to a typical octahedral arrangement with two added groups (OH and OCH₃; OH and OH) in a transposition. The platinum(IV) compounds with potential labile moieties may be important intermediate species for further reactions.     

Two new tetranuclear complexes of the macrocyclic oxamide [MCu3] (M = Cd, Mn, macrocyclic oxamide = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotradecanne-2,3-dione): syntheses, spectra and magnetic properties

Two new tetranuclear complexes of macrocyclic oxamide [Cd(CuL)₃](NO₃)₂·2.5H₂O 1, [Mn(CuL)₃(OH)₂](ClO₄)₂·Mn(H₂O)₆·4.5H₂O 2 (L = 1,4,8,11-tatraazacyclotradecanne-2,3-dione) have been synthesized, structurally characterized and preliminary investigated by magnetic studies. The structures of the title complexes consist of a tetranuclear units MCu₃ (M = Cd, Mn), the packing diagram shows two-dimensional and three-dimensional system through intermolecular weak interactions. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities of complex 2 were analyzed by an approximate treatment leading to J = −33 cm⁻¹, g_Cu = 2.10, g_Mn = 1.95 indicating antiferromagnetic exchange between Cu(II) and Mn(II) ions.     

A Rapid and Convenient Synthesis of Derivatives of Imidazoles under Microwave Irradiation

An efficient and a quick microwave‐assisted synthesis of benzimidazoles and trisubstituted imidazoles was developed. Three benzimidazoles were obtained as a result of the condensation of 1,2‐phenylenediamine with carboxylic acids and acetoacetic ester without catalyst. A series of trisubstituted imidazoles were synthesized by condensation of benzil, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium acetate in the presence of glacial acetic acid.     

超声催化反应的研究现状和发展趋势

综述了近几十年来超声在催化反应领域中的研究成果,包括超声在均相和多相催化反应中的应用,探讨了超声在催化反应领域中的发展趋势。     

结合三维静电势参数研究二取代苯的定量结构－疏水性关系

对含有常见取代基的92个二取代苯化合物进行了结构优化和静电势及其导出参数的计算,运用多元线性回归方法对化合物的疏水常数与分子的结构参数进行了关联.结果表明,分子表面负静电势的加和ΣV－S、分子空间内最负的静电势Vmin、表面最大静电势Vs,max以及分子体积V、极性表面积APS和分子的偶极密度μ/V这六个参数,可以很好地用于表达这些化合物疏水性与分子结构间的定量关系,而不用具体考虑分子中极性基团间的相互作用.用建立起来的QSPR(quantitative structure-property relationship)关系式对111个类似化合物的疏水性进行了预测,获得了满意的结果.     

GC-FPD、GC-MS法分析血液样品中的毒鼠强

采用液-液提取方法及GC—FPD定量、GC—MS定性检测手段，对血液样品中毒鼠强的提取和检测方法进行了研究。时提取毒鼠强的溶剂类型、溶剂用量及质谱分析参数等因素进行了考察，建立了一种回收率高、重现性好、灵敏度佳、干扰少的毒鼠强分析方法。毒鼠强工作曲线的线性范围为0．01-0．2μg／μL，相关系数r=0．9999，空白血液的加标平均回收率为93．6％，测定结果的相对标准偏差为5．27％。该方法满足司法鉴定中生物样品的定性、定量检验要求。
