ZnO nanostructures were synthesised in a hydrothermal reaction of zinc acetate in the presence of molybdophosphoric acid (H3[PMo12O40]) as well as its vanadium-substituted acid (H4[PMo11VO40]) at various times, temperatures, and concentrations. The ZnO nanostructures were characterised by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results demonstrated that the synthesised products are crystalline with a zincite hexagonal phase. Various ZnO nanostructures, such as nanoparticles, microrods, and nanosheets, were produced by changing the experimental conditions. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was also investigated using the ZnO nanoparticles thus prepared. These particles exhibited high performance in the photocatalytic degradation of MO and almost 100 % decolourisation occurred within only 20 min.  相似文献

One-pot four-component reactions of phenacyl bromides, parabanic or thioparabanic acids, thiophenols, and triphenylphosphine in the presence of triethylamine afforded new derivatives of hydantoin or thiohydantoin in good to high yields (65%-90%). Their antibacterial activities were evaluated against two Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and two Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Among the synthesized compounds, the obtained products from 2-hydroxythiophenol exhibited higher antibacterial activity than those obtained from 2-aminothiophenol. Compound 9l including N,N′-diphenyl thiohydantoin moiety showed the highest antibacterial activity (26.0 ± 01.4) against B subtilis, in comparison with other synthesized samples. The antioxidant activities of the synthesized hydantoins and thiohydantoins were investigated by DPPH radical-scavenging based on Blois method. The results showed that all the compounds have high DPPH inhibition potency (77.4%-83.9%) that it could be due to existence of heteroatoms with lone pair electrons and exchangeable protons on their NH2 and OH groups.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate optomechanical force sensing via precooling and quantum noise cancellation in two coupled cavity optomechanical systems.We show that force sensing based on the reduction of noise can be used to dramatically enhance the force sensing and that the precooling process can eifectively improve the quantum noise cancellation.Specifically,we examine the effect of optomechanical cooling and noise reduction on the spectral density of the noise of the force measurement;these processes can significantly enhance the performance of optomechanical force sensing,and setting up the system in the resolved sideband regime can lead to an optimization of the cooling processes in a hybrid system.Such a scheme serves as a promising platform for quantum back-action-evading measurements of the motion and a framework for an optomechanical force sensor.  相似文献

Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-UV detection was applied for the extraction and determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples. An appropriate mixture of acetone (disperser solvent) and chloroform (extraction solvent) was injected rapidly into a water sample containing BPA. After extraction, sedimented phase was analyzed by HPLC-UV. Under the optimum conditions (extractant solvent: 142 μL of chloroform, disperser solvent: 2.0 mL of acetone, and without salt addition), the calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.5–100 μg L−1 with the detection limit of 0.07 μg L−1 for BPA. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 5) for the extraction and determination of 100 μg L−1 of BPA in the aqueous samples was 6.0%. The results showed that DLLME is a very simple, rapid, sensitive and efficient analytical method for the determination of trace amount of BPA in water samples and suitable results were obtained.  相似文献

A series of novel organosoluble polyamides (PAs) bearing different functional groups such as flexible ether, substituted imidazole, and xanthene rings and electron-withdrawing CF3 groups were synthesized from diamines and various dicarboxylic acids. The structures of diamines and PAs were fully characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The PAs showed good solubility in aprotic and polar organic solvents, with high thermal stability exhibiting the glass transition temperatures (Tgs) and 10% weight loss temperatures (T10%) in the range of 184–277°C and 410–480°C in N2 atmosphere, respectively. These polymers showed fluorescence emission upon irradiation with UV light. Diamine compounds and two of synthesized polymers were also screened for antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and the obtained results for all four combinations showed good inhibition. Extraction capability for heavy metal ions such as Cr3+, Pb2+, Hg2+, Cd2+, and Co2+ from aqueous solutions was also tested at 25°C and pH 7–8.  相似文献

We investigate a photonic crystal (PC) waveguide coupler which is formed by two closely spaced linear waveguides in a two-dimensional triangular lattice of air holes. Our study shows that shifting one row of the air holes between the waveguides affects the dispersion curves of the guided modes and if the triangular lattice of air holes between the waveguides is replaced by a rectangular lattice, this modification results in an ultra-short coupling structure with coupling length less than 3a, where a is the lattice constant. Also, we investigate the effect of changing the radii of air holes that are adjacent to or between the waveguides on the coupling length and show that increasing the radius of air holes between the waveguides decreases the coupling length. We analyze the output spectrum of an ultra-short channel drop filter designed based on this structure.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of three vitrification procedures [conventional straw (CS), open pulled straw (OPS) and closed pulled straw (CPS)] on the development of two-cell mouse embryos. Two-cell mouse embryos were randomly divided into vitrified and non-vitrified control groups. Embryos in the vitrified group were cryopreserved within a combination of 5.5 M ethylene glycol and 1M sucrose as cryoprotectants, loaded within three different straws (CS, OPS and CPS) and warmed in stepwise sucrose solutions. The survived embryos from each procedure were cultured in human tubal fluid (HTF). The non-vitrified control embryos were also cultured in the same manner. The rates of the development in all the groups were daily determined and statistically compared. On day 4 of the cultivation period, several expanded blastocysts from each group were randomly selected and stained either with propidium iodide (PI) and bisbenzimide or with terminal transferase- mediate DNA end labeling (TUNEL) Technique. The mean number of the inner cell mass (ICM), trophoectoderm (TE), necrotic and apoptotic cells were counted and statistically compared. The survival rate of embryos in CPS was significantly higher than that in OPS and CS. The rate of hatched blastocysts did not differ in the three vitrification procedures, but in comparison with that of the control, CS and OPS showed a significant reduction. The mean number of ICM and TE decreased in CS and OPS, whereas in CPS it was almost identical to that of the control. The incidence of apoptosis and necrosis appeared to be almost similar in all the groups. In conclusion, CPS seems to be an effective, easy and rapid method for the cryopreservation of two-cell mouse embryos.  相似文献

Various elastomeric polypropylenes (PPs) are synthesized through homogeneous propylene polymerization with metallocene catalyst (2‐PhInd)2ZrCl2 in the presence of different cocatalyst mixtures: triethylaluminum (TEA)/methylaluminoxane (MAO) or triisobutylaluminum (TIBA)/MAO in the range of AlAlR3/AlMAO = 0.0–0.9. The cocatalyst formulation impacts the resultant polymer microstructure and the thermal and dynamic mechanical properties of the produced PPs. 13C NMR analysis of the polymers reveals essentially atactic PP, with mmmm = 7.9%, when AlAlR3/AlMAO = 0.0. The mmmm pentad content is maximized when AlAlR3/AlMAO = 0.8; for TIBA, mmmm = 23.5%; and for TEA, mmmm = 17.6%. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis corroborate these findings. Specifically, Tm, ΔHm, and Tg are essentially maximized under these conditions, and the minimum damping is observed for AlAlR3/AlMAO = 0.6–0.8. 1H NMR analysis of the mixtures of catalyst and cocatalysts (without monomer) shows very minor differences for [Zr]:AlAlR3 in the range of 1:1–1:5. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
