讨论了当前固态组织演变过程的相场法模拟模型,论证了相场法中界面的概念以及模型中界面的各种处理方法,以AZ31镁合金再结晶系统为例,研究了模型参数取值对界面特征的影响,提出了晶界作用域的概念,阐述了晶界作用域就是相场模型中界面处有序化变量的变化范围,其物理意义是界面能量的分布范围,并对应于成分界面偏析的范围.模拟得出,晶界作用域宽度主要由梯度项系数决定,晶界能则由梯度项系数和耦合项系数共同决定.对于AZ31镁合金,模拟研究了晶界作用域宽度取值的合理性和对显微组织影响的关系,得出取值为1.18 μm时,模拟符 关键词: 相场法 界面 计算机模拟 显微组织  相似文献

通过对未加添加剂的醋酸锰-乙醇体系的一种简易的水基热解过程,制备了Mn3O4多面体纳米晶体。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)、拉曼光谱和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对Mn3O4的结构和形貌进行了表征。提出了Mn3O4多面体纳米晶体的形成机理。循环伏安法(CV)测试结果表明,所制得的Mn3O4电极呈现良好的赝电容性能。在扫描速率为5 mV.s-1时,得到了Mn3O4的最大比电容值173 F.g-1。  相似文献

兰州重离子冷却环CSR是兰州重离子加速器研究装置HRRFL的一项升级工程, 是一个双冷却储存环系统,由主环CSRm和实验环CSRe构成. 从HIRFL回旋加速器系统来的重离子束, 首先注入到主环CSRm中进行累积冷却, 然后加速到较高的能量引出打初级靶产生放射线次级束RIBs或高离化重离子束, 这些次级束再被送到验环CSRe储存起来以开展内靶实验.  相似文献

The 400 MeV/u 12C6+ion beam was successfully cooled by the intensive electron beam near 1 A in CSRe.The momentum cooling time was estimated near 15 s.The cooling force was measured in the cases of different electron beam profiles,and the different angles between the ion beam and electron beam.The lifetime of the ion beam in CSRe was over 80 h.The dispersion in the cooling section was confirmed as positive close to zero.The beam sizes before cooling and after cooling were measured by the moving screen.The beam diameter after cooling was about 1 mm.The bunch length was measured with the help of the signals from the beam position monitor.The diffusion was studied in the absence of the electron beam.  相似文献

A state-of-the-art high energy heavy ion microbeam irradiation system is constructed at the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This microbeam system operates in both full current intensity mode and single ion mode. It delivers a predefined number of ions to pre-selected targets for research in biology and material science. The characteristic of this microbeam system is high energy and vertical irradiation. A quadrupole focusing system, in combination with a series of slits, has been designed to optimize the spatial resolution. A symmetrically achromatic system leads the beam downwards and serves simultaneously as an energy analyzer. A high gradient quadrupole triplet finally focuses a C^6+ ion beam to 1 μm in the vacuum chamber within the energy range from 10 MeV/u to 100 MeV/u. In this paper, the IMP microbeam system is described in detail. A systematic investigation of the ion beam optics of this microbeam system is presented together with the associated aberrations. Comparison is made between the IMP microbeam system and the other existing systems to further discuss the performance of this microbeam. Then the optimized initial beam parameters are given for high resolution and high hitting efficiency. At last, the experiment platform is briefly introduced.  相似文献

A new generation electron cooler has started operation in the heavy ion synchrotron CSRm which is used to increase the intensity of heavy ions. Transverse cooling of the ion beam after horizontal multi-turn injection allows beam accumulation at the injection energy. After optimization of the accumulation process an intensity increase in a synchrotron pulse by more than one order of magnitude has been achieved. In given accumulation time interval of 10 seconds, 108 particles have been accumulated and accelerated to the final energy. The momentum spread after accumulation and acceleration in the 10-4 range has been demonstrated in six species of ion beams. Primary measurements of accumulation process varying with electron energy, electron beam current, electron beam profile, expansion factor and injection interval have been performed. The lifetimes of ion beams in the presence of electron beams were roughly measured with the help of DCCT signal.  相似文献

根据国际放射疗法的现状和发展, 为了进一步提升国内的肿瘤放射疗法, 研究设计了1台由两个完全相同的超周期组成的治癌专用离子同步加速器, 包括LATTICE、多圈注入系统、RF加速及三阶共振慢引出系统. 该加速器可以把质子加速到250MeV及碳离子加速到400MeV/u.  相似文献

分析了直螺线管磁场缺陷的来源,考虑了电子束的空间电荷作用,采用数值方法模拟计算了磁场缺陷对电子束横向温度的影响 ,获得了电子冷却装置中直螺线管磁场的均匀性要求.结果表明,当相对磁场缺陷小于1× 1 0-3时 ,影响可以被忽略.In order to obtain the tolerance requirement for the magnetic field homogeneity of the solenoids in electron cooling device, the source of the magnetic imperfection and its influence on the transverse temperature of electron beam were investigated by means of numerical simulation, and taking the space charge effect of electron beam into account. 单分散掺硫碳微球的水热制备及其表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以可溶性淀粉为碳源,采用硫辅助水热碳化法一步制备了平均粒径约为4μm的单分散掺硫碳微球。利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、氮气吸脱附、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、固体核磁共振等手段对掺硫碳微球的结构和性质进行了表征。硫辅助水热碳化法可以在高浓度条件下高产量地制备分散性良好的掺硫碳微球,更重要的是硫原子可以同步进入碳的网络结构中。与传统水热碳化法相比,采用硫辅助水热碳化法制备的掺硫碳微球具有更高的比表面积,其可能的原因是硫原子的引入产生了大量的化学与结构缺陷:-S-S-、-S-、-SO2-和-SO-等基团构成化学缺陷,而噻吩等五元环取代石墨六元环形成结构缺陷。  相似文献
