The clusters of Eu3+ ion in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) have been studied by three means. The relative fluorescence intensity ratio of the 5D0 → 7F2 to 5D0 → 7F1 transitions with different concentrations of Eu3+ in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA and metastable-state (5D0) lifetime dependence on Eu3+ concentration are analyzed. The analysis indicates that there are no clustering effects in Eu3+ ions of Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA when the Eu3+ doping concentration is up to 1.0 wt.-%. At the same time, the clustering effect has not been observed by the scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA with 1.0 wt.-% of Eu3+ ions. The analysis reveals that a high concentration of Eu3+ can be incorporated into polymer optical fiber (POF) without clustering effect.OCIS codes: 180.5810, 300.6280, 250.5460, 160.5690.  相似文献

This paper presents the applications of digital image correlation technique to the mesoscopic damage and fracture study of some granular based composite materials including steelfiber reinforced concrete, sandstone and crystal-polymer composite. The deformation fields of the composite materials resulted from stress localization were obtained by the correlation computation of the surface images with loading steps and thus the related damage prediction and fracture parameters were evaluated. The correlation searching could be performed either directly based on the gray levels of the digital images or from the wavelet transform (WT) coefficients of the transform spectrum. The latter was developed by the authors and showed higher resolution and sensitivity to the singularity detection. Because the displacement components came from the rough surfaces of the composite materials without any coats of gratings or fringes of optical interferometry, both surface profiles and the deformation fields of the composites were visualized which was helpful to compare each other to analyze the damage of those heterogeneous materials. The optical nonlinearities of Cu(mpo)2 [formula = C10H8N2CuO2S2] complex have firstly been investigated by using the Z-scan technique with a nanosecond-pulsed Nd:YAG laser at its second harmonic (532 nm) radiation. The nonlinear optical absorption and refraction coefficients of Cu(mpo)2 have been measured with the different on-axial peak irradiances I 0 at the waist ranging from 0.48 to 5.66 GW/cm2. The nonlinear transmittance characteristics exhibit the near resonant two-photon absorption (TPA) at 532 nm and are explained by a population redistribution model. The nonlinear absorption originates from the near resonant TPA while the mechanism of the nonlinear refraction is the near resonant TPA transition enhancement. The linear increasing dependences of the optical nonlinearities on the incident irradiance arise from the population redistribution due to the near resonant TPA.  相似文献

用光谱技术研究了水溶液中氧氟沙星(OFLX)和左氟沙星(LVFX)与人血清白蛋白相互作用的机制.荧光猝灭法测得的结果表明反应的结合常数为KOFLX=0.482×105L@mol-1,KLVFX=0.529×105L@mol-1,结合位点数nOFLX=0.72,nLVFX=0.74.按照Fōorster非辐射能量转移理论得到药物-蛋白之间的结合距离分别为rOFLX=2.94nm,nVFX=2.85 nm.实验结果说明OFLX与LVFX在体内与蛋白结合直到运输到受体部位这一环节基本相同.  相似文献

由于痕量元素在煤中的含量低微、检测困难,加之其原子量一般较大,可能的反应途径多,使得相关的反应机理研究难度极大。本文结合作者的研究成果,介绍了煤燃烧过程中痕量元素化学反应动力学的国内外研究进展,包括痕量元素化学动力学机理的建立;相关的典型实验、计算模拟及其实验验证、动力学机理模型的简化;痕量元素反应动力学机理的完善和发展,包括采用简单碰撞理论、活化络合物理论(亦称过渡态理论,或绝对反应速率理论)对痕量元素化学反应动力学机理的修正;最后指出煤燃烧过程中痕量元素动力学研究的若干方向是: (1)痕量元素反应动力学模型数据库的建立;(2)煤燃烧过程中,主量元素和次量元素的动力学机理的完善; (3)各痕量元素之间动力学研究的开展; (4)实际燃烧过程中痕量元素动力学行为的研究。  相似文献

The geodesic acoustic mode (GAM), first predicted by Winsor, Johnson and Dawson in an attempt to explain some experimentally observed low frequency oscillations in stellarators, is a special electrostatic fluid mode with low mode number and coupled with the so-called geodesic curvature of a toroidally confined plasma.
