This work presents a sensitive and rapid analytical method for the determination of oxcarbazepine in human plasma and urine samples. A vortex-assisted switchable hydrophilicity solvent-based liquid phase microextraction (VA–SHS–LPME) was used to preconcentrate oxcarbazepine from the samples before the determination by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The switchable hydrophilicity solvent was synthesized by protonating N,N-dimethylbenzylamine with carbon dioxide to make it totally miscible with an equivalent volume of water. Parameters of the VA–SHS–LPME method including volume of switchable hydrophilicity solvent, concentration/volume of sodium hydroxide and vortex period were systematically optimized. Under the optimum conditions, good linearity ranging from 27.03 to 353.47 μg/kg was obtained for the analyte. Limit of detection and quantitation values were found to be 6.2 and 21 μg/kg (mass base), respectively. The relative standard deviation was calculated as 6.9% for six replicate measurements of the lowest concentration of the calibration plot. Satisfactory recovery results were calculated in the range of 97–100% for human plasma and urine samples spiked at five different concentrations.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish some coupled coincidence point results in the setting of partially ordered cone metric spaces via $c$ -distance. We also proved some related coupled common fixed point theorems for such mappings. Our results generalize, extend, and unify several well-known comparable results in the literature regarding this topic. We present some examples to illustrate the concepts and results.  相似文献

Filomat. [Google Scholar]], Deveci and Aküzüm defined the adjacency-Jacobsthal-Hurwitz sequences of the first and second kind. In this work, firstly we produce the cyclic groups from the multiplicative orders of the generating matrices of the adjacency-Jacobsthal-Hurwitz sequences of the first and second kind when read modulo λ and we study the adjacency-Jacobsthal-Hurwitz sequences of the first and second kind modulo λ. Then, we give the relationship between the orders of the cyclic groups obtained and the periods of the adjacency-Jacobsthal-Hurwitz sequences of the first and second kind modulo λ. Further, we extend the adjacency-Jacobsthal-Hurwitz sequences of the first and second kind to groups and then we examine these sequences in the quaternion group Q8 in detail.  相似文献

Summary Noiri in 1984, Dontchev, Ganster and Reilly in recent years and Reilly and Vamanamurthy in 1983 introduced the notion of perfectly continuous, regular set-connected and clopen functions, respectively. The aim of this paper is to introduce the notion of a new class of functions which is called almost clopen functions including the classes of perfectly continuous, regular set-connected and clopen functions. In this article, β‐type fractional Sturm‐Liouville Coulomb operator is considered by Hilfer fractional derivative. Fundamental spectral theory is investigated for the aforementioned problem. In this context, it is shown that the operator is self‐adjoint, eigenfunctions correspond to the distinct eigenfunctions are orthogonal, and eigenvalues are real. Furthermore, applications of this problem are given by the Adomian decomposition method and the results are shown with visual graphs.  相似文献
