An ultra-high vacuum(UHV) compatible electron spectrometer employing a double toroidal analyzer has been developed. It is designed to be combined with a custom-made scanning tunneling microscope(STM) to study the spatially localized electron energy spectrum on a surface. A tip–sample system composed of a piezo-driven field-emission tungsten tip and a sample of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite(HOPG) is employed to test the performance of the spectrometer.Two-dimensional images of the energy-resolved and angle-dispersed electrons backscattered from the surface of HOPG are obtained, the performance is optimized and the spectrometer is calibrated. A complete electron energy loss spectrum covering the elastic peak to the secondary electron peaks for the HOPG surface, acquired at a tip voltage of-140 V and a sample current of 0.5 pA, is presented, demonstrating the viability of the spectrometer.  相似文献

Large-pore-size (150 nm) polystyrene (PSt) microspheres were carboxylated with phthalic anhydride (PA) through Friedel-Crafts acetylation to study the adsorption of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) on this material from aqueous solution. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) images and mercury porosimetry measurements (MPM) of the microspheres showed that the pore structure was unchanged during the reaction. High adsorption capacity (11.2 mg g−1 of suction-dried adsorbent) and adsorption rate (33.9 mg g−1 h−1) for TNT were observed during the study. As shown by the adsorption isotherm, the adsorption of TNT on PA-PSt can be described by the Freundlich adsorption equation, indicating heterogeneous adsorption process. On-column adsorption of TNT on PA-PSt and elution indicated that TNT can be completely removed from aqueous solution and condensed into acetone.  相似文献

基于常规速调管,研制了用于开展空间功率合成实验的微波源系统。介绍了50 MW超大功率速调管发射机的系统组成、大功率速调管、相位控制及高功率测试系统等。重点阐述了超大功率速调管发射机的关键技术,并针对超大功率发射机的设计难点提出了具体的解决方案。为提高超大功率发射机的可靠性,设计了基于绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)的感应叠加型全固态调制器。给出了超大功率发射机的测试结果,并探讨了超大功率速调管发射机的改进方法。最后对基于常规速调管,研制用于空间功率合成微波源系统的发展进行了展望。  相似文献

Both ZnO and Cu doped ZnO films with strong c-axis preferred orientation have been successfully prepared on porous silicon substrate, formed by electrochemical anodization, using radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering method. X-ray diffraction measurements showed that the intensity of (0 0 2) diffraction peak first decreased and then increased with the Cu doping content increasing. Meanwhile new weak (1 0 0), (1 0 1), (1 0 2) and (1 1 0) diffraction peaks appeared after doping. The optical band edge of ZnO:Cu films, deduced from the optical absorption spectra, shifted to a longer wavelength comparing with the undoped sample and we attributed this red shift phenomenon to the decreasing of carrier concentration. The broad light emission from 350 to 800 nm was obtained by combining the blue–green emission from ZnO with red–orange emission from porous silicon. This could be used as a source of white light emitting diode chips underlying the importance of our work. The variation and origin of the emission peaks were discussed through the Gaussian deconvolution, and the Raman scattering spectral revealed the characteristics of porous silicon and multiphonon processes.  相似文献

提出一种基于偏振模式转换的声光陀螺,分析其原理与结构并对该陀螺进行实验测试。静态测试结果表明,当声光作用长度为15mm,声表面波输入功率为100mW,频率为168.201MHz时,偏振模式转化效率为80.02%。在偏置条件下进行旋转测试,得到输出电压随陀螺转速呈线性变化的曲线,其灵敏度约为1mV/[(°)/s]。偏振型声光陀螺保留声表面波陀螺体积小、成本低等优点,而在灵敏度上有大幅提高。  相似文献

作为人体体液之一的尿液中含有多种人体新陈代谢的产物以及体内排出的毒素,如果能够对这些组分进行定性分析,就能够在一定程度上有效反映人体器官的健康状况,这是临床医学中重要的研究途径。该实验分别以785和1 030 nm激光作为源激发,以具有电磁场增强的金纳米粒子作为基底,利用表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)对临床实验研究中所用的人体新鲜尿液的成份进行快速、无损分析。通过控制金纳米溶胶与尿液原液的混合比例从而来制备一系列具有不同配比的实验样品,并且通过实验我们获得其相应的SERS光谱。由实验结果分析可知,我们能够有效地得到尿液中尿酸、次黄嘌呤等多种成份的SERS光谱。与此同时,我们还研究了在不同波长激光条件下的尿液的SERS光谱。相较于1 030 nm的激光,785 nm的激光得到的SERS光谱具有较高的分辨率以及较低的背景值。与此同时,利用具有1 030 nm激光的便携式拉曼仪对实验样品进行快速、无损分析,有望为临床医学现场、快速分析诊断提供帮助和支持。而且相信,SERS能够在人类健康甚至生物组织的检测等方面提供更加详细的信息。  相似文献

The interaction between trelagliptin and pepsin was probed through spectroscopy methods and molecular dynamics simulation. Results of fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence spectroscopy analysis showed that trelagliptin can spontaneously interact with pepsin through a static quenching. This interaction was mainly driven by hydrogen bonding and van der Waals, as evident from thermodynamic parameters and molecular dynamics simulation. The microenvironment of tyrosine residues and the secondary structure of pepsin were slightly influenced by trelagliptin based on synchronous fluorescence, three-dimensional fluorescence, and circular dichroism spectra. In addition, the activity of pepsin was hardly affected by the insertion of trelagliptin. Molecular dynamics simulations were used to further analyze the pepsin–trelagliptin complex. This study provides useful information for binding mechanisms of trelagliptin on pepsin.  相似文献

This study was to validate the feasibility of using a magnetic resonance imaging-guidewire (MRIG) for intravascular 3.0 T MR imaging of deep-seated arterial walls of large animals. The functionality of a 0.032-in. MRIG was evaluated and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was calculated. Then, MRI of ten iliofemoral arteries of six pigs was acquired by MRIG and surface coil. The difference in the SNRs of the arterial walls between different coils was compared. Histology examined the potential thermal injuries of the imaged vessels. The MRIG functioned with the 3.0 T MR scanner. The average SNR of the arterial walls was significantly higher with the MRIG than with the surface coils (76.22 ± 34.76 vs. 12.63 ± 4.25, P < 0.01). Histology showed no evidence of thermal injuries at the vessel walls. This study validated the feasibility of generating intravascular 3.0 T MRI of deep-seated arterial walls in large animals, which should facilitate the translation of this technique from 1.5 to 3.0 T MR scanner.  相似文献
