A hybrid material system consisting of (3-glycidyloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane and zirconium(IV) n-propoxide was prepared. The influence of processing parameters including Zr content, UV irradiation and sol ageing on the properties of the resultant thin films was discussed. Refractive index, at 633 nm, and reflectance measurements were performed and near-field waveguide images of the samples were taken. Optical propagation loss measurements, at 633 nm, were studied. Film thickness and cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy images were obtained as a function of process conditions. FT-IR spectroscopy was used to monitor chemical reaction pathways in the system during processing. It was demonstrated that the crosslinking of epoxy groups in the structure, along with inorganic network formation as a result of sol-gel reactions, was the primary reason for the changes in the optical and physical properties of the system. As Zr containing species and/or UV irradiation may be employed to crosslink the epoxy groups in the structure, the optical and physical properties of the system can be tuned by optimal combination of these two crosslinking methods, as well as sol ageing process.  相似文献

The corrosion of metals, i.e., the initiation and acceleration of the surface deterioration of metals through an electrochemical reaction with the surrounding intrusive environment, is a global concern because of the economic and environmental impacts. Corrosion inhibitors are considered the most practical choice among the available corrosion protection techniques due to their effectiveness in terms of functionality and cost. The use of traditional and toxic corrosion inhibitors has led to environmental issues, arousing the need for green counterparts that are environmentally friendly, easily accessible, biodegradable, and cost-effective. In this review, the utilization of green corrosion inhibitors purely acquired from renewable sources is explored, with an in-depth focus on the recent advancements in the use of fruit and vegetable extracts as green corrosion inhibitors. In particular, fruits and vegetables are natural sources of various phytochemicals that exhibit key potential in corrosion inhibition. To shed light on the true potential of such extracts in the protection of steel in acidic environments, the experimental techniques involved in corrosion inhibition and the mechanism of corrosion inhibition are discussed in detail. The study highlights the potential of fruit and vegetable extracts as non-toxic, economical, and effective corrosion inhibitors in the pursuit of green chemistry. In addition to discussing and outlining the current status and opportunities for employing fruit and vegetable extracts as corrosion inhibitors, the current review outlines the challenges involved in the utilization of such extracts in corrosion inhibition.  相似文献

The Cl substitution reactions of the N/N ( 1 ‐ 3 ) and N/O ( 4 and 5 ) spirocyclic monoferrocenylphosphazenes with 1,4‐dioxa‐8‐azaspiro[4,5]decane (DASD) produce the mono‐ ( 1a ‐ 5a ), geminal‐ ( 1b ‐ 5b ) and tetrakis‐DASD‐substituted ferrocenylspirocyclotriphosphazenes ( 1c ‐ 5c ). The mono‐ and geminal‐DASD‐substituted phosphazenes have two and one stereogenic P‐centers, respectively. The structures of the compounds were established by spectroscopic techniques. The molecular structures of 3a and 2b were evaluated using X‐ray crystallography. Additionally, the ultrathin and highly ordered Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) films of 3a and 2b were also prepared. The characterizations of the LB films were done using p‐polarized grazing angle (GAIR) and horizontal attenuated total reflectance (HATR) techniques. On the other hand, the antimicrobial activities of the eight phosphazene derivatives against G(+) and G(‐) bacteria and fungi were investigated. Furthermore, the interactions between the compounds and plasmid DNA were studied by agarose gel electrophoresis.  相似文献

An organically modified silicate-based material system with epoxy functionality was synthesised by the sol–gel method using some certain Si- and Ti-alkoxide precursors. The resultant system was processed with ultraviolet (UV)-radiation. Influences of certain synthesis and process parameters, including Ti content, sol ageing time, and UV-irradiation time, on various properties of the system were detailed. Overall results demonstrated that Ti-based precursors and UV-radiation could be employed to modify the microstructure, and that the final properties of the system might be tuned by an optimal combination of these two parameters. This preliminary study therefore revealed that this technique described herein might be used to develop a new process regime to obtain materials of this type with desired properties.  相似文献

An amperometric phenol biosensor was constructed by using poly(glycidylmethacrylate-co-vinyl ferrocene) grafted iron oxide nanoparticles for detection of different phenolic compounds (catechol, aminophenol, phenol, p-cresol, pyrogallol). The poly(glycidylmethacrylate-co-vinyl ferrocene) and nanoparticles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The copolymer grafted iron oxide nanoparticles and Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were covalently attached on gold (Au) electrode surface. The effect of pH, temperature and characteristic features such as; reusability and storage stability were studied. The electrode showed good response time within ~3 s. The electrocatalytic response showed a linear dependence on the phenolic compounds concentration ranging from 0.5 to 17.0 mM.  相似文献

The complex [Pt(5,5′-dmbipy)Cl4] (1) (5,5′-dmbipy is 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine) was prepared from the reaction of H2PtCl6·6H2O with 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine in methanol. The same method was employed to make [Pt(6-mbipy)Cl4] (2) (6-mbipy is 6-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine). Both complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV–Vis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 195Pt NMR spectroscopy. Their solid state structures were determined by the X-ray diffraction method.  相似文献

As known,the method to obtain a sequence space by using convergence field of an infinite matrix is an old method in the theory of sequence spaces.However,the study of convergence field of an infinite matrix in the space of almost convergent sequences is so new(see [15]).The purpose of this paper is to introduce the new spaces f and f0 consisting of all sequences whose Cesa`ro transforms of order one are in the spaces f and f0,respectively.Also,in this paper,we show that f and f0 are linearly isomorphic to the spaces f and f0,respectively.The β-and γ-duals of the spaces f and f0 are computed.Furthermore,the classes(f:) and(:f) of infinite matrices are characterized for any given sequence space,and determined the necessary and sufficient conditions on a matrix A to satisfy BC-core(Ax) K-core(x),K-core(Ax) BC-core(x),BC-core(Ax) BC-core(x),BC-core(Ax) st-core(x) for all x ∈∞.  相似文献

In this paper, we first consider a generalization of Kim’s p-adic q-integral on Zp including parameters α and β. By using this integral, we introduce the q-Daehee polynomials and numbers with weight α,β. Then, we obtain some interesting relationships and identities for these numbers and polynomials. We also derive some correlations among q-Daehee polynomials with weight α,β, q-Bernoulli polynomials with weight α,β and Stirling numbers of second kind.  相似文献
