The infrared photodissociation spectra of [(CO 2) n (CH 3OH) m ] (-) ( n = 1-4, m = 1, 2) are measured in the 2700-3700 cm (-1) range. The observed spectra consist of an intense broad band characteristic of hydrogen-bonded OH stretching vibrations at approximately 3300 cm (-1) and congested vibrational bands around 2900 cm (-1). No photofragment signal is observed for [(CO 2) 1,2(CH 3OH) 1] (-) in the spectral range studied. Ab initio calculations are performed at the MP2/6-311++G** level to obtain structural information such as optimized structures, stabilization energies, and vibrational frequencies of [(CO 2) n (CH 3OH) m ] (-). Comparison between the experimental and the theoretical results reveals the structural properties of [(CO 2) n (CH 3OH) m ] (-): (1) the incorporated CH 3OH interacts directly with either CO 2 (-) or C 2O 4 (-) core by forming an O-HO linkage; (2) the introduction of CH 3OH promotes charge localization in the clusters via the hydrogen-bond formation, resulting in the predominance of CO 2 (-).(CH 3OH) m (CO 2) n-1 isomeric forms over C 2O 4 (-).(CH 3OH) m (CO 2) n-2 ; (3) the hydroxyl group of CH 3OH provides an additional solvation cite for neutral CO 2 molecules.  相似文献

Dialkyl disulfide-linked naphthoquinone, (NQ-Cn-S)2, and anthraquinone, (AQ-Cn-S)2, derivatives with different spacer alkyl chains (Cn: n = 2, 6, 12) were synthesized and these quinone derivatives were self-assembled on a gold electrode. The formation of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of these derivatives on a gold electrode was confirmed by infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy (IR-RAS). Electron transfer between the derivatives and the gold electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. On the cyclic voltammogram a reversible redox reaction between quinone (Q) and hydroquinone (QH2) was clearly observed under an aqueous condition. The formal potentials for NQ and AQ derivatives were −0.48 and −0.58 V, respectively, that did not depend on the spacer length. The oxidation and reduction peak currents were strongly dependent on the spacer alkyl chain length. The redox behavior of quinone derivatives depended on the pH condition of the buffer solution. The pH dependence was in agreement with a theoretical value of E1/2 (mV) = E′ − 59pH for 2H+/2e process in the pH range 3–11. In the range higher than pH 11, the value was estimated with E1/2 (mV) = E′ − 30pH , which may correspond to H+/2e process. The tunneling barrier coefficients (β) for NQ and AQ SAMs were determined to be 0.12 and 0.73 per methylene group (CH2), respectively. Comparison of the structures and the alkyl chain length of quinones derivatives on these electron transfers on the electrode is made.  相似文献

Reduction of dibenzo[a,e]pentalene 3 (denoted as dibenzopentalene hereafter) with excess lithium gave dilithium dibenzopentalenide 1. Since oxidation of 1 with iodine gave 3, redox behavior between 1 and 3 is controllable and reversible. Reaction of 3 with methyllithium gave lithium 5-methyldibenzopentalenide 5, the formation of which was evidenced by some trapping experiments and X-ray crystallographic analysis. Reactions of 3 with halogens gave 5,10-dihalodibenzopentalenes, 8 and 9. Some optical properties of novel dibenzopentalene derivatives are also demonstrated.  相似文献

Activation of dihydrogen by masked dialumenes (Al=Al doubly bonded species) is reported. Reactions of barrelene‐type dialumanes, which have the reactivity as masked equivalents of 1,2‐diaryldialumenes ArAl=AlAr, with H2 afforded dihydroalumanes ArAlH2 at room temperature (Ar: bulky aryl groups). These dihydroalumanes form hydrogen‐bridged dimers [ArHAl(μ‐H)]2 in the crystalline state, while a monomer–dimer equilibrium was suggested in solution. The 1,2‐diaryldialumenes generated from the barrelene‐type dialumanes are the putative active species in the cleavage of H2.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive immunoassay based on a sequential injection analysis (SIA) using magnetic microbeads for the determination of alkylphenol polyethoxylates (APnEOs) is described. An SIA system was constructed from a syringe pump, a switching valve, a flow-through type immunoreaction cell equipped with a photon counting unit and a neodymium magnet. Magnetic beads, to which an anti-APnEOs monoclonal antibody was immobilized, were used as a solid support in an immunoassay. The introduction, trapping and release of the magnetic beads in and from the immunoreaction cell were controlled by means of a neodymium magnet and adjusting the flow of a carrier solution. The immunoassay was based on an indirect competitive immunoreaction of an anti-APnEOs monoclonal antibody immobilized on the magnetic beads with a sample APnEOs and a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled APnEOs in the same sample solution, and was based on the subsequent chemiluminscence reaction of HRP on the magnetic microbeads with a luminol solution containing hydrogen peroxide and p-iodophenol. The anti-APnEOs antibody was immobilized on the magnetic microbeads by coupling the antibody with the magnetic beads after activation of a carboxylate moiety on the surface of the magnetic beads that had been coated with a polylactic acid film. The antibody immobilized magnetic beads were introduced in the immunoreaction cell and trapped in it by the neodymium magnet, which was equipped beneath the immunoreaction cell. An APnEOs sample solution containing the HRP-labeled APnEOs at a constant concentration, and a luminol solution containing hydrogen peroxide and p-iodophenol were sequentially introduced into the immunoreaction cell, according to an SIA programmed sequence. Chemiluminescence emission was monitored by means of a photon counting unit located at the upper side of the immunoreaction cell by collecting the emitted light with a lens. A typical sigmoidal calibration curve was obtained, when the logarithm of the concentration of APnEOs was plotted against the chemiluminescence intensity as the number of photons in 100 ms using standard APnEOs sample solutions at various concentrations (0–1000 ppb) under optimum conditions. The lower detection limit defined as IC80 is ca 10 ppb. The time required for analysis is less than 15 min per a sample. The present method was successfully applied to the determination of APnEOs in river water.  相似文献

Fruit peels, pericarps, or rinds are rich in phenolic/polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant properties and potentially beneficial effects against obesity and obesity-related non-communicable diseases. This study investigated the anti-obesity effects of matoa (Pometia pinnata) and salak (Salacca zalacca) fruit peel. Neither matoa peel powder (MPP) nor salak peel powder (SPP) affected the body weight, visceral fat weight, or serum glucose or lipid levels of Sprague–Dawley rats when included as 1% (w/w) of a high-fat diet (HFD). However, MPP significantly decreased the hepatic lipid level. MPP at a dose of 3% (w/w) of the HFD decreased body weight, visceral fat, and serum triglyceride levels as well as the hepatic lipid content. The inhibitory effect of MPP on hepatic lipid accumulation was not enhanced when its concentration was increased from 1% to 3% of the HFD. The anti-obesity effect of matoa was partly explained by the inhibitory effect of the matoa peel extract on fatty acid-induced secretion of ApoB-48 protein, a marker of intestinal chylomicrons, in differentiated Caco-2 cell monolayers. We identified hederagenin saponins that are abundant in MPP as potential anti-obesity substances. These results will contribute towards the development of functional foods with anti-obesity effects using the matoa fruit peel.  相似文献

本文通过离子迁移质谱法研究了氧化钠团簇阳离子(NanOm+,n≤11)的稳定结构. 质谱结果表明化学计量组成Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+ (n=3、5、7、9和11)系列是稳定的,并且NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+ (n=5、7、9和11)系列作为二级稳定系列. 为了获得这些团簇离子的结构,通过离子迁移率测量实验测定离子和氦缓冲气体之间的碰撞截面. 同时计算了这些组合物优化结构的理论碰撞截面. 结果表明,Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+和NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+的结构除了n=9之外,其它具有相似结构框架. Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+所有的化合键位于钠和氧之间. 另一方面,NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+中除了Na-O键之外,还存在一个O-O氧键,表明NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+具有过氧化物离子(O22-)作为Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+的氧化物离子(O2-) 的替代物. Na(Na2O)(n-1)/2+和NaO(Na2O)(n-1)/2+两种稳定系列都是闭壳组合物. 这些闭壳特征对氧化钠簇阳离子的稳定性具有强烈影响.  相似文献
