Synthesis of donor-acceptor alkynylcyclopropanes by diastereoselective cyclopropanation of electron-deficient alkenes with alkoxyalkynyl Fischer carbene complexes

The reaction of electron-deficient alkenes with alkoxyalkynyl Fischer carbene complexes (FCCs) represents a straightforward route to a new type of captodative (donor-acceptor) alkynylcyclopropanes, which have been prepared in moderate to high yields and in a diastereoselective manner. Some studies regarding the employment of additives to facilitate the recovery of the metal moiety after the reaction are also described. Finally, the first example of a cyclopropanation reaction through employing Fischer carbene complexes under microwave irradiation is presented; this method proved to be an advantageous alternative to the thermal reaction.     

Well-defined star-shaped calcite crystals formed in agarose gels

Single crystals of calcite exhibiting a morphology of well-defined 8-armed stars, which evolved from original rhombohedral calcite crystals with their 8 points extending radially into eight arms, were produced by crystallization of CaCO3 in agarose gels.     

Synthesis of tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-b]-β-carboline derivatives with complex basic substituents

Novel tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-b]-β-carbolines derivatives 6 bearing complex basic chains as substituents on the imidic nitrogen have been prepared in a one-pot reaction. This simple experimental procedure overcomes the direct handle of isocyanates which can be favorably generated “in situ” from carbonyldiimidazole (CDI) and different amines. The stereochemistry of the novel compounds was determined by nmr experiments.     

Excess molar volumes and excess viscosities for then-hexane+dichloromethane+tetrahydrofuran ternary system at 25°C

Exces molar volumes, and excess viscosities of then-hexane+dichloromethane+tetrahydrofuran system have been determined at 25°C by measuring densities and viscosities. Different expressions exist in the literature to predict these excess properties from binary data. The empirical correlation of Cibulka is shown to be the best in this system.     

流动注射氢化物石墨炉原子吸收法的应用研究 Ⅰ.——实验装置与分析性能

氢化物石墨炉联用技术的原理是先在较低温度下将氢化物蒸气通入石墨炉并分解沉积于石墨管的内表面,然后再在高温下原子化。该法能明显提高灵敏度,消除液相和气相干扰。本文采用自制的半自动氢化物石墨炉进样系统及流动注射氢化物发生器,直接在普通石墨炉上进行氢化物石墨炉分析,研究了部分元素的测定条件,建立的方法操作方便,灵敏度高,耗样少,线性范围宽,是一种值得推广的新方法。

综述了40多年来大环烷构象的研究进展，将大环烷分为偶数和奇灵敏环分别对其构象研究进行讨论，得出大环烷构象的一般规律，并介绍了有关大环化合物构象的命名法则。     

The influence of the brewing process on the formation of biogenic amines in beers

Biogenic amines, as dabsyl derivatives, were determined in beer samples, intermediate products, and raw materials (malt and maize) by HPLC. A procedure for the extraction of the amines from malt and maize with diluted hydrochloric acid was optimised by combining a Response Surface Methodology with a Simultaneous Decision Making Approach. The results of the analysis indicate that, in brewing, technology and hygiene are the decisive factors that determine the amine concentrations in the final product.     

一阶导数光谱K系数法同时测定硝基酚钠三组分

研究和建立了同时测定硝基酚钠混合三组份的新方法——一阶导数光谱K系数法。确定了最佳实验条件和测定波长,方法简便、快速、准确。通过对动植物细胞赋活增进剂中邻硝基酚钠、对硝基酚钠、5-硝基愈创木酚钠三组份的直接测定,其相对误差小于2%,相对标准偏差小于3%,回收率为99～103%。     

ICP—AES法测定玩具材料中痕量砷,硒,锑

用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ０测定了玩具材料中的痕量砷，硒和锑。方法简便快速，回收率为９７．５％－１０２．７％，相对标准偏差小于３％。     

Synthesis and biological evaluation of spongistatin/altohyrtin analogues: E-ring dehydration and C46 side-chain truncation

Simplified analogues of the potent antimitotic marine macrolide spongistatin 1/altohyrtin A were synthesised and evaluated as growth inhibitory agents against a range of human tumour cell lines, including Taxol-resistant strains, revealing that E-ring dehydration leads to enhanced cytotoxicity at the low picomolar level while truncation of the side-chain at C46 results in a drastic decrease in activity.
