Accelerated Hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl Picolinate Catalyzed by Metallomicelle Made from a Novel Macrocyclic Polyamine Copper（Ⅱ） Complex

A copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 of a novel macrocyclic polyamine ligand with hydroxylethyl pendant groups, 4,11-bis（hydroxylethyl）-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane （L） has been synthesized and characterized. Rate enhancement for hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate （PNPP） catalyzed by 1 was studied kinetically under Brij35 micellar condition. For comparision, the catalytic activity of corresponding copper（Ⅱ） complex 2 of non-substituted macrocyclic polyamine ligand, 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraaza-cyclotetradecane （L＇） toward the hydrolysis of PNPP was also investigated. The results indicate that the macrocyclic polyamine copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 effectively catalyzed the hydrolysis of PNPP, and the pendant ligand hydroxyl group or deprotonated pendant ligand hydroxyl group can act as catalytically active species in the reaction. A ternary Complex kinetic model involving metal ion, ligand and substrate has been proposed, and the results confirmed the reasonability of such kinetic model.

温控非水液/液两相催化,是指一类由两种或多种液态有机物组成的催化反应体系,其特点是体系的相态变化可通过温度来调控,即体系在高温时相互混溶呈均相,低温不溶分成两相,催化剂和产物分别处于两相,从而为解决均相催化剂分离难的问题开拓了一个新方向,是液/液两相催化研究领域最引人注目的进展之一.首次以"温控"为主线将氟两相催化作为温控液/液两相催化的一个特定类型纳入"温控非水液/液两相催化"范畴,并与其它通过温度来调控的有机液/液两相和作者提出的温控相分离催化串在一起作一较为详细的评述.     

Recent Advances in Rare‐Earth Polypnictides

The polypnictide complexes of rare earth cations have drawn the attention of the scientific community for their uncommon bonding modes and potential applications. Herein, we present a systematic and comprehensive summary on recent advances in the field of rare earth polypnictides, focusing on their synthesis, structures, and reactivities. The structural stabilizing effects imposed by the electropositive rare earth cations as well as the reducing capability of rare earth precursors in the synthesis of these polypnictide complexes are described in this review. We also disscuss in detail the bonding interactions and coordination modes between rare earth cations and polypnictide clusters as well as the similarities and the peculiarity of some structures.     

两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸苄酯纳米粒药物载体的合成研究

用磺酸酯法制备单端氨基聚乙二醇引发剂,引发谷氨酸苄酯羧酸酐开环聚合,生成可生物降解的两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇﹣聚谷氨酸苄酯(PEG-PBLG),用IR,NMR和GPC表征了共聚物。用超微透析法制备PEG-PBLG聚合物纳米粒,荧光芘探针法测定纳米粒的临界聚集浓度(cac)。紫外分光光度计考察纳米粒对疏水性药物的增溶作用,PEG-PBLG可作为亚微粒药物输送系统的载体。     

配合物形成的三维超分子体系—[Ni(C_6H_4O_2N)_2(H_2O)_4]的水热法合成、晶体结构及热分析

采用水热法用Ni(NO3)26H2O和异烟酸制备出了一种新的由配合物形成的三维超分子体系—[Ni(C6H4O2N)2(H2O)4],并通过X射线衍射对其晶体结构进行了测定。 该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为Pī, 所得晶胞参数为: a = 6.9228(4), b = 9.6664(19),c = 6.322(1) , a = 96.86(3), b = 113.33(3), g = 110.35(3)°, V = 347.6(1) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 374.98, Dc = 1.791 g/cm3, F(000) = 194, m = 1.443 mm-1。用1362个可观察的 (I > 2s(I))衍射点,修正123个结构参数, 最终偏离因子R = 0.0444,wR = 0.1271。在组成该化合物的基本结构单元[Ni(C6H4O2N)2(H2O)4]中,Ni处于1个稍微拉长的八面体的中心; 各个结构单元之间通过氢键OH…O相互连接,形成了无限伸展的具有层状结构的三维超分子体系。 另外,从差热及热重曲线可以看出,该化合物加热到154 ℃时开始分解, 首先失去4个H2O,再失去2个异烟酸根,最后残余物为NiO。     

Hydroxylation of nigranoic acid to 6β-hydroxynigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026

Microbial transformation of nigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026 afforded the new derivative 6β-hydro-xynigranoic acid. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

MOLECULAR WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION OF AB, A, TYPE CONDENSATION POLYMERS OBTAINED BY ADDING AB MONOMERS IN BATCHES

The molecular weight distribution (MWD) and arm length distribution of AB, Ar type condensation polymers obtained by adding AB monomers in batches have been derived by statistical and kinetic methods. Calculations show the MWD of condensation polymers obtained by this process is much narrower than that of one batch reaction and agrees with the Monte Carlo results very well.     

SILICA-BOUND CROWN ETHERS PLATINUM COMPLEX AS HYDROSILYLATION CATALYST

Silica-bound 15-Crown-5, 18-Crown-6 with a spacer of propyloxymethyl and their platinum complexes have been synthesized. It was found that they were efficient catalysts for the hydrosilylation of olefms with triethoxysilane in the temperature range of 60 to 130 ℃.     

白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义

为了研究白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义 ,用原子吸收光谱法检测了正常对照组与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前及移植后骨髓空虚期全血微量元素铜的含量。结果表明 ,正常对照组全血铜浓度与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前全血铜浓度差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与骨髓空虚期全血铜浓度有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,说明白血病缓解后血铜接近正常对照组水平 ,而白血病骨髓移植患者预处理后骨髓空虚期全血铜含量高于正常对照组 ,说明预处理影响微量元素铜的代谢 ,本文就其影响机理进行了研究     

瑞香素稀土配合物的合成和性质

自六十年代以来陆续发现稀土化合物具有一系列特殊的药效作用 ,使稀土元素在药物上的应用展现出广阔前景。目前 ,已有不少稀土化合物应用于临床 ,如抗凝血药物 3 磺酸异烟酸钕、左旋糖酸镨、钕混合物 ;消炎药水杨酸钐等。合成具有生物活性配体的稀土配合物是寻找有效稀土药物的一条途径。瑞香素是一具有抗菌、抗炎、抗凝血等生物活性的香豆素类化合物 ,其分子结构为 :稀土与香豆素类的配合物的合成与性质研究己有不少报道[1,2 ] 。为了进一步研究这类配合物的性质和生物活性 ,我们合成了六种瑞香素稀土配合物。1　实验部分1 .1　仪器及试剂…
