运用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法,研究了Hg2CuTi型 Mn2NiGe合金的电子结构对外加压力的响应以及Mn2NiGe的电子结构、磁性对四方变形的响应.结果表明:i)随着外加压力的增加,因Ni、Mn原子间距的减小而导致杂化程度的增强,使得态密度整体向低能区域移动,同时,态密度幅度整体略有减小;ii)在由奥氏体相到马氏体相的变形中,同样因Ni、Mn原子间距的减小而导致杂化程度的增强,占据态的态密度向低能区域移动,体系的能量降低,同时,成键态向低能方向移动,反键态向高能方向移动,能带变宽,成键作用加强,最终导致在马氏体相中的稳定性增大;iii)在四方变形过程中,Mn2NiGe总磁矩的变化主要由Ni原子磁矩的变化所产生. 相似文献

The generation of dual-wavelength domain-wall rectangular-shape pulses in a highly nonlinear fiber (HNLF)-based fiber ring laser is experimentally demonstrated. The dual-wavelength lasing operation is realized by employing the intracavity birefringence-induced spectral filtering effect. An 85 m long HNLF is introduced into the fiber ring laser to enhance the nonlinear effect, which is favorable for the cross coupling between the two lasing beams. Experimentally, it was found that the interval of two domain walls in the time domain could be adjusted by simply tuning the linear cavity phase delay, which results in the achievement of different output pulse shapes. By properly rotating the polarization controller (PC), the dual-wavelength rectangular-shape pulses could be efficiently obtained. High-quality alloyed near-infrared CdTexSe1?x quantum dots were synthesized by a modified organometallic method. The emission wavelength of the alloyed quantum dots were turned from visible to near-infrared range by changing the composition of the precursor. The photoluminescence intensity of the alloyed quantum dots was further enhanced by coupling through localized surface plasmons from Au nanoparticles. The alloyed CdTeSe quantum dots coupled with Au nanoparticles exhibited a 4 times photoluminescence enhancement than that of bare CdTeSe quantum dots by turning the localized surface plasmons resonant absorption of Au nanoparticles consistent to the excitation wavelength. We report on the microstructure formation in Foturan glass, induced by 1~kHz, 120 femtosecond laser irradiation. It is found that the line-shaped filamentation, not void array tends to be formed in this glass. This is different from our previous experimental results in fused silica and BK7 glasses. Starting from the propagation equation of Hermite-cosh-Gaussian (HChG) beams and the intensity moments definition, an analytical expression for the propagation of the kurtosis parameter of unapertured HChG beams passing through paraxial optical ABCD systems is derived and illustrated numerically.
