Interdiffusion processes are induced by nanosecond laser pulses from an excimer laser. The Bi-based systems studied are formed by a Bi layer and a Sb or Ge layer. Configurations with Bi at the surface layer or at the innermost layer are both studied. Real-time reflectivity measurements are performed during the irradiation to determine the process kinetics and times and Rutherford backscattering spectrometry is used to obtain the concentration depth profiles. It will be shown that there is an interfacially initiated diffusion process in the Bi-Sb system and that the diffusion coefficients of this system within the liquid phase are in the 10–5–10–6 cm2/s range. The Bi-Ge system shows instead little mixing, the diffusion coefficients of the system within the liquid phase being at least two orders of magnitude lower. The differences observed when Bi is the surface layer or the innermost one are related to the different thermal responses of the system.  相似文献

Summary We estimate the accuracy of the adiabatic approximation in predicting the time evolution of local observables for an XY quantum magnet with a slowly variable external magnetic field. The system evolves according to the natural Hamiltonian dynamics and the spectral gap produced by the magnetic field is assumed to be large with respect to the term inducing quantum fluctutions. The proof is based on a finite order truncation of a time dependent cluster expansion in inverse powers of the time scale . In the analytic case, we show that the accuracy of this truncated expansion is of order for any >1. If the time dependent perturbation is suddenly switched on at time zero and switched off at time , the accuracy of the adiabatic approximation is proven to be of orderO( –1.  相似文献

The modification of a glassy carbon surface by coating with an electrostatically assembled film of tetraruthenated cobalt porphyrin/(meso-tetra(4-sulphonatephenyl)porphyrinate zinc(II) yields an indicator electrode that allows the determination of nitrite to be performed with a limit of detection of 0.1 μM in a flow injection configuration. The dynamic range extends up to 1000 μM and the repeatability of the measurements was evaluated to be 1.5% with a throughput of 50 samples per hour. The efficiency of the bilayered film to mediate the electron transfer allows the determinations to be performed at a less positive potential (+0.75 V) with enhanced sensitivity. The coating also prevents the surface poisoning and its stability is maintained over several weeks. The same detector was used for determination of nitrate after reduction to nitrite in a reductor column containing copperised cadmium. This method was used for the determination of nitrate and nitrite in mineral water, saliva and cured meats, the results being in agreement with certified values and those obtained by using recommended procedures.  相似文献

A time- and cost-saving method for the congener-specific analysis of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in human serum has been developed and validated. After two fast extraction and clean-up steps, analyses were performed using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry with single ion monitoring (GC/SIM-MS), either in electron impact (EI) or electron-capture negative ionization (ECNI) mode. For the determination of dioxin-like congeners, an improvement in EI-MS sensitivity is desirable and use of NI is thus preferred. The procedure was validated for 12 dioxin-like congeners by analyzing spiked samples on three different days and using (13)C(12)-labelled analogues as internal standards. When using an NCI source, the limit of quantification was assessed at 0.01 microg/L, except for PCBs #77 and #81, which cannot be reliably detected below 0.05 microg/L. For the lower chlorinated non-dioxin-like congeners, NI offers less selectivity because of limited fragmentation. Electron impact ionization and electron-capture negative ionization mode can therefore be considered to be complementary for the determination of PCB congeners in the general population.  相似文献

The reaction of trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCICA) and triphenylphosphine in the presence of a carboxylic acid results in the in situ formation of the corresponding acid chloride under mild conditions. Subsequent addition of amines or alcohols, in the presence of a tertiary amine affords the corresponding amides, or esters, in good to excellent yields.
