Three new diterpenoids with a substituted α-cyclogeraniol skeleton have been isolated from the umbelliferae Magydaris panacifolia (Vahl) Lange, for which the names of magydar-2,13-dien-11,17-diol, 1, magydar-2,10 (20), 13-trien-17-ol, 2, and magydar-2,10(20), 13-trien-17-yl acetate, 3, are proposed. Trixagol 1 and fourteen derivatives with the skeleton of γ-cyclogeranil geraniol were isolated from Bellardia trixago, the structures were determined by spectroscopic methods and confirmed by partial synthesis. Furthermore. 3,4-dihydro-γ-ionone, α-ambrinol, β-sitosterol and three flavonoids 5-O-demethyl tangeretin, 5-hydroxy auranetin and 3′-methoxy calycopterin were also isolated.  相似文献

Tissue engineering offers the potential of providing vessels that can be used to replace diseased and damaged native blood vessels. The endothelization of a synthetic vascular graft minimizes the failures associated with blood clotting and platelet activation. The aim of this study was to culture vascular-derived endothelial and smooth muscle cells on both untreated and NaOH-treated poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL) films, a biocompatible and bio-resorbable polymer, and to evaluate the behavior of both cell types as a preliminary study for vascular graft development. PCL films were prepared by hot pressing; characterized by DSC, IR, SEM, and scanning force microscopy; and treated with NaOH to increase the surface hydrophilicity before cell culture. Endothelial and smooth muscle cells, isolated from pig cava vein, were characterized by immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy studies of endothelial nitric oxide synthase and alpha-smooth muscle actin. Good adhesion, growth, viability and morphology of both the endothelial and smooth muscle cells on PCL films were obtained, but a light stimulation of mitochondrial activity was observed during short culture times. NaOH treatment improved the adhesion and enhanced the proliferation in both cell types. This verified the possible use of this modified polymer as a support in the preparation of a synthetic vascular graft. A novel preparation of methyl (13S)-13-hydroxyisoatisiren-18-oate ( 4 ), a key-intermediate in a synthesis of (+)-methyl trachyloban-18-oate ((+)- 1 ), from (?)-abietic acid, is described. Since (?)- 1 has been previously converted into (?)-methyl 16-oxo-17-norkauran-18-oate ((?)- 16 ), our preparation of 4 constitutes also a formal total synthesis, from (?)-abietic acid, of (+)- 16 . Key steps in this approach were the allene photoaddition to podocarp-8(14)-en-13-one ( 5 ) and the conversion of the endo-toluene-4-sulfonate 11 into the exo-benzoate 12b .  相似文献

A detailed comparison of tartaric acid (HOOC-CHOH-CHOH-COOH) and succinic acid (HOOC-CH(2)-CH(2)-COOH) molecules on a Cu(110) surface is presented with a view to elucidate how the two-dimensional chirality exhibited by such robust, chemisorbed systems is affected when both OH groups of the former molecule are replaced with H groups, a stereochemical change that leaves the metal-bonding functionalities of the molecule untouched but destroys both chiral centers. Introduction of atropisomeric axes into a bent bispyridine ligand leads to the quantitative formation of a complex mixture of atropisomeric M2L4 cages upon treatment with metal ions. Whereas the isomer ratio of the obtained cage mixture, consisting of up to 42 isomers, is insensitive to temperature and solvent, the quantitative convergence from the mixture to a single isomer is accomplished upon encapsulation of a large spherical guest, namely fullerene C60. The observed isomerization with other guests depends largely on their size and shape (e.g., <10 and 82% convergence with planar triphenylene and bowl-shaped corannulene guests, respectively). Besides the unusual guest-induced convergence, the present cage mixture displays the strongest guest emission (ΦF = 68%) among previously reported MnLm cages and capsules, upon encapsulation of a BODIPY dye in water.

A complex mixture of atropisomeric M2L4 cages is shown to undergo perfect convergence to a single isomer upon encapsulation of spherical C60 in water. Moreover, the cage mixture displays very strong guest emission upon encapsulation of a BODIPY dye.  相似文献

The construction and response of an immobilized enzyme modified electrode as an amperometric sensor is described. Xanthine oxidase was adsorbed on a carbon paste electrode and physically entrapped with a semipermeable membrane. Uric acid, the product of the enzymatic reaction, was oxidized electrochemically at +0.4 V vs. Ag/AgCl, yielding a steady-state current directly related to the bulk concentration of the substrate. Hypoxanthine and xanthine were determined in the range 5–100 μM at Ph 7.2 with good precision. Interferences are discussed.  相似文献

An effective multiresidual method for the trace analysis of fifteen compounds from a diverse group of pesticides, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs) and polybrominated biphenyl (PBBs) in aquaculture feed is described. The analytical procedure is based on the matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) of feed sample and subsequent elution with hexane. The MSPD process was evaluated using an asymmetrical experimental design 2(3)3(2)//9. Factors such as C18 sorbent amount, kind of adsorbents, solvent volume and elution mode were considered. The results suggest that the operational MSPD conditions are elution with pressure, 1 g of C18, basic alumina as adsorbent and 30 mL of hexane. The overall method including MSPD procedure and GC coupled to mass spectrometry (MS/MS) has been applied to several samples of aquaculture feed and marine species. Precision and accuracy of the analytical method were determined using the reference material from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA-406), showing a good agreement to the referenced values.  相似文献
