The time resolved polarized CARS technique has been used to detect Cl atoms produced by photolysis of ICl in the presence and absence of O2. A population inversion was observed between the ground state electronic levels Cl(2P1/2) and Cl(2P3/2). The rate constant for Cl(2P1/2) decay (quenching + reaction) in ICl was determined to be (3.2±0.2)×10–13 cm3/molecule×s; the rate constant for Cl(2P3/2) reaction with ICl was determined to be (7.8±0.5)×10–12 cm3/molecule×s; and the rate constant for Cl(2P1/2) quenching by O2 was determined to be (1.9±0.2)×10–13 cm3/molecule×s. 相似文献
Producing macrocyclic mesogens that are responsive to guest encapsulation presents a significant challenge. Cyclo[6]aramides, a type of macrocycle with a hydrogen‐bond‐constrained backbone, exhibit thermotropic lamellar, discotic nematic, hexagonal, and rectangular columnar mesophases over a considerably wide temperature range, including at room temperature. Additionally, cyclo[6]aramides show unusual mesophase transitions from lamellar to hexagonal columnar phase mediated by macrocyclic host–guest (H–G) interactions between the macrocycles and alkylammonium salts. The phase transition, triggered by an organic guest engaging in H–G interactions with a macrocyclic cavity, provides a novel strategy for manipulating the properties of liquid‐crystalline materials. The crystal structure of a homologous cyclo[6]aramide reveals a disk‐shaped, near‐planar molecular backbone that facilitates intermolecular π–π stacking and leads to columnar assembly. 相似文献
Two‐step assembly of a peptide from HPV16 L1 with a highly charged europium‐substituted polyoxometalate (POM) cluster, accompanying a great luminescence enhancement of the inorganic polyanions, is reported. The mechanism is discussed in detail by analyzing the thermodynamic parameters from isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), time‐resolved fluorescent and NMR spectra. By comparing the actions of the peptide analogues, a binding process and model are proposed accordingly. The driving forces in each binding step are clarified, and the initial POM aggregation, basic‐sequence and hydrophobic C termini of peptide are revealed to contribute essentially to the two‐step assembly. The present study demonstrates both a meaningful preparation for bioinorganic materials and a strategy using POMs to modulate the assembly of peptides and even proteins, which could be extended to other proteins and/or viruses by using peptides and POMs with similar properties. 相似文献
A quantitative analysis of multiple components with a single‐marker method was established for the simultaneous determination of five sesqutiterpenoids in Xingnaojing injection. This method was established with Xingnaojing injection determined by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detection. The durability and system suitability of the established method were evaluated, and the reliable relative correction factors were obtained with curdione selected as an internal reference. The contents of the five components in all Xingnaojing injections were determined by external standard method and the contents of curcumenone, curcumenol, curzerenone, and germacrone were also calculated with the obtained relative correction factors. Then, relative error was investigated to estimate the difference of the two methods. As a result, the established new method possesses good adaptability, and there is no significant difference between the two methods, except for the content of curzerenone in eight samples. To put the established method into practice, the limits of quantitation of the established method of the five components were proposed and defined. Thus, the developed methodology can also be utilized to the quality evaluation of Xingnaojing injection, in spite of the difference found in the content of curzerenone between the external standard method and the newly established method. 相似文献
A facile and versatile method for the synthesis of Janus graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets with different structures is reported. Based on electrostatic assembly, Janus GO nanosheets can be easily functionalized with a template polymer or be defunctionalized by altering the ionic strength. By using this approach, Janus GO nanosheets are prepared successfully with hydrophobic polystyrene chains on one side and hydrophilic poly(2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) chains on the other side.
