Lens-to-sample distances, delay time, atmospheric condition, laser pulse energy, etc. had obvious effects on the analytical performance of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. In this paper, these parameters are investigated in greater detail and we will explain how they have influences on the analytical performance. The results show that the focal plane under the sample surface can improve precision and detection limit, and the delay time should be decided according to sensitivity and accuracy. Spectral line intensity is stronger in argon than helium, nitrogen and air gas environment. Pulse energy should exceed energy threshold (about 50 mJ) which can generate plasma, and the energy should not exceed about 300 mJ to avoid plasma shielding. Under optimum parameters, concentration relative standard deviation of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, and Cr for low-alloyed steel (sample number 11278) which were measured 11 times is 2.37%, 2.18%, 2.23%, 7.8%, 9.34%, 1.92%, and 2.13%, respectively. And the detection limit of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, and Cr for pure steel is 0.0045%, 0.0072%, 0.0069%, 0.0027%, 0.0024%, 0.0047%, and 0.0024%, respectively. 相似文献

A novel diffractive optical element, named phase zone photon sieve
(PZPS), is presented. There are three kinds of phase plates in
PZPSs: PZPS1, PZPS2, and PZPS3. Each of the PZPSs has its own
structure and is made on quartz substrate by etching. The three
PZPSs have stronger diffraction peak intensity than a photon sieve
(PS) when the margin pinhole and zone line width are kept the same.
The PZPS3 can produce a smaller central diffractive spot than the
ordinary PS with the same number of zones on the Fresnel zone plate.
We have given the design method for and the simulation of PZPS and
PS. PZPS has potential applications in optical maskless lithography. 相似文献

The effects of beam wander corrected and pointing errors on the average capacity of a non-Kolmogorov turbulent atmosphere communication channel are studied. The gamma–gamma irradiance probability density function model has been considered to include the effects of non-Kolmogorov turbulence. An expression for the average capacity under beam wander corrected, pointing errors and the spectral index of refractive-index fluctuation. Simulation results for effects of circular detection aperture of radius, atmosphere turbulence strength and wavelength on average capacity are presented. Our results show that the average capacity has an oscillation in the case of short propagation distance, but in the case of long propagation distance, it has gradually reduced curves. And the turbulence strength has a strong influence on average capacity. In general, turbulence reduces the average capacity; it can reduce average capacity by increasing of the power law α. Signals of ultracold plasma are observed by two-photon
ionization of laser-cooled caesium atoms in a magneto-optical trap.
Recombination of ions and electrons into Rydberg atoms during the
expansion of ultracold plasma is investigated by using
state-selective field ionization spectroscopy. The dependences of
recombination on initial electron temperature (1--70 K) and initial
ion density ($ \sim $10$^{10}$ cm$^{ - 3})$ are investigated. The
measured dependence on initial ion density is $N^{1.547\pm 0.004}$
at a delay time of 5 $\mu $s. The recombination rate rapidly
declines as initial electron temperature increases when delay time
is increased. The distributions of Rydberg atoms on different values
of principal quantum number $n$, i.e. $n=30$--60, at an initial
electron temperature of 3.3 K are also investigated. The main
experimental results are approximately explained by the three-body

在蓝宝石衬底上生长了以AlN/GaN超晶格准AlGaN合金作为势垒的HEMT结构材料,并与传统AlGaN合金势垒样品进行了对比.在高Al组分(≥40%)情况下,超晶格势垒样品的表面形貌明显改进,电学性能特别是2DEG面电子浓度也有所改进.对超晶格势垒生长参数进行了初步优化,使得HEMT结构薄层电阻进一步降低,最后获得了251 Ω/□的薄层电阻.

本文从理论和实验上对Cs39D态Rydberg原子在弱电场作用下的Stark效应做了详细研究. 理论上利用数值方法计算了Cs原子39D态的Stark结构;实验上,采用两步激发超冷基态原子获得超冷Rydberg原子,通过场电离的方法获得了39D态的Stark光谱,测量获得α5/22,α5/20,α3/22和α3/20相应的极化率分别为:62(7),-146(13), 73(6) 和-106(20) MHz·V-2cm2,实验结果与理论相符合. 相似文献
