In this study, a new stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) coating based on poly(vinylphthalimide-co-N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide) monolith (SBSE-VPMB) was prepared. The influences of the contents of monomer in polymerization mixture and the percentage of porogen solvent on the extraction performance were investigated thoroughly. Several characteristic techniques, such as elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy, mercury intrusion porosimetry and infrared spectroscopy, were used to characterize the monolithic material. The analysis of oxfendazole (OFZ) and mebendazole (MBZ) in milk and honey samples by the combination of SBSE with HPLC with diode array detection was selected as paradigms for the practical evaluation of the new coating. Under the optimized extraction conditions, the limits of detection (S/N=3) for OFZ and MBZ were 0.23-0.60 μg/L in milk and 0.24-1.08 μg/L in honey, respectively. The method also showed good linearity, repeatability, high feasibility and acceptable recoveries for real samples. At the same time, the extraction performance and the distribution coefficients (K(VPMB/W)) of OFZ and MBZ on SBSE-VPMB were compared with other SBSEs based on porous monoliths and commercial SBSE.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated the mechanisms of chamaejasmine action on human HEp-2 larynx carcinoma cells, which possess constitutively active Akt. Results indicated that chamaejasmine showed more notable anticancer activity than apigenin against HEp-2, PC-3, NCI-H1975, HT-29 and SKOV-3. Moreover, chamaejasmine presented most significantly inhibition towards HEp-2, with IC?? values of 1.92 μM. Treatment of HEp-2 cells with chamaejasmine (1-4 μM) resulted in signi?cant dose-dependent decrease in Akt phosphorylation at Serine473. Chamaejasmine-mediated dephosphorylation of Akt resulted in inhibition of its kinase activity, which was con?rmed by reduced phosphorylation of proapoptotic proteins BAD and glycogen synthase kinase-3, essential downstream targets of Akt. Inactivation of Akt seems to be associated with downregulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor 1 protein level and inhibition of its autophosphorylation upon chamaejasmine treatment. Exposure to chamaejasmine signi?cantly induced caspase-9 and caspase-3 activity. In vivo, chamaejasmine intake through gavage resulted in inactivation of Akt and induction of apoptosis in HEp-2 tumors. These results suggest that Akt inactivation and dephosphorylation of BAD is a critical event, at least in part, in chamaejasmine-induced HEp-2 cells apoptosis.  相似文献

The aggregation behavior and phase separation of nanorod (NR)/nanoparticle (NP) nanoinclusions immersed in semiflexible polymer brushes (PBs) are investigated by using molecular dynamics simulations. A variety of phases are formed by varying the size ratio q = σrp, where σr and σp are the diameters of NR and NPs, respectively, and the attractive interactions εM between NR/NP nanoinclusions and PBs. Ordered structures of NRs surrounded by large NPs are observed for the small size ratio q, and a dispersed mixture phase appears for the moderate size ratio q at weak attractive interaction. Meanwhile, the crystallization of NRs occurs at strong attractive interaction for the large size ratio q and a main face‐centered cubic (fcc) structure combined with a small amount of hexagonal‐closed packed (hcp) structure is observed. This investigation can provide some insights into the self‐assembly of complex nanoinclusions and promise a new approach for controlling the self‐assemble behavior of NPs. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The phase separation of diblock copolymers containing some energetically neutral/biased nanoparticles is studied by means of large-scale dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) simulations. The effects of the volume fraction of nanoparticles, the size of nanoparticles, and the interaction strength between nanoparticles and blocks on the lamellar phase separation of diblock copolymers are investigated. When these effects are up to a critical value, the diblock copolymer nanocomposites can form a new bicontinuous morphology, which is well consistent with the experimental results. It is also found that the degree of order of phase separation for a given system increases slightly and then decreases abruptly until the bicontinuous morphology is formed as the volume fraction of nanoparticles increases. Furthermore, we discuss the microphase transition through the position distributions of nanoparticles and present a phase diagram in terms of the nanoparticle volume fraction, size, and surface interaction strength.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive gas chromatography method was developed for the simultaneous determination of florfenicol (FF) and its metabolite florfenicol amine (FFA) in fish, shrimp, and swine muscle. The extracted samples were defatted with hexane and cleaned up by solid-phase extraction using Oasis MCX cartridges. The eluate was evaporated to dryness, and residues were derivatized and determined by gas chromatography with a microcell electron capture detector. Overall average recoveries ranged from 81.7 to 109.7% for fish, 94.1 to 103.4% for shrimp, and 71.5 to 91.4% for swine muscle. The detection limit was 0.5 ng/g for FF and 1 ng/g for FFA, respectively. The method was validated for the determination of incurred swine muscle samples in an actual residue study.  相似文献

In this paper, we study boundary value problems for fractional differential equations involving Caputo derivative in Banach spaces. A generalized singular type Gronwall inequality is given to obtain an important priori bounds. Some sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions are established by virtue of fractional calculus and fixed point method under some mild conditions. The influences of applied electric fields and surface charges on elastic modulus of nanostructures such as nanowires and nanofilms are investigated within the framework of classic continuum mechanics. Under an applied electric field, the surfaces of structures are subjected to the electrostatic forces (negative pressure) along the direction of the electric field, and the resulting surface charges also change the surface mechanical properties due to the Hellman–Feynman (H–F) forces. Through incorporating the surface energy from the negative pressure and the H–F forces into surface free energy, the exact and analytical expressions of the effective elastic modulus of nanowires and nanofilms are addressed by considering the surface energy effects on the elastic modulus of nanostructures, which involves the contribution of the applied electric field and surface charges. The numerical results indicate that applied electric fields parallel to the axis of the nanowire and nanofilms enhance the transverse Young's modulus while reducing axial modulus of nanostructures. The effective modulus of nanowires and nanofilms with lateral surface charges depends on the surface charges density and the sign of the charges. In addition, the effect of electric field and surface charges on Young's moduli of nanowires and nanofilms has been found to be sensitive to structural geometric dimensions such as the thickness of the film and the diameter of the wire.  相似文献

The effects of molecular weight (MW) of isotactic polypropylene (iPP), the content of β‐PP, the size of its spherulites and the morphology of its α‐phase and β‐phase (α‐ and β‐PP) on the impact strength, with different contents of β‐nucleating agent, were investigated by two ways. The results show that the impact strength of iPPs increased initially, and then decreased with the content of β‐nucleating agent (maximum at 0.1 wt%). The impact strength was related to the size of β‐spherulites and had no apparent correlation with the content of β‐PP. The morphology of the bundle shape and intercrossing boundaries of β‐spherulites were dominant in improving impact strength with low content of β‐nucleating agent, while the MW of iPP was dominant with high content of β‐nucleating agent.
