丙环唑配合物的合成、缓释性能及生物活性研究

Five propiconazole(L) complexes (ML₂Cl₂, M=Zn(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ); ML₄Cl₂, M=Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ)) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. These complexes exhibited favorable controlled release property, it took 40 to 120 hours to release 85% amount of ligand in the water. The toxicity determination to Botrytis cinera, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Gibberella zeae, Fussrium moniliforme and Colletotrichum orbiculare indicated that the fungicidal activities of the complexes were better than that of the ligand except Mn-complex to Rhizoctonia cereali. The EC50 of Zn-propiconazole were 0.045 2～0.144 1 μg·mL^-1, Co- and Ni-propiconazole were 0.066 3～0.210 4 μg·mL^-1 and 0.183 9～0.340 7 μg·mL^-1, respectively, and Mn-propiconazole were only 0.353 6～0.538 0 μg·mL^-1. The growth regulation experiment to wheat seeding by dressing treating indicated that inhibiting activities of the complexes to root length and stem height were weaker than that of the ligand.     

Analysis of 17β-Estadiol from Sewage in Coastal Marine by Surface Plasmon Resonance Technique

In this study, surface plasmon resonance （SPR） for monitoring 17β-eatradiol （E2） was developed. The small molecule E2 was immobilized on a CM5 sensor chip for an indirect competitive immunoassay to detect E2. The SPR response bahed on the antigen-antibody reaction was measured by injecting the sample solution into the flow system. The limitation of detection was 0.445 μg/L. The developed SPE-SPR system was applied to analyze the seawater samples. Recovery of E2 was 91.6%-93. 1%. Relative standard deviations（RSD） for the E2 assay were between 10.9%-15.1% （n = 3）. The range of determination of E2 samples from the sewage in the coastal marine environ-ment was between ND（lower than detection limit） and ca. 11.78 ng/L.     

Synthesis of monodisperse poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads and their application in separation of biopolymers

The monodisperse, porous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads of 7.9 microm were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The seed particles prepared by dispersion polymerization exhibited good absorption of the monomer phase. Based on this media, a weak cation-exchange (WCX) stationary phase for HPLC was synthesized by a new chemically modified method. The prepared resin has advantages of biopolymer separation, high column efficiency, low column backpressure, high protein mass recovery, and good resolution for proteins. The dynamic protein-loading capacity of the synthesized WCX packings was 18.2 mg/g. Five proteins were separated in 3.0 min using the synthesized WCX stationary phase. The experimental results show that the obtained WCX resin has very weak hydrophobicity. The WCX resin was also used for the rapid separation and purification of lysozyme from egg white in 5.0 min with only one step. The purity and specific bioactivity of the purified lysozyme were found to be more than 93% and 70 245 U/mg, respectively.     

水相湿法改性纳米碳酸钙表面性质的研究

用特定的表面改性剂在水相中对纳米碳酸钙的悬浮液进行了湿法改性。红外光谱和热失重分析证明,改性剂与碳酸钙之间以化学键结合;沉降体积和接触角的测定结果说明改性粒子在液体石蜡中的润湿性和疏水性得到了提高;透射电子显微镜照片显示改性粒子在液体石蜡中有更好的分散性;体系粘度实验表明改性粒子与液体石蜡之间有较好的相容性。     

A spectroscopic study on the 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H3PMo12−nWnO40) combined with cetylpyridinium bromide in the epoxidation of cyclopentene

The epoxidation of cyclopentene with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H₃PMo_12−nW_nO₄₀, n = 1–11), 12-tungstophosphoric acid and 12-molybdophosphoric acid combined with cetylpyridinium bromide as a phase transfer reagent was carried out in acetonitrile. Among 13 heteropolyacids investigated, catalyst of H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ showed the highest activity, giving a conversion of 60% and a selectivity of 95% in the epoxidation of cyclopentene. The fresh catalysts and the catalysts under reaction condition were characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR and ³¹P NMR spectroscopy, which has revealed that all of the molybdotungstophosphoric acids were degraded in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to form a considerable amount of phosphorus-containing species. The active species resulted from H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ are new kinds of phosphorus-containing species, which is different from {PO₄[WO(O₂)₂]₄}³⁻.

高碲酸合铜（Ⅱ,Ⅲ）配合物的合成和性质

在Ｈ６ＴｅＯ６／ＫＯＨ水溶液中以臭氧为氧化剂，将二价铜化合物氧化成三价铜化合物，并获得一个新的三价铜化合物Ｂａ４Ｋ［Ｃｕ（Ｈ２ＴｅＯ６）２］（ＯＨ）４．６Ｈ２Ｏ；描述了碱性溶液中“Ｃｕ（Ⅲ）／Ｃｕ（Ⅲ）”循环伏安图。对铜（Ⅲ）化合物，Ｎａ４Ｈ［Ｈ２ＴｅＯ６）２］．１７Ｈ２Ｏ以及相应的铜（Ⅱ）配合物的电子光谱和Ｃｕ２ｐＸＰＳ进行了研究，给出了其配位场场强参数和Ｃｕ２ＰＸＰＸ的电子结合能。由于价态升高     

3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酰甲壳素的制备与表征

在甲磺酸体系中，将具有较好紫外吸收性能的3，4，5—三甲氧基苯甲酸分子键接到甲壳素的分子链上，制得了3，4，5—三甲氧基苯甲酰甲壳素。采用红外光谱、^1H-NMR、广角X—射线衍射、紫外光谱等表征方法对改性产物进行了结构表征。通过对改性产物的紫外光谱表征发现产物具有一定的吸收紫外线能力。产物在有机溶剂中有一定的溶解性能。     

双波长吸光光度法测定磷矿中氧化镁

以EGTA－Ba和SO4^2-为联合掩蔽体系，有效地消除因大量钙存在而产生的干扰。在PH10．2硼砂缓溶液中，镁与偶氮氯磷Ⅰ形成稳定络合物，用自制的双波长分光光度仪，在组合波长570nm和500nm下，用于磷矿中镁的测定。不需分离，方法简单，快速，结构满意。
