用等效网络方法求均匀弹簧纵振动的本征频率

利用机电类比方法导出了均匀质量弹簧在几种特定边界条件下的本征频率方程,并给出了相应的本征频率公式。体现了等效网络理论分析机械振动问题的优越性。     

用反差确定电子束曝光剂量与刻蚀深度的关系

 为了精确地确定电子束曝光剂量与刻蚀深度间的关系，根据抗蚀剂的灵敏度曲线，采用反差经验公式来确定剂量与刻蚀深度间的关系。选用正性抗蚀剂PMMA进行曝光实验，将计算值进行曲线拟合，得到的关系曲线与实验结果基本相符。当剂量在20~35 μC/cm²间时，实验值与计算值间的差值最小，说明当剂量在此范围内时该方法能够更加精确地确定剂量与刻蚀深度间的关系。采用该方法节省了实验时间，提高了刻蚀效率。     

超视力人眼模型的研究

超视力人眼模型对充分发掘人眼视力达到“鹰视”具有重要意义。用Zernike多项式描述角膜前表面，用渐变折射率描述晶状体的折射率分布，同时考虑人眼视轴和光轴的夹角对成像的影响，利用光学设计软件Zemax建立了人眼超视力模型。将Zernike条纹矢高面应用到人眼模型中，能有效改变视轴方向(即5°视场)的成像质量，提高点扩散函数（PSF）值。采用晶状体渐变折射率符合人眼的实际解剖结构，可有效减小人眼像差。通过分析人眼极限分辨能力和人眼模型波像差，得出当空间频率为60周期/度时，该模型对目标高频细节感知的调制度可达到0.55。     

Pr^3＋或Sm^3＋掺杂YAG∶Ce的发光特性及其荧光寿命

研究了Pr3 ,Sm3 掺杂对YAG∶Ce发射光谱及其荧光寿命的影响。观察到当掺杂Pr3 时,在609nm处出现Pr3 的发射峰,而掺杂Sm3 时,在616nm处呈现Sm3 的发射峰。掺杂Pr3 或Sm3 增加红光区的发射峰将有利于提高YAG∶Ce荧光粉的显色性。实验中测定了(Y0.95Sm0.01Ce0.04)3Al5O12、(Y0.95Pr0.01Ce0.04)3Al5O12、(Y0.96Ce0.04)3Al5O12的荧光寿命(τ),观察到在YAG∶Ce中掺入Pr3 或Sm3 使Ce3 的荧光寿命减小。实验结果表明,少量掺杂Pr3 或Sm3 并未引起基质的结构的变化。     

Rapid Fabrication of Three-Dimensional Woodpile Photonic Crystals by Means of Two-Photon Photopolymerization

Two-photon photopolymerization （TPP） of femtosecond laser is a promising method to fabricate three-dimensional woodpile photonic crystals （PCs）. We build micro-fabricatlon system based on the principle of TPP. Three- dimensional woodpile PCs consisting of in-plane rod distances ranging from 1000nm to 2000nm are fabricated by focusing femtosecond laser in photosensitive liquid resin ORMOCER. The properties of the PCs are also discussed, and fundamental photonic band gaps in middle-infrared range are measured, whose in-plane rod distances are 1500nm and 2000 nm. Three-dimenslonal woodpile PC devices with desired defects, such as cross-waveguide and micro-laser structures, are introduced easily by TPP. We fabricate the three-dimensional woodpile PCs in the liquid resin at the fast scanning speed of 120μm/s.     

晶界内耗的研究

晶界内耗是中国科学家葛庭燧开创的一个研究领域．以往晶界内耗的研究主要是用多晶试样进行的．最近作者用不同取向差的双晶试样研究了单个晶界的内耗，取得了一些新的结果．文章综述了研究晶界内耗的意义以及新近的进展．     

通过大分子单体的“点击”反应合成超支化聚苯乙烯

用一端带有一个叠氮基,另一端带有两个炔基的聚苯乙烯(PSt)大分子单体,通过"点击"化学反应,成功制备了结构规整的超支化聚苯乙烯。首先,L-天冬氨酸经过溴化和酯化两步反应得到含有两个炔基的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)引发剂——2-溴代琥珀酸双炔丙基酯(BPBS),然后引发苯乙烯的ATRP,并通过NaN3的取代反应把末端溴转化为叠氮基,得到AB2型大分子单体(CH≡C)2-PS-N3。这种大分子单体通过"点击"反应聚合得到超支化聚苯乙烯,根据多角度激光光散射(MALLS)测试结果,最终产物重均聚合度DPw可达53,分子量分布Mw/Mn=1.53。     

Investigation of the Effect of Four Organic Acids in Radix Isatidis on E. coli Growth by Microcalorimetry

The inhibitory effects of four organic acids (OAs) in Radix Isatidis, a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, on Escherichia coli (E. coli) growth were investigated by microcalorimetry. The power‐time curves of E. coli growth with and without OAs were acquired, meanwhile the extent and duration of inhibitory effects on the metabolism were evaluated by growth rate constants (k₁, k₂), half inhibitory ratio (IC₅₀), maximum heat output (P_max) and peak time (t_p). The values of k₁ and k₂ of E. coli growth in the presence of the four OAs decreased with the increasing concentrations of OAs. Moreover, P_max was reduced and the value of t_p increased with increasing concentrations of the four drugs. The sequence of anti‐microbial activity of the four OAs was: syringic acid>2‐amino‐benzoic acid>salicylic acid>benzoic acid. IC₅₀ of the four OAs was respectively 56 µg/mL for syringic acid, 75 µg/mL for 2‐amino‐benzoic acid, 86 µg/mL for salicylic acid and 224 µg/mL for benzoic acid. The existence of the functional groups on phenyl ring improves the anti‐microbial activity compared to benzoic acid. The functional groups methoxyl at C(3) and C(5) improve anti‐microbial activity more strongly than the other functional groups, and the functional group amino at C(2) improve anti‐microbial activity more strongly than hydroxyl at C(2) on phenyl ring.     

拟似然非线性模型中最大拟似然估计的强相合性

This paper proposes some regularity conditions. On the basis of the proposed regularity conditions, we show the strong consistency of maximum quasi-likelihood estimation （MQLE） in quasi-likelihood nonlinear models （QLNM）. Our results may be regarded as a further generalization of the relevant results in Ref. [4].     

单位圆内有限级拟亚纯映射在Borel半径上的充满圆

应用覆盖曲面的几何方法,对于单位圆内有限正级的K-拟亚纯映射在其Borel半径上的性质进行了研究,用比较简单的方法证明了单位圆内有限正级K-拟亚纯映射在其Borel半径上一定存在充满圆序列,推广了Rauch A的结果.
