The preparation of an array of benzimidazoles and benzothiazoles from polymer-bound esters is described. Polymer-bound esters were treated with 2-aminothiophenols or 1,2-phenylenediamines in the presence of a Lewis acid to afford the corresponding benzothiazole or benzimidazole cleavage products. The reaction of 2-aminophenols with the polymer-bound esters failed to give the desired benzoxazole products using this procedure.  相似文献

Ten novel 5-substituted derivatives of 3-(l-hydroxyethylidene)pyrrolidine-2,4-dione were synthesized.The compounds were confirmed by IR,:H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.The bioassay indicated that these compounds showed noticeable herbicidal activities,and compounds 6f and 6j exhibited excellent inhibitory activities against the stalk of Echinochloa crusgalli,with EC50 values of 94.4 and 72.7 mg/L,respectively.  相似文献

Acremolin (1), a novel modified base, was isolated from the culture broth of the marine fungus Acremonium strictum. Based on combined spectroscopic analyses, the structure of this compound was that of a methyl guanine base containing an isoprene unit. In addition, the presence of a 1H-azirine moiety is unprecedented among natural products. This compound exhibited weak cytotoxicity against an A549 cell line.  相似文献

A novel approach of head-space single-drop micro-extraction applied to the determination of ethanol in wine is presented. For the first time, the syringe of an automated syringe pump was used as an extraction chamber of adaptable size for a volatile analyte. This approach enabled to apply negative pressure during the enrichment step, which favored the evaporation of the analyte. Placing a slowly spinning magnetic stirring bar inside the syringe, effective syringe cleaning as well as mixing of the sample with buffer solution to suppress the interference of acetic acid was achieved.  相似文献

The emissions of hydrocarbons from fossil fuels into atmosphere entail both an economic loss and an environmental pollution. Membrane separations can be used for vapour recovery and/or vapour removal from the permanent gas stream, given that the appropriate membrane is identified. A neat poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) membrane is impermeable to both the representatives of aliphatic hydrocarbons and branched hydrocarbons, namely hexane and isooctane, whereas the permeation flux is enhanced by the presence of 80 mass % of the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulphonyl)imide in the membrane, as detailed in this work. The permeabilities of hydrocarbon vapours were determined from the binary mixture containing hydrocarbon and nitrogen to simulate the real input of an air stream containing a condensable hydrocarbon. The diffusion coefficient determined from sorption measurements was higher for hexane, as would be expected for a smaller molecule, whereas both the sorption isotherms and permeabilities of the hydrocarbons studied were found to be almost identical. It is possible that the sorption effect predominates in the transport mechanism for VOCs/N2 separations.  相似文献

The retention behavior of a large group of analytes (35) with varied properties (pKa and logP) was studied on eight hydrophilic interaction LC columns with different surfaces, stationary phase chemistries, and types of particles. The acetonitrile content (5–95%), buffer concentration (0.5–200 mM), and pH of the mobile phase (3.8 and 6.8) were evaluated for their effects on the retention behavior. The type of stationary phase had a significant impact on the selectivity and retention time of the tested analytes. Completely different selectivity was observed on the aminopropyl stationary phase. In this study, the influence of the buffer concentration was similar for all tested columns, except for the aminopropyl stationary phase. Increasing the buffer concentration led to decreased retention times for the basic compounds and increased retention times for the acidic compounds, while the inverse behavior was observed on the aminopropyl stationary phase. The selectivity of the individual stationary phases was evaluated at pH 3.8 and 6.8. Much lower selectivity differences between the stationary phases were observed at pH 6.8 than pH 3.8. Bare silica stationary phases were used in the comparison of the particles (fused‐core and fully porous particles of 3 and 1.7 μm) and the columns provided by different manufacturers.  相似文献

We report a multichannel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor for detection of thrombin via DNA aptamers immobilized on the SPR sensor surface. A detailed investigation of the effect of the immobilisation method on the interaction between thrombin and DNA aptamers is presented. Three basic approaches to the immobilisation of aptamers on the surface of the SPR sensor are examined: (i) immobilisation based on chemisorption of aptamers modified with SH groups, (ii) immobilisation of biotin-tagged aptamers via previously immobilized avidin, neutravidin or streptavidin molecular linkers, and (iii) immobilisation employing dendrimers as a support layer for subsequent immobilisation of aptamers. A level of nonspecific binding of thrombin to immobilized human serum albumin (HSA) for each of the immobilisation methods is determined. Immobilisation of aptamers by means of the streptavidin–biotin system yields the best results both in terms of sensor specificity and sensitivity.  相似文献

Dithiaporphyrin derivatives as photosensitizers in membranes and cells   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We synthesized a series of analogues of 5,20-diphenyl-10,15-bis(4-carboxylatomethoxy)phenyl-21,23-dithiaporphyrin (I) as potential photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy (PDT). The photosensitizers differ in the length of the side chains that bind the carboxyl to the phenol at positions 10 and 15 of the thiaporphyrin. The spectroscopic, photophysical, and biophysical properties of these photosensitizers are reported. The structural changes have almost no effect on the excitation/emission spectra with respect to I's spectra or on singlet oxygen generation in MeOH. All of the photosensitizers have a very high, close to 1.00, singlet oxygen quantum yield in MeOH. On the contrary, singlet oxygen generation in liposomes was considerably affected by the structural change in the photosensitizers. The photosensitizers possessing short side chains (one and three carbons) showed high quantum yields of around 0.7, whereas the photosensitizers possessing longer side chains showed smaller quantum yield, down to 0.14 for compound X (possessing side-chain length of 10 carbons), all at 1 microM. Moreover a self-quenching process of singlet oxygen was observed, and the quantum yield decreased as the photosensitizer's concentration increased. We measured the binding constant of I to liposomes and found Kb = 23.3 +/- 1.6 (mg/mL)-1. All the other photosensitizers with longer side chains exhibited very slow binding to liposomes, which prevented us from assessing their Kb's. We carried out fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) measurements to determine the relative depth in which each photosensitizer is intercalated in the liposome bilayer. We found that the longer the side chain the deeper the photosensitizer core is embedded in the bilayer. This finding suggests that the photosensitizers are bound to the bilayer with their acid ends close to the aqueous medium interface and their core inside the bilayer. We performed PDT with the dithiaporphyrins on U937 cells and R3230AC cells. We found that the dark toxicity of the photosensitizers with the longer side chain (X, VI, V) is significantly higher than the dark toxicity of sensitizers with shorter side chains (I, III, IV). Phototoxicity measurements showed the opposite direction; the photosensitizers with shorter side chains were found to be more phototoxic than those with longer side chains. These differences are attributed to the relationship between diffusion and endocytosis in each photosensitizer, which determines the location of the photosensitizer in the cell and hence its phototoxicity.  相似文献

A series of novel nicotinonitrile derivatives were synthesized by hybridization with thiazole, pyrazole, and pyridine ring systems using 4-aminobenzohydrazide as link-bridge. The synthetic strategy of nicotinonitrile-thiazole analogues involves cyclization of the precursor N-phenyl thiosemicarbazide derivative 4 with chloroacetic acid and phenacyl bromide. The reaction of hydrazide 3 with acetylacetone and/or ethyl acetoacetate was applied as a synthetic route for accessing 2-((4-(pyrazole-1-carbonyl)phenyl)amino)-nicotinonitrile derivatives 9–10 . The 2-((4-(4-thiazolylidene-pyrazole-1-carbonyl)-phenyl)amino)nicotinonitriles 14–15 were obtained via a nucleophilic addition of pyrazolone 10 to phenyl isothiocyanate followed by cyclization with chloroacetone, phenacyl chloride, and/or ethyl bromoacetate. The 6-amino-4-aryl-3,5-dicyano-2-oxo-1-(4-substitutedbenzamido)-pyridines 19 were synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation N′-(2-cyanoacetyl)-benzohydrazide derivative 16 with substituted benzaldehydes followed by heating with malononitrile. All synthesized products were evaluated for their antioxidant potentialities using of 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) radical cation delcolorization assay. The nicotinonitrile-thiazole hybrid 6b was found the most promising antioxidant agent with inhibition activity 86.27%.  相似文献
