烷基修饰寡聚脱氧核苷酸磷酸残基的化学合成及稳定性研究

分别采用格氏试剂和三氯化磷三步取代法合成了4个新的烷基修饰磷酸残基的亚磷酸酰胺单体, 其结构经1H NMR和31P NMR表征. 利用这些单体合成模型序列5'-dTTTx TT-3', 考察了单体及寡聚核苷酸序列在DNA/RNA合成条件下的稳定性, 提出了固相合成含有烷基修饰磷酸残基的寡聚核苷酸序列裂解及脱保护条件.     

Interaction of cellulase with sodium dodecyl sulfate at critical micelle concentration level

The interactions between Trichoderma reesei cellulase and an anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), at critical micelle concentration level have been investigated using isothermal titration calorimetry, fluorescence spectroscopy, and circular dichroism. SDS micelles have dual interactions with cellulase: electrostatic at first and then hydrophobic interactions. When the concentration of SDS is smaller than 45.0 mM, SDS micelles cause a partial loss in the hydrolytic activity together with a steep decrease in the -helical content of cellulase. With further increasing the concentration of SDS, however, a re-formation of the -helical structure and a partial recovery of the hydrolytic activity of cellulase induced by SDS micelles are observed. Taken together, these results indicate that SDS micelles exert dual effects on cellulase through binding as both a denaturant and a recovery reagent.     

Adiabatic calorimetry and thermal analysis on acetaminophen

Molar heat capacities of acetaminophen were precisely measured with a small sample precision automated adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range from 80 to 330 K. A solid-solid transition at 149.96 K was found from the C_p,m-T curve. The polynomial functions of C_p,.m(J K^-1 mol^-1) vs. T were established on the heat capacity measurements by means of the least square fitting method. Thermal decomposition processes of acetaminophen have been studied by thermogravimetry. And the thermal decomposition kinetics parameters, such as activation energy E, pre-exponential factor A and reaction order n, were calculated by TG-DTG techniques with the Freeman-Carroll method, Kissinger method and Ozawa method. Accordingly the thermal decomposition kinetics equation of acetaminophen is expressed as: dα/dt=2.67·10⁷e^-89630/RT(1-α)^0.23. The process of fusion has been investigated through DSC. The melting point, molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion are to be (441.89±0.04) K, 26.49±0.44 kJ mol^-1 and 59.80±1.01 J K^-1 mol^-1, respectively.     

0.6~T人体核磁共振成象及其图象的彩色化处理

在0.6~τ超导磁体人体核磁共振成象设备上获得了横断、矢状、冠状各种断层的成象。采用了直接两维傅里叶变换成象方法,应用了自旋回波脉冲序列。由于人体心脏跳动和呼吸运动会造成图象模糊而使用心电延迟触发及呼吸门控方法。作者用一种相位调制光密度分割的方法将原始黑白灰度表示的核磁共振成象进行彩色化处理。提高了原图象低密度梯度区的清晰度,为进行医学图象诊断及判读解译提供了方便度。山了光学系统图,解释了光学信息处理方法。由所处理的人体核磁共振成象图片可以看出,在低密度梯给区更易辨认。参考文献10种。     

稀土苦味酸配合物的合成及其结构研究

合成了15种稀土苦味酸配合物,进行了元素分析,并测定了振动光谱、XPS谱和X射线单晶衍射的晶胞参数,对配位情况和金属-氧键的性质进行了计论。     

毛细管气相色谱法分析蜂王浆制剂中的10-羟基癸烯-2酸

本文介绍了一种用毛细管气相色谱定性定量测定蜂王浆制剂中10-HDA含量的方法。样品经预处理后,提取物同硅烷化试剂BSTFA进行衍生化反应,反应产物经由交联SE-30石英毛细管柱分离。该法衍生化反应简单、快速、分离完全,可用于分析蜂王浆及其它蜂王浆制剂。     

地质样品中岩性自动分类X－射线荧光光谱分析研究

鉴于地质样品岩性变化大，容易引起对Ｘ－射线荧光分析准确度的影响，尤其是主、次量元素受影响更大，因此，作者提出了岩性自动分类，交互有效－基本参数法分析地质样品中主、次量元素，并与原有的经验系数和其它方法进行了比较．结果表明本方法的准确度更好些，对岩性的变化具有更好的适应能力
