Carbon monoxide (CO) is proposed as an active pharmaceutical agent with promising pharmaceutical prospects, as it has been involved in multifaceted modulation of diverse physiological and pathological processes. However, questions remain for therapeutic application of inhaled CO attributed to the inherent great affinity between CO and hemoglobin. Therefore, a robust platform with the function of CO transport and controllable release, depending on the local status of an organism, is of prominent significance for effectively avoiding the side effects of CO inhalation and optimizing the biological regulation function of CO. Utilizing the oxidative stress biomarker H2O2 as a trigger and combining with photo‐control, a two‐photon H2O2‐activated CO photoreleaser, FB, featuring highly sensitive and specific H2O2 sensing and photocontrollable CO release, was developed and the vasodilation effect of CO against angiotensin II was demonstrated. 相似文献

The formation of these bis-self-complexes has been identified by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and X-ray analysis. The melt extrudate swell and entry pressure losses are important characteristics of elastic properties during die extrusion of polymeric fluids. They are usually expressed with die-swell ratio (B) and entry pressure drop (ΔPo). In the present paper, the die-swell behavior and entrance pressure drop of a polypropylene (PP) filled with A-glass beads were investigated by using a Rosand capillary rheometer to identify the effects of the filler contents and extrusion rate on the elastic behavior of the sample melts. The experiments were carried out under the conditions with an apparent shear rate range of 50–104 s−1 and a temperature of 190 °C. The results showed that B increased nonlinearly with increasing shear rate at the wall (γw), and increased linearly with the increase of shear stress at the wall (τw). With the increase of the volume fraction of the fillers B decreased nonlinearly. Similarly, the entry pressure drop increased linearly with the increase of τw, whereas the influence of the filler concentration on ΔPo was insignificant in this case. Furthermore, B increased as a linear function of ΔPo, and extension stress (σe) increased nonlinearly with increasing γw. 相似文献

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was first used for the characterization of polyfuran (PFu) films thathad been formed electrochemically on an Au electrode. The polyfuran was measured in high oxidation state, intermediateoxidation state and reduction state, respectively. As the oxidation level is increased, the ionic conductivity of PFu/BF_4~-increases. Metabolome analysis of human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is challenging because of low abundance of metabolites present in a
small volume of sample. We describe and apply a sensitive isotope labeling LC-MS technique for qualitative analysis of the
CSF metabolome. After a CSF sample is divided into two aliquots, they are labeled by 13C-dansyl and 12C-dansyl chloride, respectively. The differentially labeled aliquots are then mixed and subjected to LC-MS using Fourier-transform
ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FTICR MS). Dansylation offers significant improvement in the performance of chromatography
separation and detection sensitivity. Moreover, peaks detected in the mass spectra can be readily analyzed for ion pair recognition
and database search based on accurate mass and/or retention time information. It is shown that about 14,000 features can be
detected in a 25-min LC-FTICR MS run of a dansyl-labeled CSF sample, from which about 500 metabolites can be profiled. Results
from four CSF samples are compared to gauge the detectability of metabolites by this method. About 261 metabolites are commonly
detected in replicate runs of four samples. In total, 1132 unique metabolite ion pairs are detected and 347 pairs (31%) matched
with at least one metabolite in the Human Metabolome Database. We also report a dansylation library of 220 standard compounds
and, using this library, about 85 metabolites can be positively identified. Among them, 21 metabolites have never been reported
to be associated with CSF. These results illustrate that the dansylation LC-FTICR MS method can be used to analyze the CSF

This short review presents the recent developments in the direct synthesis of cyclic carbonates from olefins and CO2. The straightforward synthesis of cyclic carbonates from olefins instead of epoxides, also called one-pot “oxidative carboxylation”
of olefins, can be viewed as the coupling of two sequential reactions of epoxidation of olefins and CO2 cycloaddition to epoxides formed. The facile synthetic approach would make carbonate synthesis simpler and even cheaper with
industrial potential from environmental and economic points of view. Some progresses have been made on this direct synthetic
reaction for cyclic carbonates with homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts, however, this reaction system is still at a preliminary
stage. Among the catalysts reported, only a few can be considered as effective for the direct oxidative carboxylation of olefins
to cyclic carbonates. Thus active and selective catalysts should be explored to put the direct synthesis of cyclic carbonates
