A theoretical scheme for preserving the entanglement in a two-qubit-spin coupled system in the presence of Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya (DM) anisotropic antisymmetric interaction is proposed. By comparing the discontinuous Galerkin (DG) and the finite volume (FV) methods, a concept of ‘static reconstruction’ and ‘dynamic reconstruction’ is introduced for high-order numerical methods. Based on the new concept, a class of hybrid DG/FV schemes is presented for one-dimensional conservation law using a ‘hybrid reconstruction’ approach. In the hybrid DG/FV schemes, the lower-order derivatives of a piecewise polynomial solution are computed locally in a cell by the DG method based on Taylor basis functions (called as ‘dynamic reconstruction’), while the higher-order derivatives are re-constructed by the ‘static reconstruction’ of the FV method, using the known lower-order derivatives in the cell itself and its adjacent neighboring cells. The hybrid DG/FV methods can greatly reduce CPU time and memory required by the traditional DG methods with the same order of accuracy on the same mesh, and they can be extended directly to unstructured and hybrid grids in two and three dimensions similar to the DG and/or FV methods. The hybrid DG/FV methods are applied to one-dimensional conservation law, including linear and non-linear scalar equation and Euler equations. In order to capture the strong shock waves without spurious oscillations, a simple shock detection approach is developed to mark ‘trouble cells’, and a moment limiter is adopted for higher-order schemes. The numerical results demonstrate the accuracy, and the super-convergence property is shown for the third-order hybrid DG/FV schemes. In addition, by analyzing the eigenvalues of the semi-discretized system in one dimension, we discuss the spectral properties of the hybrid DG/FV schemes to explain the super-convergence phenomenon. 相似文献

系统研究了点缺陷对晶体硅中氧沉淀生成的影响,及点缺陷和氧沉淀对重掺硼直拉硅单晶p/p+外延片中铜沉淀的影响.样品先在不同的气氛下进行1250℃/60 s快速热处理,随后在750℃/8 h+1050℃/16 h常规热处理过程中引入铜沾污.通过腐蚀结合光学显微镜研究发现,以O2作为保护气氛时,p+衬底中的沉淀密度较小,以Ar和N2作为保护气氛时,重掺硼p+衬底中生成了高密度的沉淀,且在上述所有样品的外延层中均无缺陷生成.研究认为,以O2作为保护气时引入的自间隙硅原子(SiI)可以抑制沉淀的形成,而以Ar和N2作为保护气氛时引入的空位则会促进沉淀的生成,这是导致此差异的主要原因.另外,研究还发现,p/p+外延结构能很好地吸除硅片中的铜杂质,从而保持了外延层的洁净. 相似文献

Applicability of the angular properties of scatter elements as a tool to achieve improved slow light performance with small group velocity dispersion and large bandwidth in photonic crystal waveguides is investigated. A polyatomic photonic crystal waveguide, including two scatter elements with different geometrical shapes in each primitive cell, is proposed to investigate the feasibility of our method. Numerical results show that a versatile control of the dispersion relation of slow light modes, with large normalized delay-bandwidth products ranging from 0.2085 to 0.3394, can be obtained using a unique geometrical parameter. 相似文献

LMDS is one kind of fixed broadband wireless access network. It uses radio spectrum between 10GHz and 40GHz to transmit voice, video, and data signals within small cell 3-10 miles in diameter. This paper proposes some key technical scenarios to support videoconferencing services transported on LMDS. Firstly, two kinds of typical LMDS lower layer standards made by DAVIC and 802.16 separately are discussed from the angle of supporting video conferencing services. Then, H.323 is studied and recommended as the standard of LMDS video conferencing system. And some strategies are proposed to support H.323 services on LMDS. After that, IP multicast technology, the key supporting technology of H.323, is studied from the angle of running on LMDS. Scenarios for IGMP, RMTP protocol running on LMDS are suggested and analyzed with Markov network queuing theory. The technical scenarios proposed by this paper make use of the transporting property of LMDS to support LMDS videoconferencing system more effectively. 相似文献
