Research of Asymmetric Y-Branching Total Internal Reflection All-Optical Switch

Y-branching TIR all-optical switch have been fabricated. When the switching optical intensity is 149.9W/mm2, the extinction ratio is 18dB. A theoretical model was also proposed which provided a good fit to the experimental data.

通过对国产典型产品比较发现,双级螺杆式压缩机COP值高于双级活塞式压缩机。在-35℃/35℃典型工况下,平均COP值高11.4%,最大增加了18.3%。实例分析表明,不同方案配置的电机功率差别很大。活塞机比螺杆机方案电机总功率明显偏大,平均大20%,差别最大的总功率增加了42%。因此,在制冷系统设计选型阶段,应对压缩机不同选型方案COP及电机功率进行优化,应认真核算实际需要的电机功率。对于年运行≥3000小时的系统,应选用Y2-E或者YX系列高效节能型电动机。     

Synergistic effects on iodine release in potassium iodide solution by combination of ultrasound and visible light irradiations

Iodine release in potassium iodide solution has been investigated under the irradiations of ultrasound and visible light respectively and simultaneously. We have observed that the amount of iodine liberated under the combined irradiation of ultrasound and visible light is larger than the sum of that under the respective irradiations of ultrasound and visible light, indicating a synergistic effect of ultrasound and visible light irradiations. Based on the investigation of the reaction kinetics of iodine liberated, we have ascribed the synergistic effect to the perfect stirring of the photochemical reactor induced by the applying simultaneous ultrasound. The ideal stirring can result in the homogenization of the primary light effect in the whole reaction medium, which induces the acceleration of the photochemical reaction. On behavior of our knowledge, there are few reports on the investigations of utilizing the combination of ultrasonic energy and light energy to accelerate the reaction yield and rate as well as the kinetics of the reaction.     

Design,synthesis and evaluation of a novel fluorescent probe to accurately detect H2S in lysosomes

A novel H₂S-responsive fluorescent probe Rh-Lyso-H₂S has been designed and synthesized. The Rh-Lyso-H₂S shows high sensitivity and selectivity toward H₂S, with a limit of detection of 3.36?×?10^?7?M. The reason is that Rh-Lyso-H₂S changed from a stable non-conjugated closed-ring lactone conformation with weak fluorescence to a conjugated open-ring conformation with strong fluorescence in the presence of H₂S. The Rh-Lyso-H₂S has a good lysosome-targeting capacity and is used to detect lysosomal H₂S in living cells, which is driven via the protonation of its basic morpholine moiety by acidic lysosomes. Rh-Lyso-H₂S is triggered by H₂S via removing the thiophenecarboxylate group, and the corresponding activated mechanism of Rh-Lyso-H₂S toward H₂S is proposed.

Direct Synthesis of Disubstituted 3-Isoquinolinone Derivatives through the Construction of C−N,C=O,and C(sp2)−C(sp3) Bonds under Transition-Metal-Free Conditions

The efficient three-component cascade coupling reaction of 3-haloisoquinolines, haloalkanes, and sp³-carbon nucleophiles (acetophenone or nitromethane) led to a series of structurally novel 1,2-disubstituted-3-isoquinolinones through the formation of C(sp³)−C(sp²), C−N, and C=O bonds. The NaOAc-promoted reaction described in this work is simple to operate, environment friendly, and highly selective.     

Selective oxidation of methanol to dimethoxymethane under mild conditions over V2O5/TiO2 with enhanced surface acidity

Dimethoxymethane was synthesized from the direct oxidation of methanol with high conversion and selectivity over specially designed bifunctional V(2)O(5)/TiO2 catalysts with redox and enhanced acidic character, in which the surface acidity played an essential role for inhibiting the formation of formaldehyde through the enhanced condensation reaction of formaldehyde with methanol to produce dimethoxymethane.     

神经元网络用于PCDD定量构效关系的研究

研究了不同PCDD（全名Polychlorinateddioxin）同系物分子结构的表达及特征参数的选择,应用神经元网络方法对其分子结构与色谱保留值进行了关联。对49种PCDD同系物在DWS往上不同温度下保留时间进行了预测,结果95％以上的数据点相对误差小于10％,而80％以上的数据点相对误差小于5％。     

温度和缓冲溶液对胶束电动毛细管色谱的迁移时间窗口的影响

以电渗淌度、胶束电泳淌度和淌度比这3个参数为考察对象,研究了毛细管温度、缓冲溶液种类和浓度对胶束电动毛细管色谱的迁移时间窗口的影响。电渗淌度和胶束电泳淌度均随毛细管温度的升高线性的增加,粘度是这一影响中的主要因素。理论上证明了管壁表面的局部粘度与主体粘度不同。当温度变化时,电渗淌度和胶束电泳淌度的变化幅度不同。降低温度可以扩展迁移时间窗口,虽然扩展幅度较小,但在商品化仪器上易于实现。推导出能统一描述电渗淌度和胶束电泳淌度与缓冲溶液浓度间的关系式。     

Enantiomer separation by CEC——Enantiomer separation by packed-capillary electrochromatography

Three chiral compounds were successfully separated in a short time with two enantiomer separation models on packed-capillary electrochromatography (CEC). (i) 75 μm I.D. capillaries were packed with 5 μm β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) chiral stationary phase (CSP). Effects of voltage, pH and concentration of organic modifier on electroosmotic flow (EOF) and chiral separations were investigated systematically. Enantiomers of a neutral compound (benzoin) and a neutral drug (mephenytoin) were separated within a short time with high efficiency. Efficiency of 32 000 theoretical plates per meter and resolution (R_s) of 1.42 were achieved for enantiomers of benzoin using a βCD packed column with 6.2 cm packed length. Efficiency of 45 000 theoretical plates per meter and R_s of 3.40 were obtained for enantiomers of mephenytoin.
