Resonant Raman scattering (RRS) spectra of individual carbon nanotubes on a SiO2 substrate have been investigated first in the temperature range of 100-600 K (Phys. Rev. B 2002, 66, 115411). It was revealed by the intensity abnormality of the radial breathing mode (RBM) that the carbon nanotubes have a temperature-dependent density of electronic states. This means that the previously reported temperature coefficients of RBM of carbon nanotubes are smaller than their "real" ones for the bulk samples of single- or double-walled carbon nanotubes. Comparatively, the G line of individual nanotubes shows no observable difference relative to the bulk samples.  相似文献

A new experimental technique has been presented to investigate the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) on “individual and untouched” single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) deposited onto gold or silver film-covered substrate through a direct CVD method. It was found that the radial breathing mode for SERS shows a narrower linewidth than the normal Raman spectroscopy (NRS). Relative to NRS, the SERS spectra also revealed a preferable contribution to some metallic component of the G line. However no obvious difference for D and G′ between SERS and NRS has been revealed, which is different from the previous results on bulk SWNT samples.  相似文献

目的红糖人药胜过白砂糖和冰糖,其机理在哪?是糖中的桔水成分,或是红糖中的矿物质成分,值得研究。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定红糖中的微量元素。结果14种微量元素的检测限为1.1—7.3μg·L-1,方法准确度为96.7%-109.4%,方法精密度为0.88%-9.15%。结论微波消解样品快速、准确,用ICP—AES同时测定红糖中的镁、锌、铁、铜、铬、锰、钒、锶、镍、钴、硼、铅、镉和钛等14种微量元素,检出限低,适用于红糖微量元素的常规检测。  相似文献

在加热条件下采用氢化硅烷化反应对多孔硅表面进行改性, 通过扫描电子显微镜、 红外光谱及元素分析等手段表征了多孔硅改性前后的结构和组成, 研究了不同反应时间对其性能的影响. 结果表明, 反应3 h后制得了超疏水表面的多孔硅, 其在碱性及空气环境中具有良好的稳定性.  相似文献

By use of optical spectrum technology, the spectra of X-ray induced by highly charged 40Arq+ ions interacting with Au surface have been studied. The results show that the argon Kα X-ray were emitted from the hollow atoms formed below the surface. There is a process of multi-electron exciting in neutralization of the Ar16+ion, with electronic configuration 1s2 in its ground state below the solid surface. The yield of the projectile Kα X-ray is related to its initial electronic configuration, and the yield of the target X-ray is related to the projectile kinetic energy.  相似文献

A novel intumescent gel‐silica/ammonium polyphosphate core‐shell flame retardant (MCAPP), which contains silicon, phosphorus, and nitrogen, has been prepared by in situ polymerization. The structure of MCAPP was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The properties of MCAPP were investigated by water solubility, hydrophilicity, and morphological determination. The flame retardancy and thermal stability of polyurethane (PU) composite with MCAPP were evaluated by limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL‐94 test, cone calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that MCAPP could decrease the heat release rate (HRR) and increase the thermal stability of PU materials greatly. The reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of styrene in alcohol/water mixture mediated with the poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) trithiocarbonate macro‐RAFT agent (PNIPAM‐TTC) is studied and compared with the general RAFT dispersion polymerization in the presence of a small molecular RAFT agent. Both the homogeneous/quasi‐homogeneous polymerization before particle nucleation and the heterogeneous polymerization after particle nucleation are involved in the PNIPAM‐TTC‐mediated RAFT polymerization, and the two‐stage increase in the molecular weight (Mn) and nanoparticle size of the synthesized block copolymer is found. In the initial homogeneous/quasi‐homogeneous polymerization, the Mn and nanoparticle size slowly increase with monomer conversion, whereas the Mn and particle size quickly increase in the subsequent heterogeneous RAFT polymerization, which is much different from those in the general RAFT dispersion polymerization. Besides, the PNIPAM‐TTC‐mediated RAFT polymerization runs much faster than the general RAFT dispersion polymerization. This study is anticipated to be helpful to understand the polymer chain extension through RAFT polymerization under dispersion conditions. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于拉伸坐标完全匹配层(SC-PML)公式和Z变换方法,提出以非分裂场形式来实现具有多极点的高阶完全匹配层的高效算法,来截断时域有限差分(FDTD)网格.在吸收性能方面,高阶PML同时具有传统PML和复频率偏移完全匹配层(CFS-PML)二者的优点.提供的数值算例是二维TE极化电磁波与无限长且有限宽度的理想电导体(PEC)薄片的相互作用.仿真结果显示,高阶PML公式在衰减低频行波和隐失波及减少后期反射方面效果好,比传统SC-PML和复频率偏移的卷积完全匹配层(CPML)算法有更好的吸收性能.  相似文献
