This study reports the synthesis, radiolabeling and preliminary biodistribution results of [99mTc(CO)3(MN-TZ-BPA)]+ in tumor-bearing mice. The novel nitroimidazole derivative was successfully synthesized by conjugation of bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amine
(BPA) to 2-methyl-5-niroimidazole via “click” reaction. The ligand could be labeled by [99mTc(CO)3]+ core in high yield to get [99mTc(CO)3(MN-TZ-BPA)]+, which was very hydrophilic and was stable at room temperature. Biodistribution studies in tumor-bearing mice showed that
[99mTc(CO)3(MN-TZ-BPA)]+ accumulated in the tumor with certain initial uptake while poor retention. The rapid clearance from normal organs with favorable
tumor/muscle ratios warrants further research to improve tumor targeting efficacy and pharmacokinetic profile of radiolabeled

Using an improved hydrolysis method of inorganic salts assisted with water-bath incubation, ultrasmall water-soluble metal-iron oxide nanoparticles (including Fe(3)O(4), ZnFe(2)O(4) and NiFe(2)O(4) nanoparticles) were synthesized in aqueous solutions, which were used as T(1)-weighted contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The morphology, structure, MRI relaxation properties and cytotoxicity of the as-prepared metal-iron oxide nanoparticles were characterized, respectively. The results showed that the average sizes of nanoparticles were about 4 nm, 4 nm and 5 nm for Fe(3)O(4), ZnFe(2)O(4) and NiFe(2)O(4) nanoparticles, respectively. Moreover, the nanoparticles have good water dispersibility and low cytotoxicity. The MRI test showed the strong T(1)-weighted, but the weak T(2)-weighted MRI performance of metal-iron oxide nanoparticles. The high T(1)-weighted MRI performance can be attributed to the ultrasmall size of metal-iron oxide nanoparticles. Therefore, the as-prepared metal-iron oxide nanoparticles with good water dispersibility and ultrasmall size can have potential applications as T(1)-weighted contrast agent materials for MRI. 相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a semi-functional linear model in which a scalar response variable is explained by a linear operator of a random function and a nonparametric function of a real-valued random variable. We study the spline estimators of the functional coefficient and nonparametric function and obtain the rates of convergence of the spline estimators. In order to improve RF frequency to achieve higher bandwidth and larger capacity, we propose a novel scheme to generate optical single sideband (SSB) millimeter-wave, in which frequency doubling of local radio frequency (RF) is obtained by using one integrated Mach–Zehnder modulator (MZM), and we theoretically investigate the generating principle of SSB. The optical SSB modulation scheme is employed to generate 60 GHz optical mm-wave and the 2.5 Gb/s baseband signal is simultaneously up-converted at the central station (CS) for downlink transmission, and the optical carrier is reused for uplink connection at the base station (BS). The full-duplex 2.5 Gb/s data are successfully transmitted over 40 km standard single-mode fiber (SMF-28) for both uplink connection and downlink connection with less than 2-dB power penalty. Results show the novel 60 GHz RoF system with optical SSB mm-wave signal generation using optical frequency doubling is feasible and we can obtain simple cost-efficient configuration and good performance over long-distance transmission. 相似文献

In this paper, four petals flowers‐like and quasi sphere‐like PbS nanostructures were successfully synthesized by an environment friendly organic molten salt solvent (OMSS) route at 200 °C, with different sulfur sources, e.g. thiourea and sodium thiosulfate, respectively. The as‐synthesized products were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), UV–vis absorption spectrum and photoluminescence (PL) spectrum, respectively. It was shown that four petals flowers‐like and quasi sphere‐like PbS nanocrystals were formed. It was also demonstrated that the morphologies of PbS nanocrystals were significantly influenced by different sulfur sources. The ultraviolet‐visible absorption peaks of PbS nanocrystals exhibited a large blue‐shift and the luminescence spectra had strong and broad emission bands centered at 488 nm and 492 nm. The possible formation mechanisms of the PbS nanostructures were discussed. The organic molten salt solvent (OMSS) method is preferable for synthesizing high‐quality PbS nanocrystals.
