The band structures, density of states and effective masses of photogenerated carriers for CaZrTi2O7 photocatalyst were performed using first principles method with the virtual crystal approximation. The results indicated that CaZrTi2O7 has an indirect band gap of about 3.25 eV. The upper valence bands of CaZrTi2O7 are formed by O 2p states mixed with Ti 3d states, Zr 4d, 4p and 5s states, while the conduction bands are dominated by Ti 3d states, Zr 4d states and O 2p states. The calculated valence bands maximum (VBM) potential is located at 2.60 V (vs. normal hydrogen electrode (NHE)), while the conduction bands minimum (CBM) potential at ?0.65 V. Therefore, CaZrTi2O7 has the ability to split water to hydrogen and oxygen under UV light irradiation. The calculated minimum effective mass of electron in CBM is about 1.35 m0, and the minimum effective mass of hole in VBM is about 1.23 m0. The lighter effective masses facilitate the migration of photogenerated carriers and improve photocatalytic performance.  相似文献

Consecutive wavelength switching characteristics of a simple, compact, and digitally wavelength-switchable laser based on V-coupled cavities are reported. Wavelength switching through thermal and carrier injection effects is examined. Without using band gap engineering for the tuning section, 26- and 9-channel wavelength switching schemes are achieved via thermal and carrier injection effects, respectively. The performances of these two tuning schemes are then compared.  相似文献

The generation of coherent optical subcarriers based on a concatenated dual-drive Mach-Zehnder intensity modulator(IM) and two phase modulators(PMs) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.The modulation index and DC bias of PM+IM modulation are theoretically investigated.Theoretical analysis and numerical study are also carried out to examine the proposed scheme.We use 25-GHz RF synchronous sinusoidal signals to drive cascaded two-stage PMs and IM,through which we generate 28 subcarriers with peak power fluctuations less than 4 dB.The measured tone-to-noise ratio of the subcarrier is higher than 40 dB.The experimental results show that for 100-Gb/s polarization multiplexing QPSK signal,the receiver sensitivity of the back-to-back signal is -28.6 dBm,and the power penalty is lower than 1 dB after 100-km transmission at the BER of 1×10-9.  相似文献

Chlorophyll a and suspended sediment are important indicators of water quality, and remote sensing estimation of them is difficult due to the optical complexity of turbid water. The spectrum above water surface is influenced by phytoplankton, suspended sediment and colored dissolved organic material in water, thus spectral separation is important before estimating one specific component. Based on the field experiment of pond water and Taihu lake, China, this study calculated the Gaussian parameters of Chlorophyll a (Chla) and suspended sediment (SS) through spectral decomposition, and then these parameters were used to separate the mixed spectrum of water samples from pond water and Taihu lake. After spectral separation, the Chla estimation model based on the peak height at 650 nm has high accuracy (R2 = 0.78, RMSE = 4.80 mg/m3), better than the band-ratio model; the SS estimation model based on the peak height at 811 nm (R2 = 0.82, RMSE = 6.80 mg/L) performs better than the single-band model. Results in this study indicate that spectral separation based on Gaussian parameters is a good method for Chla and SS estimation in turbid lake water.  相似文献

The optimal parameters for the largest band gap were investigated in three typical phononic crystal strip waveguides. Single cavity mode was created inside the band gap region by proper design of a defect. The band structures and the displacement distributions were discussed with the variation of the defect. Results show possibilities to guide extremely slow phonon cavity mode in strip waveguide with chosen displacement components, frequencies and symmetries.  相似文献

Among the family of rare earth (RE) dopants, the doping of first member Ce into GaN is the least studied system. This article reports structure properties of Ce‐doped GaN realized by technique of ion implantation. Ce ions were implanted into metal organic chemical vapor deposition grown n‐ and p‐GaN/sapphire thin films at doses 3 × 1014 and 2 × 1015 cm−2. X‐ray diffraction scans and Raman scattering measurements exhibited expansion of lattice in the implanted portion of the samples. First order Raman scattering spectra show appearance of several disorder‐activated Raman scattering modes in addition to typical GaN features. A dose‐dependent decrease in intensity of E2 mode was observed in Raman the spectra of the implanted samples. Ultraviolet Raman spectra of implanted samples show complete quenching of photoluminescence emission and appearance of multiple A1(LO) phonon scattering modes up to fifth order. Moreover, a decrease in intensity and an increase in line width of LO modes as a function of wavenumber were observed for implanted samples. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

介绍了紧凑型回旋加速器CYCIAE-100的特点及设计过程中重点考虑的一些物理问题,如紧凑型直边扇磁铁结构的轴向聚焦、异性高频谐振腔的设计、空间电荷效应等。研究了该加速器的调束技术,包括调束方案、诊断设备布局及径向靶测量的束流信息、物理图像。CYCIAE-100的主磁铁设计中,为降低磁铁和高频腔的加工难度而采用直边扇形磁极,为解决直边扇形磁极在大半径处的轴向聚焦力下降的问题,采用变气隙技术,从而有效提高轴向聚焦力。采用自行开发的基于PIC技术的宏离子模拟程序OPAL-CYCL进行了空间电荷效应的研究,结果表明,CYCIAE-100的极限流强为10 mA。  相似文献

重复频率爆炸发射阴极(EEC)是产生高功率重复频率强流电子束的关键。阐述了爆炸发射的尖端场增强和闪络引发机制,分析了影响EEC重复频率运行的因素,综述了EEC研究现状并总结了几种EEC特性,指出实现重复频率发射阴极的方法在于探索新型材料和改进结构。提出采用六硼化镧(LaB6)作为EEC材料和适用于单焦斑多幅闪光照相工业冷阴极二极管(IXD)的新型阴极结构轮辐状金属-铁电陶瓷复合阴极,并对其前景进行展望。  相似文献

分析了超快电子枪处于扫描状态下电子束的传输特性,对飞秒量级的超短电子束脉冲通过偏转扫描系统时的偏转距离等物理量进行了数值计算。计算结果显示:为确保电子束能够顺利通过偏转扫描系统并最后轰击直径为30 mm的荧光屏,必须加一个700~1400 V的初始电压,以便抵消负斜坡扫描电压的作用;700~1400 V的初始电压和负斜坡扫描电压的共同作用,是扫描实验成功的一个前提。扫描实验成功的另一个前提是激发光电阴极的光路和控制扫描的电路之间的同步。讨论了前提一带给同步实验的巨大困难,并设计了一个可以在扫描实验中以较高效率调节光路延时的实验系统,该系统可解决脉宽测量实验中扫描斜坡电压信号和超快电子脉冲的同步难题。  相似文献

We consider the following singularly perturbed nonlinear elliptic problem: $$\begin{array}{ll}-\varepsilon^{2}\Delta u + u=f(u),\; u > 0\, {\rm on}\, \Omega,\; u = 0\, {\rm on}\, \partial \Omega,\end{array}$$ where Ω is a bounded domain in ${\mathbb{R}^N (N \ge 3)}$ with a boundary ${\partial \Omega \in C^2}$ and the nonlinearity f is of critical growth. In this paper, we construct a solution ${u_\varepsilon}$ of the above problem which exhibits one spike near a maximum point of the distance function from the boundary ?Ω under a critical growth condition on f. Our result complements the study made in [9] in the sense that, in that paper, only the subcritical growth was considered.  相似文献
