Thiol‐ and solvent‐coordinated cation exchange kinetics have been applied to engineer the composition and crystallinity of novel nanocrystals. The detailed thermodynamics and kinetics of the reactions were explored by NMR spectroscopy, time‐dependent photoluminescence (PL) characterizations and theoretical simulations. The fine structure of the colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals (CSNCs) was investigated by X‐ray absorption near‐edge structure (XANES) and extended X‐ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). In this way, high‐quality p‐type Ag‐doped ZnS quantum dots (QDs) and Au@ZnS hetero‐nanocrystals with a cubic phase ZnS shell were synthesized successfully.The unprecedented dominant Ag+‐dopant‐induced fluorescence and p‐type conductivity in the zinc‐blende ZnS are reported.  相似文献

As a class of biocompatible and biodegradable phase‐change materials, natural fatty acids have received considerable interest in recent years for temperature‐controlled release of drugs. However, the poor dispersibility and colloidal stability of their nanoparticles under physiological conditions place a major limitation on their applications in biomedicine. Herein, we report a facile method for encapsulating a mixture of two natural fatty acids (with a eutectic melting point at 39 °C) in a biocompatible, silica‐based nanocapsule to achieve both stable dispersion and controllable release of drugs. The nanocapsules have a well‐defined hole in the wall to ensure easy loading of fatty acids, together with multiple types of functional components such as therapeutics and near‐infrared dyes. The payloads can be released through the hole when the fatty acids are melted upon photothermal heating. The release profile can be controlled by varying the size of the hole and/or the duration of laser irradiation.  相似文献

Plateau–Rayleigh (P‐R) instability occurring on Brownian colloidal particles is presented. This instability can be used for the surface patterning of Brownian colloidal rings. This idea was realized by employing polystyrene(PS)/SiO2 core/shell rings, for which PS layer was selectively grown onto the interior surface of SiO2 rings. The P‐R instability was initiated in the ring's dispersion by adding a good solvent of PS. By using both experiments and theory, it is shown that the number of patches is tunable and that it is linearly related to a function of two variables, namely, solvent quantity and contact angle. In particular, one‐patch Janus rings and patchy disks were also synthesized at high yields. The patch size of all particles is tunable by step‐by‐step polymerization and the patches can be functionalized, for example by ATRP grafting with pH‐sensitive polymers. This approach can be adapted for the synthesis of other patchy colloids with designated complexity.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes, leptoterpenes A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the fungus Leptosphaerulina Chartarum sp. 3608, derived from a crinoid. It was the first chemical study on this species. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including NMR and MS spectrometry. The absolute configurations of the new compounds were determined on the basis of the single-crystal X-ray diffraction and electronic circular dichroism data analysis. All compounds were tested for their anti-inflammatory activity and the inhibitory effects on Tyrosyl DNA phosphodiesterase II (TDP2).  相似文献

This study aimed to develop and validate a simple and sensitive ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of sophoraflavanone G and kurarinone in rat plasma by using rutin as the internal standard. Then, the developed method was applied to investigate the pharmacokinetics of sophoraflavanone G and kurarinone in rats after dosing the flavonoid extract from Sophora flavescens. Plasma samples were processed using a liquid–liquid extraction procedure with ethyl acetate. The analysis was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer by multiple reaction monitoring with an electrospray ionization source in negative ionization mode. Quantitative ion transitions of m/z 423.2→161.2, 437.2→161.1, and 609.3→300.3 were monitored for sophoraflavanone G, kurarinone, and rutin, respectively. The calibration curves of the two analytes exhibited good linearity (r2>0.9923) over the range of 0.1–200 ng/mL for sophoraflavanone G and 0.1–1000 ng/mL for kurarinone. Relative standard deviations were less than 13.2% for the intra‐ and inter‐day precisions and no more than 12.6% for the recovery, showing good precision and satisfactory accuracy of the developed method. The validated method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of sophoraflavanone G and kurarinone after a single intravenous (25 mg/kg) and oral (500 mg/kg) administration of the flavonoid extract from S. flavescens, and the absolute bioavailability for sophoraflavanone G and kurarinone was about 36 and 17%, respectively.  相似文献

制备了一种以螺旋霉素为模板分子的分子印迹磁性纳米吸附剂。以磁性纳米Fe3O4为内核,经丙烯酸表面修饰后再以螺旋霉素为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,通过表面自由基聚合反应制备得到。该吸附剂对螺旋霉素、交沙霉素、替米考星和酒石酸泰乐菌素4种大环内酯类抗生素表现出良好的富集效果(富集倍数分别为310、118、758和72),其选择性明显优于常规C18吸附剂。该吸附剂可重复使用至少6次。结合高效液相色谱-紫外检测器建立了上述4种抗生素的分析方法。方法检出限为0.53~2.75 μg/L,定量限为1.78~9.16 μg/L;在50、100和150 μg/L低中高3个添加水平下,方法回收率在80.78%~123.02%之间,相对标准偏差<15.8%(n=5)。该方法被应用于分析蜂蜜中的上述4种抗生素。  相似文献

O-连接的N-乙酰葡糖胺糖基化修饰 (O-GlcNAcylation) 是一种存在于蛋白质Ser/Thr上的翻译后修饰。与磷酸化相似,它参与细胞内的信号传递,并与神经退行性疾病、Ⅱ型糖尿病、癌症等许多疾病的发病机理密切相关。O-连接的N-乙酰葡糖胺水解酶 (O-GlcNAcase, OGA) 是生物体内唯一水解蛋白质O-GlcNAc修饰的糖苷酶。因此,研究高效、专一的OGA小分子抑制剂是调节细胞中蛋白质O-GlcNAc水平的有效策略,利于阿尔茨海默病等相关神经退行性疾病新型药物的开发。结合本实验室对OGA抑制剂的研究,本文介绍了OGA的结构、催化机理及目前OGA抑制剂的研究进展,讨论了各种抑制剂的构效关系,并对OGA抑制剂的研究前景进行了展望。  相似文献

The TiO2 nanotube arrays (TiO2 NTAs) prepared by re-oxidation were chosen as basement. The NTAs prepared through re-oxidation show smoother surface and more uniform tube mouth on large scale compared with the first as-grown one. We use successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method to deposit quantum dots (ZnS and CdS) onto the sample successively. The findings reveal that two kinds of quantum dots (~10 nm) distribute regularly and the nanotube mouth is open. From the UV–Vis absorption spectrum of samples, the red shift occurs after the sedimentation of the two quantum dots, which proves that the double modification can expand the absorption to 650 nm. Among all specimens, the sample produced by co-deposition has the highest speed of catalytic efficiency of 90.7% compared with bare TiO2 NTAs (52.9%) and just CdS QDs sensitized sample (65.8%). In the test of photocatalysis durability, the decay percentages of CdS/TiO2 NTAs and ZnS/CdS/TiO2 NTAs were 35.8 and 48.4%, respectively, which means that the ZnS passivation layer plays a crucial role in enhancing photocatalytic activities.  相似文献

A series of guanidine salts of 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one with guanidine(1), aminoguanidine(2), diaminoguanidine(3) and triaminoguanidine(4) was prepared. Compounds 2-4 were characterized by infrared(IR) spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Thermal decomposition processes of compounds 1-4 were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and all the compounds showed good thermal stability up to 190℃. Moreover, these four guanidine salts are more unstable with the increasing number of amino groups. Thermal stability parameters(Te,0 and Tb) and thermodynamic functions(ΔS, ΔH and ΔG) for compounds 1-4 were calculated. The constant-volume combustion heats(ΔcU) for compounds 2-4 were determined and tended to increase with the increase of the number of amino groups. The calculated standard molar enthalpies of formation(ΔfH0m) of compounds 2-4 are -541.04, -178.67 and -83.08 kJ/mol, respectively. The impact sensitivities results indicate that these four energetic salts are less sensitive than 1,3,5-trinitrotriazacyccohexane(RDX) and 1,3,5,7-tetranitrotetraqza-cyclo-octane(HMX).  相似文献
