Three new (1–3) and 25 known compounds were isolated from the crude extract of Cassia abbreviata. The chemical structures of new compounds were established by extensive spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2D NMR and HRESIMS. Cassiabrevone (1) is the first heterodimer of guibourtinidol and planchol A. Compound 2 was a new chalcane, while 3 was a new naphthalene. Cassiabrevone (1), guibourtinidol-(4α→8)-epiafzelechin (4), taxifolin (8), oleanolic acid (17), piceatannol (22), and palmitic acid (28), exhibited potent anti-HIV-1 activity with IC50 values of 11.89 µM, 15.39 µM, 49.04 µM, 7.95 µM, 3.58 µM, and 15.97 µM, respectively.  相似文献

The heterobitopic ligands L(AB4) and L(AB5) have been designed and synthesised with the ultimate aim of self-assembling dual-function lanthanide complexes containing either a magnetic and a luminescent probe or two luminescent probes emitting at different wavelengths. They react with lanthanide ions to form complexes of composition [Ln(2)(L(ABX))(3)](6+) of which three (X = 4; Ln = Pr, Nd, Sm) have been isolated and characterised by means of X-ray diffraction. The unit cells contain triple-stranded helicates in which the three ligand strands are wrapped tightly around the two lanthanide ions. In acetonitrile solution the ligands form not only homobimetallic, but also heterobimetallic complexes of composition [Ln(1)Ln(2)(L(ABX))(3)](6+) when reacted with a pair of different lanthanide ions. The yield of heterobimetallic complexes is analyzed in terms of both the difference in ionic radii of the lanthanide ions and of the inherent tendency of the ligands to form high percentages of head-head-head (HHH) helicates in which all three ligand strands are oriented in the same direction with respect to the Ln-Ln vector. The latter is very sensitive to slight modifications of the tridentate coordinating units.  相似文献

The insulin-like-growth factor (IGF-I) peptide is considered to be the main indirect marker for growth hormone administration (GH) in a horse. Further to a previous investigation on measurement of IGF-I in plasma samples by mass spectrometry, this study focuses on quantitative and qualitative analysis of intact IGF-I in horse plasma. First, protein-transposing software has been developed for IGF-I to facilitate its quantification by HPLC–electrospray–ion-trap mass spectrometry. Second, product-ion scan experiments on IGF-I have been conducted on standard samples, non-fortified equine plasma samples, fortified plasma samples, and equine GH post-administration samples. This “top-down” approach method enables characterisation of fragment ions corresponding to the carboxy terminal end, which can be useful for the confirmation of the presence of IGF-I in plasma samples. The crystal structure of the deficient perovskite Nd1/3NbO3 has been determined at room temperature, using electron microscopy observations and X-ray powder diffraction data. Electron diffraction study and HRTEM images evidence the doubling of a and b parameters and confirm one of the c-parameter with respect to perovskite unit cell. The structure refinement has been carried out using the orthorhombic Cmmm space group. The Nd3+ cations occupy randomly and alternatively the (00l) planes and Nb5+ cations distorted octahedral sites. This structure is characterized by the presence of empty Nd3+ sites in every second layer and the tilting of the octahedral sites around the b-axis. In addition, electron diffraction patterns exhibit weak additional diffuse reflections, which supposes some ordering of the Nd vacancies.  相似文献

Two types of dimeric complexes [Ln2(hfa)6(mu2-O(CH2)2NHMe2)2] and [Ln(thd)2(mu2,eta2-O(CH2)2NMe2)]2 (Ln = YIII, EuIII, GdIII, TbIII, TmIII, LuIII; hfa- = hexafluoroacetylacetonato, thd- = dipivaloylmethanato) are obtained by reacting [Ln(hfa)3(H2O)2] and [Ln(thd)3], respectively, with N,N-dimethylaminoethanol in toluene and are fully characterized. X-ray single crystal analysis performed for the TbIII compounds confirms their dimeric structure. The coordination mode of N,N-dimethylaminoethanol depends on the nature of the beta-diketonate. In [Tb2(hfa)6(mu2-O(CH2)2NHMe2)2], eight-coordinate TbIII ions adopt distorted square antiprismatic coordination environments and are O-bridged by two zwitterionic N,N-dimethylaminoethanol ligands with a Tb1...Tb2 separation of 3.684(1) A. In [Tb(thd)2(mu2,eta2-O(CH2)2NMe2)]2, the N,N-dimethylaminoethanol acts as chelating-bridging O,N-donor anion and the TbIII ions are seven-coordinate; the Tb1...Tb1A separation amounts to 3.735(2) A within centrosymmetric dimers. The dimeric complexes are thermally stable up to 180 degrees C, as shown by thermogravimetric analysis, and their volatility is sufficient for quantitative sublimation under reduced pressure. The EuIII and TbIII dimers display metal-centered luminescence, particularly [Eu2(hfa)6(O(CH2)2NHMe2)2] (quantum yield Q(L)Ln = 58%) and [Tb(thd)2(O(CH2)2NMe2)]2 (32%). Consideration of energy migration paths within the dimers, based on the study of both pure and EuIII- or TbIII-doped (0.01-0.1 mol %) LuIII analogues, leads to the conclusion that both the beta-diketone and N,N-dimethylaminoethanol ligands contribute significantly to the sensitization process of the EuIII luminescence. The ancillary ligand increases considerably the luminescence of [Eu2(hfa)6(O(CH2)2NHMe2)2], compared to [Ln(hfa)3(H2O)2], through the formation of intra-ligand states while it is detrimental to TbIII luminescence in both beta-diketonates. Thin films of the most luminescent compound [Eu2(hfa)6(O(CH2)2NHMe2)2] obtained by vacuum sublimation display photophysical properties analogous to those of the solid-state sample, thus opening perspectives for applications in electroluminescent devices.  相似文献

The affinity of cyclic oligomers of sugar amino acid and sugar-aza-crown ether compounds towards various transition metal cations (Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Fe(II) and Zn(II)) was investigated with positive-ion electrospray mass spectrometry. The binding between the receptors (M) and the different metals (Met) is evidenced mainly by the presence of the [M + Met(II)Cl](+) ion. The experimental results showed that all studied receptors present specificity to Cu(II). An attempt has been made with CuI but no complexation was obtained. The formation of these complexes can be rationalized by considering the presence of two oxygens and two nitrogens on the receptor rim. The lone electron pair can serve as the electron donor to Cu(II). Theoretical calculations were carried out in order to show the structure of the complex and, in particular, to determine if Cu(2+) is situated either on the outer surface, on the rim of the receptor or inside the cavity. Comparison of complex formation was carried out by mixing the four receptors with various amounts of Cu(II) (one equivalent and five equivalents). It appears that the best complexation was obtained with the sugar-aza-crown ethers (amine linker) for both benzylated and methylated compounds. In addition, the stereochemical effects have been investigated.  相似文献

Poly( L-lysine) (PLL)/hyaluronic acid (HA) multilayers are films whose thickness increases exponentially with the number of deposition steps. Such a growth process was attributed to the diffusion, in and out of the whole film, of at least one of the polyelectrolytes constituting the film. In the case of PLL/HA, PLL is known to be the diffusing species. In order to better understand the growth mechanism of such films, it is of primary importance to well characterize the diffusion process of the polyelectrolytes in the multilayer. This process is studied here by fluorescence recovery after pattern photobleaching. We show that the diffusion behavior is different when we consider either PLL chains that are deposited on top of the film or PLL chains embedded in the film, even below only one HA layer. For chains that are embedded, we find two populations: a mobile one with a diffusion coefficient, D, of the order of 0.1 microm(2) x s(-1) and a population that appears immobile ( D < 0.001 microm(2) x s(-1)). For chains deposited on top of the multilayer, a third population appears which is rapidly diffusing ( D congruent with 1 microm(2) x s(-1)). These results confirm the validity of the model generally accepted for the exponential growth process and in particular the existence of up to three subgroups of PLL chains from the point of view of their diffusion coefficient.  相似文献

A non-aqueous sol-gel Al-based fluoride has been subjected to the microwave solvothermal process. The final material depends on the temperature heat treatment used. Three types of material have been prepared: 1) for low temperature heat treatment (90 degrees C) X-ray amorphous alkoxy fluoride was obtained; 2) for the highest temperature used (200 degrees C) the metastable form beta-AlF3 was obtained with a very large surface area of 125 m2 g(-1). The mechanism of the amorphous=crystalline transformation has been rationalised by the occurrence of a decomposition reaction of the gel fluoride induced by the microwave irradiation. 3) Finally, at intermediate temperature (180 degrees C) a multi-component material mixture exhibiting a huge surface area of 525 m2 g(-1) has been obtained and further investigated after mild post-treatment fluorination using F2 gas. The resulting aluminium-based fluoride still possesses a high-surface-area of 330 m2 g(-1). HRTEM revealed that the solid is built from large particles (50 nm) identified as alpha-AlF3, and small ones (10 nm), relative to an unidentified phase. This new high-surface-area material exhibits strong Lewis acidity as revealed by pyridine adsorption and catalytic tests. By comparison with other materials, it has been shown that whatever the composition/structure of the Al-based fluoride materials, the number of strong Lewis acid sites is related to the surface area, highlighting the role of surface reconstruction occurring on a nanoscopic scale on the formation of the strongest Lewis acid sites.  相似文献

The contribution of the solvation energies to the assembly of polynuclear helicates reduces the free energy of intermetallic repulsion, DeltaE(MM), in condensed phase to such an extent that stable D(3)-symmetrical tetranuclear lanthanide-containing triple-stranded helicates [Ln(4)(L4)(3)](12+) are quantitatively produced at millimolar concentrations, despite the twelve positive charge borne by these complexes. A detailed modelling of the formation constants using statistical factors, adapted to self-assembly processes involving intra- and intermolecular connections, provides a set of five microscopic parameters, which can be successfully used for rationalizing the stepwise generation of linear bi-, tri- and tetranuclear analogues. Photophysical studies of [Eu(4)(L4)(3)](12+) confirm the existence of two different binding sites producing differentiated metal-centred emission at low temperature, which transforms into single site luminescence at room temperature because of intramolecular energy funelling processes.  相似文献
