微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究中的应用

物质在纳米尺度下可能呈现出与体材料不同的物理特件，这正是纳米科技发展的基础之一。要想探索在纳米尺度下材料物埋性质的变化规律及可能的应用领域，离不开相应的技术手段，微纳米加工技术作为当今高技术发展的重要技术领域之一，是实现功能人工纳米结构与器件微纳米化的基础。本文根据几个不同的应用领域，介绍了微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究领域的应用。     

具非线性中立项的二阶时滞微分方程的振动性质

By using the averaging technique, we obtain new oscillation criteria for second order delay differential equation with nonlinear neutral term. These results generalize and improve some known results about neutral delay differential equation of second order.     

Fast Optical Switching Using Oriented Cyanine Dye-Doped Nematic Liquid Crystal

A cyanine dye, 2-[7-（1,3-dihydro-1,3,3-trimethyl-2H-indol-2-ylidene）-1,3,5-heptatrienyl]-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium iodide （NK-125）, is doped in 4-cyano-4＇-pentylbiphenyl （5 CB）, and the mixture is sandwiched between two pieces of rubbed glass plates. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of the oriented NK-125-SCB layers are measured by the resonant femtosecond degenerate four-wave mixing （DFWM） technique at 760 nm. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility of one of the present samples is 5.5×10^-8 esu. The slow DFWM response of the NK-125-SCB layers due to a population grating is accelerated by the increasing laser power because of amplified spontaneous emission （ASE）. On the other hand, we do not observe a similar phenomenon for NK-125- polyethylene glycol （PEG-400）. Oriented NK-125 molecules in nematic liquid crystals must have very high ASE efficiency. Hence the population grating in a DFWM signal disappears within about 4 ps. It is expected that NK-125-SCB can be used as a material for very fast all-optical switching.     

G-网络排队系统的研究新进展

在研究排队网络的文献中,G-网络(即推广的排队网络)最近受到了国际学者广泛的关注,它的研究在一定程度上丰富了排队网络的内容.正因为有很多学者投入到此项研究中,新的结果是层出不穷的.本文简短地介绍G-网络近年来的发展.     

Generation of red light at 660 nm by frequency doubling a Nd:YAG laser with periodically-poled stoichiometric LiTaO<Subscript>3</Subscript>

High power red light was generated from a periodically-poled stoichiometric LiTaO₃ (PPSLT) by single-pass frequency doubling of a diode-side-pumped, Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 1319 nm. An average power of 2.4 W of the 660 nm red light was obtained at the fundamental power of ∼5.4 W with the conversion efficiency up to 44.4% and with low fluctuation down to 2%. The high efficiency and stability at the red output indicate that it is a practical method to construct a reliable compact red laser. PACS 42.70.Mp; 42.79.Nv; 42.55.Xi     

Structural characterization and ferromagnetic behavior of Fe-doped TiO2 powder by high-energy ball milling

Fe-doped TiO₂ powder was prepared by high-energy ball milling, using TiO₂ Degussa P-25 and α-Fe powders as the starting materials. The structure and magnetic properties of the Fe-doped TiO₂ powder were studied by X-ray diffraction, ⁵⁷Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. The Reitveld refinement of XRD revealed that ball milling not only triggered incorporation of Fe in TiO₂ lattice but also induced the phase transformation from anatase to rutile in TiO₂ and consequently the milled Fe-doped TiO₂ powder contained only rutile.⁵⁷Fe Mössbauer effect measure showed that Fe atoms existed in Fe²⁺ and Fe³⁺ state, which were assigned to the solid solution Fe_xTi_1−xO₂. The magnetization measurements indicated that the milled Fe-doped TiO₂ powder was ferromagnetic above room temperature. The ferromagnetism in our milled Fe-doped TiO₂ powder seemingly does not come from Fe and iron oxides particles/clusters but from the Fe-doped TiO₂ powder matrices.     

Multiband Terahertz Photonic Band Gaps of Subwavelength Planar Fractals

Optical transmission properties of subwavelength planar fractals in terahertz （THz） frequency regime are studied by means of time-domain spectroscopy. The transmission spectra with multiple pass bands and stop bands are observed. The tunable photonic band gaps are realized by changing the angle between the principle axis of planar fractal and the polarization of THz wave. The possible application of the subwavelength optical component is discussed. We attribute the detected transmittance from subwavelength fractals to localized resonances.     

500.8 nmNd∶YAG青光激光器光学薄膜的设计与制备

从双波长激光运转及和频的机理出发，对LD泵浦Nd∶YAG，LBO腔内和频500.8 nm〖JP2〗青光激光器所使用的光学薄膜进行了设计和制备.在激光反射镜的设计上，为了达到最佳的和频输出，对膜系要求进行了深入分析.采用对谐振腔一端面反射率固定不变并通过对另一腔镜基频光的透射率进行调谐的方法, 在给出合理初始结构后，利用计算机对膜厚进行了优化.并采用双离子束溅射沉积的方法，通过时间监控膜厚法成功制备出青光激光器所使用的全介质激光反射膜, 在室温下实现946 nm和1064 nm双波长连续运转，并通过Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO晶体腔内和频在国内首次实现500.8 nm青色激光连续输出.当泵浦注入功率为1.4 W时和频青光最大输出达20 mW.     

关于由衍射片的背面反射光形成的衍射图样的讨论

在光的衍射实验中,我们看到的一般是由通过衍射片的直射光形成的衍射图样,但在衍射片的另一面,同样存在着另一个衍射图样,它是由衍射片的背面反射光形成的,两个衍射图样关于衍射片对称.本文给出了这种实验现象,并用巴比涅原理解释了这种现象.
