平菇多糖稀溶液行为的研究

平菇多糖属生物高分子, 文章对平菇多糖稀溶液性质进行了研究。实验系采用Elias浊点滴定法测定平菇多糖溶液的θ组成, 用快速动态膜渗透计和粘度法测定平菇多糖的数均分子量、维利系数与分子链的构型参数。探讨其在θ条件下的分子形态及用Tung函数法等处理分级数据, 从而获得平菇多糖的分子量分布。     

金属蒸气合成在金属有机合成中的应用

本文简要地介绍了金属蒸气合成法的基本原理、仪器和实验技术, 并按金属原子分别与炔、单烯、多烯、环烯、芳烃体系、卤代烃、有机混和物的反应及有机金属硼化合物的合成, 对金属蒸气合成法在金属有机合成中的应用进行了讨论。     

新马兜铃内酯的晶体结构

从绵毛马兜铃的根茎中分离出一种新的倍半萜内酯, 它的分子式由高分辨质谱数据确定为C~1~5H~2~0O~2, 它的结构用单晶X射线衍射法测定, 晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=0.6275(3)nm, b=0.8057(4)nm, c=1.3622(6)nm; α=88.78(4)°,β=91.44(4)°, γ=105.20(4)°; Z=2.3107。

中国南海海绵Seletta tenuis Lindgren中24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇的结构鉴定

自七十年代以来,已从海绵中发现了许多结构独特的、具有强烈生理活性的新化合物,有些已发展成为特效的药物。我们在研究中国南海海绵生物活性成分的过程中,从南海海绵Seletta teuuis Lindgren中分离出24-亚甲基-27-甲基胆甾醇(1)。虽然这个化合物已由De Luca等于1972年从海绵(Aplysina aerophoba)中发现了它。次

本文综述了近年来四氧化锇催化烯烃不对称双羟化及其反应机理的研究进展。Sharpless等对烯烃双羟化机理的透彻研究导致了不对称双羟化方法的优化。     

MOLECULAR CLOSE-PACKING METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION TO CRYSTAL STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF DESHEXAPEPTIDE (B25--B30) INSULIN

Based on the molecule-packing theory, we defined a molecule-packing function express-ing the compatibility of packing among the symmetry-related molecules in a unit cell. Acomputer program imitating the close-packing of molecules in the objective crystal latticeand giving the function value of each rotation and translation of the molecule in the unitcell was performed, and it therefore made the close-packing of molecules expressquantitatively. This method not only could judge a correct solution from several peaks ofthe rotation or translation function but it may also independently, quantitatively and quicklysolve some specific problems of rotation and translation. Using known structure of despenta-peptide (B26--B30) insulin as an example, the effectiveness of this method and its programwas inspected, and this method was successfully applied to solving the translation problem ofthe unknown structure of deshexapeptide (B25--B30) insulin. ON THE ABRUPT CHANGE IN SOUTH ASIAN SUMMER MONSOON CLIMATE AND ITS SYNCHRONISM WITH THE GLOBAL RAPID WARMING

This paper has analysed the major characteristics of long-term variation, of summermonsoon climate in South Asia since 1888. An abrupt enhancement of summer monsoon inthe 1920s and its synchronism with the global rapid warming have been detected by theMann-Kendall Rank Statistic test. Based on diagnostic analysis on the atmospheric circulationover the monsoon region and the thermal conditions of both ocean and land during theperiod of abrupt change, it is found that the warming over land was stronger and earlierthan that over the ocean, which would enhance the land-sea thermal contrast and thereforebe favorable to the development of monsoon low and the disturbance in the monsoon flow.This may be a direct factor for the abrupt enhancement of summer monsoon.     

SPORES AND POLLEN IN CRUDE OILS AND PETROLEUM SOURCE OF TARIM BASIN

One hundred and forty-seven species of spores and pollen referred to 77 genera found in the crudeoil samples taken from four petroliferous provinces of the Tarim Basin of Xinjiang Provincehave been studied in this paper. By means of these spore and pollen fossils, the geological ages anddistribution of the petroleum source rocks of the basin are judged. Also, the principles and methodsto judge the petroleum source of a petroleum province by spore/pollen and other microfossils in crudeoils are explained.     

USING MEASURING METHOD TO FIND AREA OF ENCLOSED PLANE REGION AND VOLUME OF ENCLOSED SPACE REGION

Two simple methods to calculate the area and volume called improved square gridmethod and cube cutting method are proposed in this paper. For any plane curve orspace surface satisfying certain conditions, by our method, the error of measurement isof the second infinitive order of measuring unit (the side length of the square grid or theside length of the little cube) when the unit is small enough. And when some properties ofthe curve or the surface can be found or its varying bounds can be evaluated, it is pointedout, in order to make the error smaller than any given value, how small the length of themeasuring unit should be.
