714名0—6岁儿童头发中微量元素水平的研究

报道了深圳市南山区７１４名０￣６岁儿童头发中６种必需微量和宏量元素的水平，分析了不同年龄、性别儿童６种元素的异常状况，研究结果表明，儿童头发中锌、铜、铁、钙和锰元素缺乏状况相当严重总缺乏率占８９．９％。     

Dipole Cauchy moments of the atoms H through Ar

Summary Dipole Cauchy moments of the atoms through Ar are calculated using the hydrodynamic formulation of time-dependent Kohn-Sham theory. The exchange-correlation energy density functional is approximated by the gradient expansion for atoms. Using variational trial functions that contain both linear and nonlinear variational parameters, we are able to reproduce (to three or four significant figures) the static dipole polarizabilities obtained by explicitly solving the relevant differential equations. The resulting dipole Cauchy moments provide a convenient starting point for calculating other properties which result from the linear interaction of atoms with a time varying electric field.     

Peptidic alpha-ketocarboxylic acids and sulfonamides as inhibitors of protein tyrosine phosphatases

One common approach for designing protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTPase) inhibitors is to incorporate a nonhydrolyzable phosphotyrosine (pTyr) mimic into a peptide substrate for PTPases. This report describes the synthesis of three such nonhydrolyzable pTyr mimics that contain alpha-ketoacid, alpha-hydroxyacid, and methylenesulfonamide functional groups in place of the phosphate. These pTyr mimics were incorporated into the peptide sequence Ac-Asp-Ala-Asp-Glu-X-Leu-NH(2), where X is the pTyr mimic, and analyzed for activity against the Yersinia PTPase and PTP1B.     

三烃基锡肟类化合物的合成及生物活性

共合成了１３个未见文献报道的三烃基锡肟衍生物，测定了它们的＾１ｈ，（＾１３Ｃ，＾１１９Ｓｎ）ＮＭＲ，ＩＲ和ＭＳ。结果表明此类化合物为四配位锡单体结构，生物活性测定结果表明部分化合物同时兼有杀菌、杀螨、除草多种活性。     

3D H-bonding networks self-assembly from pyridinium derivatives and bis(maleonitriledithiolato)zincate(II)

The two ion-pair complexes, [pyH]₂[Zn(mnt)₂] (1) and [4,4′-bipyH₂]-[Zn(mnt)₂] (2), were synthesized, where mnt²⁻ denotes maleonitriledithiolate, and [pyH]⁺, [4,4′-bipyH₂]²⁺ represent pyridinium and diprotonated 4,4′-bipyridinium, respectively. Their single crystal structures show that there are strong bifurcated H-bonding interactions between the cations of the pyridinium derivative and the [Zn(mnt)₂]²⁻ anions in both 1 and 2. The bifurcated H-bonding interactions between the N–H of the pyridiniums and the CN groups of the mnt²⁻ ligands give rise to a 2D layered H-bonding network, the adjacent layers come together in such way as mutual embrace to give a tight pack, thus 2D hydrogen-bonding sheets further develop into 3D H-bonding networks through weak C–HS and ππ stacking interactions in 1. As for 2, the cations and anions connect into several types of H-bonding macrorings ([2+2], [3+3] and [4+4]), these H-bonding macrorings fuse to extend into 2D layered structure, the interpenetration between [3+3] and [4+4] type H-bonding macrorings in the adjacent layers give further rise to novel 3D extended H-bonding networks, in which there are clearly parallel stacks of cations and the chelate rings of anions.     

二苯并三氧二氮穴醚及其Na(Ⅰ)、Cu(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征

自从1969年Lchn等合成穴醚[2,2,2]似来.人们对穴醚的研究越来越感到兴趣.由于空腔效应,穴醚具有很强的配位能力和较高的选择性,它对于研究无机离子在生物体内的传输过程具有重要的意义,而且有可能用于离子的识别和分离.     

Sesquiterpenoids and Phenylpropane Derivatives from Sonchus uliginosus

Six new compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Sonchus uliginosus, including three eudesmane‐type sesquiterpenoids (1β,6α)‐1,6,14‐trihydroxyeudesm‐3‐en‐12‐oic acid γ‐lactone ( 1 ), (1β,6α)‐1,6,14‐trihydroxyeudesma‐3,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid γ‐lactone ( 2 ), and (1β,6α)‐1,6‐dihydroxy‐14‐O‐[(4‐hydroxyphenyl)acetyl]eudesma‐3,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid γ‐lactone ( 3 ), and three phenylpropane derivatives, 4‐hydroxy‐γ,3,5‐trimethoxybenzenepropanol ( 6 ), γ,3,4,5‐tetramethoxybenzenepropanol ( 7 ), and γ,3,4,5‐tetramethoxybenzenepropanol acetate ( 8 ), together with the two known compounds 4 and 5 . The new structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods, such as IR, EI‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and by comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds.     

Efficient palladium-catalyzed homocoupling reaction and Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction of terminal alkynes under aerobic conditions

An efficient method for palladium-catalyzed homocoupling reaction of terminal alkynes in the synthesis of symmetric diynes is presented. The results showed that both Pd(OAc)(2) and CuI played crucial roles in the reaction. In the presence of 2 mol % Pd(OAc)(2), 2 mol % CuI, 3 equiv of Dabco, and air, homocoupling of various terminal alkynes afforded the corresponding symmetrical diynes in moderate to excellent yields, whereas low yields were obtained without either Pd(OAc)(2) or CuI. Moreover, high TONs (turnover numbers; up to 940 000 for the reaction of phenylacetylene) for the homocoupling reaction were observed. Under similar reaction conditions, cross-coupling of 1-iodo-4-nitrobenzene with phenylacetylene was also carried out smoothly in quantitative yield. However, the presence of CuI disfavored the palladium-catalyzed Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions of the less active aryl iodides and bromides. In the presence of 0.01-2 mol % Pd(OAc)(2), a number of aryl iodides and bromides were coupled with terminal alkynes in good to excellent yields. It is noteworthy that this protocol employs mild, efficient, aerobic, copper-free, and ligand-free conditions.     

反相悬浮聚合法合成超强吸水剂

以两性高分子作悬浮稳定剂，用反相悬浮聚合法合成了聚（丙烯酸盐－丙烯酰胺）类超强吸水剂．研究了交联剂、稳定剂、引发剂等用量、中和程度、单体组成及链转移剂等聚合条件对吸水剂吸水性能的影响．得到了吸蒸馏水１０５０ｍＬ／ｇ及吸０．９％ＮａＣｌ溶液８６ｍＬ／ｇ的超强吸水剂．此外，还比较了含不同反离子的聚丙烯酸类吸水剂的吸水性能     

Synthesis, characterization, photoluminescence and electroluminescence properties of new 1,3,4-oxadiazole-containing rhenium（I） complex Re（CO）3（Bphen）（PTOP）

A new 1,3,4-oxadiazole-contanining rhenium(I) complex,with the formula [Re(CO)_3(Bphen)(PTOP)],(Bphen=bathophe- nardine,PTOP=4-(5-p-tolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazd-2-yl)pyridine),is synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,~1H NMR, UV-vis and luminescence spectroscopy.The double-layer electroluminescence devices based on the Re(I) complex have been fabricated by spin-coating technique.The turn-on voltage,maximum efficiency,and brightness for green emission obtained from the devices are 9V,2.1cd/A and 165cd/m~2,respectively.
