采用新型La_(0.07)Sr_(0.93)SnO_3电极制备外延透明BiFe_(0.95)Mn_(0.05)O_3铁电薄膜电容器

本文使用脉冲激光沉积的方法在SrTiO3(STO)单晶衬底上采用一种新型的透明导电氧化物材料La0.07Sr0.93SnO3(LSSO)薄膜作为电极材料制备了BiFe0.95Mn0.05O3(BFMO)铁电薄膜电容器.XRD表征结果证实BF-MO/LSSO/STO外延异质结具有很好的单晶质量.光透过率的测试结果表明在500~2500nm的波长范围内,整个异质结的透光率与单纯STO衬底基片相似.在波长500nm附近BFMO出现吸收边,通过对吸收边进行(hνα)2-hν曲线拟合得到BFMO的直接光学带隙约为2.8eV.利用Pt作为上电极,我们测得了饱和的电滞回线,剩余极化Pr~60μC/cm2.

A Novel Palladium-Catalyzed Reaction and Its Application in Preparation of Derivatives of Stilbazols

Many derivatives of stilbazoles have strong biological activities and pharmacological actions. For instance, (-substituent-(E)-4-styrylpyridines can be used as cytokinin analogues1. A series of N-substituted tetrahydro (phenylethenyl) pyridine derivatives were reported in vitro against both nicotinic and muscarinic receptors derived from rat cerebral cortax2. Micelles possessing mixed cores and thermoresponsive shells fabricated from well‐defined amphiphilic ABC miktoarm star terpolymers

Amphiphilic ABC miktoarm star terpolymers consisting of polystyrene, poly(ε‐caprolactone), and poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) arms, PS(‐b‐PNIPAM)‐b‐PCL, were synthesized via a combination of atom transfer radical polymerization, ring‐opening polymerization (ROP), and click chemistry. Difunctional PS bearing an alkynyl and a primary hydroxyl moiety at the chain end, PS‐alknyl‐OH, was prepared by reacting azido‐terminated PS with an excess of 3,5‐bis(propargyloxy)benzyl alcohol (BPBA) under click conditions. The subsequent ROP of ε‐caprolactone using PS‐alknyl‐OH macroinitiator afforded PS(‐alkynyl)‐b‐PCL copolymer bearing an alkynyl moiety at the diblock junction point. Target PS(‐b‐PNIPAM)‐b‐PCL amphiphilic ABC miktoarm star terpolymers were then prepared via click reaction between PS(‐alkynyl)‐b‐PCL and an excess of azido‐terminated PNIPAM (PNIPAM‐N₃). The removal of excess PNIPAM‐N₃ was accomplished by “clicking” onto alkynyl‐functionalized Wang resin. All the intermediate and final products were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, ¹H NMR, and FTIR. In aqueous solution, the obtained amphiphilic ABC miktoarm star terpolymer self‐assembles into micelles possessing mixed PS/PCL cores and thermoresponsive shells, which were further characterized by dynamic laser light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A convenient synthesis of pyrroles catalyzed by acidic resin under solvent-free condition

<正>A convenient and effective Paal-Knorr condensations of 2,5-hexanedione with most amines have been carried out at room temperature under solvent-free condition.Macroporous strongly acidic styrol resin(D001) as a novel,efficient,cost-effective,and reusable solid acid catalyst for the synthesis of pyrroles under the same conditions.The pyrroles were obtained in high yields in short reaction times.

Implementing two optimal economical quantum cloning with superconducting quantum interference devices in a cavity

We propose a unified scheme to implement the optimal 1→ 3economical phase-covariant quantum cloning and optimal 1→3 economical real state cloning with superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs) in a cavity.During this process,no transfer of quantum information between the SQUIDs and cavity is required.The cavity field is only virtually excited.The scheme is insensitive to cavity decay.Therefore,the scheme can be experimentally realized in the range of current cavity QED techniques.     

Efficient preparation of a four-photon cluster state with homodyne measurement via cross-Kerr nonlinearity

A scheme is proposed for generating a multiphoton entangled cluster state among four modes. The scheme only uses Kerr medium, beam splitter and homodyne measurements on coherent light fields, which can be efficiently made in quantum optical laboratories. The photon in the signal mode is prepared in a superposition state of the vacuum state and one-photon state while the probe beam is initially set in a coherent state superposition.
