根据研制的大口径、高场强的超导强磁装置的特点,选择基于LabVIEW的数据采集和测控系统。低温传感器共六支,分别安装于磁体氦槽和冷屏不同位置,其中碳电阻温度计Cernox三支,铂电阻温度计Pt100两支、Pt1000一只,用于监测磁体温度;超导氦液面计一个,用于监测氦液面高度;根据磁体参数匹配研制了一套可调励磁速率的磁体专用直流电源及其失超保护系统,保证磁体安全运行。所有数据通过NI公司内插DAQ6251数据采集卡的PX I采集,用LabVIEW编写数据采集程序和人机界面。 相似文献

The lithiated transition metal oxide precursor (LNCMO) with typical α-NaFeO2 structure and imperfect crystallinity, obtained from a hydrothermal process, was pretreated at 500 °C and then subjected to sintering at 800–920 °C to synthesize the ternary layered LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 (NCM523). X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and charge/discharge testing were used for investigating the effect of the high-temperature crystallization on the properties of the NCM523 cathode materials. The results show that the materials heated at 880–900 °C possess superior cation ordering, perfect crystallinity, and excellent electrochemical performances, among which the material heated at 900 °C delivers better performances, with the initial discharge capacity of 152.6 mAh g?1 at 0.5 C over 3.0 to 4.3 V and the capacity retention of 95.5% after 50 cycles. Furthermore, the effect of the high-temperature crystallization on the Li+ diffusion coefficient, potential polarization, and electrochemical resistance are discussed. 相似文献

The silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) have been immobilized onto silica microspheres through the adsorption and subsequent reduction
of Ag+ ions on the surfaces of the silica microspheres. The neat silica microspheres that acted as the core materials were prepared
through sol–gel processing; their surfaces were then functionalized using 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS). The major
aims of this study were to immobilize differently sized Ag particles onto the silica microspheres and to understand the mechanism
of formation of the Ag nano-coatings through the self-assembly/adsorption behavior of Ag NPs/Ag+ ions on the silica spheres. The obtained Ag NP/silica microsphere conglomerates were characterized by field-emission scanning
electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Their electromagnetic

Flamelet models for turbulent combustion modelling make use of presumed-shape probability density functions (PDFs) for integrating laminar flamelet solutions to obtain an integrated flamelet table that can readily be used for turbulent flame calculations. The existence of non-unique approaches for such an integration has rarely been investigated before. For the first time, this work studies systematically the non-uniqueness of the flamelet table integration approaches. A flamelet model called the flamelet/progress variable model is used in the study, although the issue exists generally in many other flamelet models. Two classes of table integration approaches are investigated, one preserving the laminar flamelet structures during integration and the other not. Three different table integration approaches are examined and compared in detail to provide a thorough understanding of the different approaches. A partially stirred reactor is used as a test case for examining the different approaches. A method based on the transported PDF method is also employed to provide a reference for the assessment of the different flamelet table integration approaches. It is found in general that the flamelet preserving integration approach yields a more reasonable joint PDF of the mixture fraction and the progress variable, and the prediction results are closer to the referenced transported PDF results. 相似文献

We proposed a novel method for fabricating polymer compound microlenses (PCMLs) using micro-inkjet technique and subsequent curing process. Two different types of PCMLs with sandwich microstructure (PDMS-Glycerol-PDMS), concave and convex PCMLs, have been designed and fabricated in experiments. Convex PCML has two real images and two foci. The concave PCML has one real and one virtual focal planes, which can generate one real image and one virtual image respectively. Moreover, the diameter of concave PCML can be controlled by adjusting the curing time and temperature. The proposed method is simple, efficient and suitable for realizing large-scale high numerical aperture PCMLs array, which has potential applications in diverse optical systems such as optical storage and three-dimensional imaging. 相似文献
