Two New Diterpene Acetylxylosides from Aster veitchianus

Two new acetylxylosides,ent-manool-13-O-β-D-2′-acetylxylopyranoside(1)and entmanool-13-O-β-D-2′,4′-diacetylxylopyranoside(2)were isolated from Aster veitchianus.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

Novel aromatic polyamides bearing pendent diphenylamino or carbazolyl groups

Two new diamines, 2,4‐diaminotriphenylamine ( 3 ) and N‐(2,4‐diaminophenyl)carbazole ( 4 ), were synthesized via the cesium fluoride‐mediated aromatic substitution reactions of 1‐fluoro‐2,4‐dinitrobenzene with diphenylamine and carbazole, followed by palladium‐catalyzed hydrazine reduction. Amorphous and soluble aramids having pendent diphenylamino and carbazolyl groups were prepared by the phosphorylation polycondensation of aromatic dicarboxylic acids with diamines 3 and 4 , respectively. The aramids derived from diamine 3 had sufficiently high molecular weights to permit the casting of flexible and tough films. They exhibited excellent mechanical properties and moderately high softening temperatures in the 221–298 °C range. However, the reactions of diamine 4 with aromatic diacids gave relatively lower molecular weights products that could not afford flexible films. For a comparative purpose, the parent aramids derived from m‐phenylenediamine and aromatic diacids were also prepared and characterized. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. CdZnTe核探测器的蒙特卡罗模拟的初步研究

以CdZnTe核探测器的工作原理为依据,探测器内反应的随机性和反应产生的电子空穴对数目的统计规律为物理模型,应用Visual C + + 自行编制了蒙特卡罗模拟软件.模拟了γ射线在CdZnTe探测器中的响应能谱,并将模拟结果与实际器件的测试结果进行了比较讨论.模拟能谱与实际测得的能谱的主峰符合较好.此外,通过分析⁵⁷Co源辐照下探测效率与器件厚度的关系,可以推测探测效率达到最大时所对应CdZnTe探测器的理想厚度     

复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体辅助质粒pΔGP的构建及转染小肠癌细胞的研究

在人泡沫病毒原病毒全长克隆pHRSV13的基础上,缺失突变gag和pol基因,并且用SV40polyA加尾信号替代人泡沫病毒的3′LTR,构建辅助质粒pΔGP.将复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体质粒pGPSNI EGFP和辅助质粒pΔGP分别转染和共转染小肠癌HIC细胞系,荧光显微镜检测发现共转染pGPSNI EGFP和pΔGP的HIC细胞能够强烈表达绿色荧光蛋白,转染有复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体质粒pGPSNI EGFP的HIC细胞能够表达少量的绿色荧光蛋白,而转染有辅助载体pΔGP的HIC细胞不表达绿色荧光.结果证明复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体的构建成功,表明人泡沫病毒env基因3′端的内部启动子IP具有弱启动子的活性,并且bel基因产生的调控蛋白能够反式激活人泡沫病毒内部启动子IP和5′LTR的启动子.     

Explicit Confinement Effect on the Helicity Amplitudes of the Low-Lying Nucleon Resonances

Calculations of helicity amplitudes for the low-lying nucleon resonances are displayed based on a non-relativistic constituent quark model with a harmonic oscillator confinement. The explicit effect of quark confinement isshown. Our results show that the effect plays sizable role on some transition amplitudes of S11(1535) and D13(1520)resonances. The effect on the △(1232) transition amplitudes islessthan 10%. However, the effect on the Roper resonanceis remarkable but is inconclusive.     

用紧耦合方法研究C4+和O6+与He原子碰撞

用双中心原子轨道紧耦合方法计算了C4+-He以及O6+-He碰撞的单俘获总截面,入射离子的能量范围为10～100keV/amu,所得计算结果在实验误差范围内与实验值很好符合.对满壳层入射离子,研究了单俘获截面随入射离子电荷态的变化,并讨论了原子轨道展开波函数数目对计算结果的影响.p     

GLOBAL WEAK SOLUTIONS OF THE RELATIVISTIC VLASOV-KLEIN-GORDON SYSTEM IN TWO DIMENSIONS

In this paper we consider the system of classical particles coupled with a Klein-Gordon field in two dimensions.We establish a-priori-bounds on the solutions of this system with initial data satisfying a size restriction derived from conservation of energy.This result,together with the smoothing of"velocity averaging",yields the existence of global weak solutions to the corresponding restricted initial value problem.The size restriction is necessary since energy of the system is indefinite.Finally,we show that the weak solutions preserve the total mass.     

非奇异单圈图的刻划

边数等于顶点个数的连通图称为单圈图.本文修正了文献[1]中关于奇异单圈图的充要条件,并且利用该条件证明了文献[2]中一个关于非奇异单圈图的猜想.     

氯代5-氟脲嘧啶卟啉的红外光谱特性的研究

本文对新合成的对位及间位两类氯代苯基 5 氟脲嘧啶卟啉的红外光谱吸收峰进行了归属和总结 ,讨论了其红外吸收频率随取代基位置变化的规律。指出了苯环上的取代基为电负性强的基团时 ,由于场效应的存在 ,使被测化合物的羰基伸缩振动吸收峰的相对强度发生改变。同时 ,表明了嘧啶环上N原子发生了取代 ,形成单、双取代 5 氟脲嘧啶卟啉化合物的红外光谱特性。     

几种旱生植物水分生理特性的比较研究

本文对梭梭(Halorylon ammodendron)等几种典型荒漠旱生植物在干旱环境下体内含水量、相对合水量、水分饱和亏缺、自由水、束缚水、水势、离体枝叶吸水速率等的变化及其与植物抗旱的关系进行了比较研究。
