毛细管气相色谱法研究硝基氨基甲苯异构体在SE-30、SE-54中的热力学性质

通过对色谱分离过程的热力学处理, 得到了用毛细管色谱法测定溶质在溶剂中的溶解热力学性质的关系式, 利用该式测定了硝基氨基甲苯的五种异构体在SE-30, SE-54固定液中的溶解焓和溶解熵, 并对结果进行了定性解释。     

One—dimensional Network Constructed by Salicylate and Phenanthroline Ligands with Copper（Ⅱ）

A novel complex,[Cu2(phen)(sal)(Hsal)2]n(1),was synthesized and structurally characterized.The basic dimeric units are hold by sal ligands and extended into 1-D network.The carboxylate grougs of salicylates coordinate to the central ion in three different coordination modes:chelating,bridging and bridging-chelating.In the case of bridging-chelating of the carboxylate group of the salicylate,all three oxygen atoms of salicylate are bidentately coordinated to copper ion,namely,μ4-η^3 binding mode.     

双离子AB交联型聚醚类固体电解质及其电流变液的性能

将α，ω－双甲基丙烯酰氧基封端的聚乙二醇与高氯酸锂络合，分别用溶液聚合和反相悬浮聚合合成了双离子ＡＢ交联型聚醚类高分子固体电解质（ＡＢＣＰＥ２）及其组成的无水电流变（ＥＲ）液．研究了ＡＢＣＰＥ２本身的离子导电性和含ＡＢＣＰＥ２的ＥＲ液的活性和电性能，并用扫描电镜表征了ＥＲ液中的粒子．获得了离子导电率高达８．０×１０－５Ｓ／ｃｍ（２５℃）的高分子固体电解质和活性较高的无水ＥＲ液．     

抑制型离子色谱法测定白酒中的F~-、CI~-、NO_2~-、H_2PO_4~-、NO_3~-

用抑制型离子色谱法测定白酒中的F~-、cl~-、NO_2~-、H_2PO_4~-、NO_3~-。流动相为4mmoL/L Na_2CO_3-3mmoL/L NaHCO_3混合溶液,流速为1.5mL/min,进样量为0.5mL,在最佳色谱条件下,5种无机阴离子10min内实现基线分离。F~-、cl~-、NO_2~-、H_2PO_4~-、NO_3~-的检出限分别为0.008、0.012、0.030、0.068、0.077mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.86％、1.30％、2.06％、1.82％、1.50％,回收率分别为108.0％、94.0％、101.0％、98.7％、94.4％。     

中毒样品中灭鼠药的分析鉴定与人工炭肾治疗效果浅评

1991年7月某单位发生集体食物中毒,78人发病。当时迫切需要鉴定出毒物,以便对这起中毒病人进行抢救治疗。本文建立了未见文献报道的血样,炭肾中痕量“四二四”的分离提取方法和GC-MS分析鉴定方法,在中毒样品中鉴定出剧毒灭鼠药“四二四”。根据治疗用的人工炭肾及治疗后病人血样的鉴定结果,对用人工炭肾透析治疗“四二四”中毒的疗效进行了评价。     

双外推法研究FeC2O4·2H2O脱水过程的动力学机理

On the basis of the Coats-Redfern's integral equation and Ozawa's equation. the probable mechanism of the dehydration process of FeC2O4 2H2O was investigated using double extrapolation. The dehydration Process includes two steps. The first step is the nuclear producing and growing process(n=1.5), G(α)= [ln(1-α)]1/1.5; the second step is a two-dimensional diffusion process, G(α)=(1-α)ln(1-α)+a: the corresponding kinetic parameters were determined.     

Sol-gel technique for the preparation of beta-cyclodextrin derivative stationary phase in open-tubular capillary electrochromatography

A novel open-tubular capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC) column coated with 2,6-dibutyl-beta-cyclodextrin (DB-beta-CD) was prepared using sol-gel technique. In the sol-gel approach, owing to the three-dimensional network of sol-gel and the strong chemical bond between the stationary phase and the surface of capillary columns, good chromatographic characteristics and unique selectivity in separating isomers were shown. We achieved high efficiencies of 5-14 x 10(4) plates/m for the isomeric nitrophenols using the sol-gel-derived DB-beta-CD columns. The migration time reproducibility of the separation of the isomeric nitrophenols was better than 2.2% over five runs and 4.5% from column to column. These sol-gel-coated DB-beta-CD columns have shown improved separations of isomeric aminophenols, isomeric dihydroxybenzenes and isomeric nitrophenols, in comparison with the sol-gel matrix capillary column. The influences of buffer pH and methanol solvent on separation were investigated. The chiral resolution of enantiomers such as ibuprofen and binaphthol was explored primarily.     

用U核裂变碎片径迹法研究PET薄膜的高分子聚集态结构

<正> 高聚物薄膜如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET),聚碳酸酯,硝酸纤维素等经铀核裂变碎片轰击后,再用化学试剂蚀刻,可以显示核裂片在高聚物薄膜内的经迹,这已在核物理研究中得到很好的应用。本文应用核经迹法对PET不同取向和结晶程度的试样进行了观察,认为该方法对于研究高分子聚集态结构是有深入探讨意义的。
