With the development of the multicore processor, the bandwidth and capacity of the memory, rather than the memory area, are the key factors in server performance. At present, however, the new architectures, such as fully buffered DIMM (FBDIMM), hybrid memory cube (HMC), and high bandwidth memory (HBM), cannot be commercially applied in the server. Therefore, a new architecture for the server is proposed. CPU and memory are separated onto different boards, and optical interconnection is used for the communication between them. Each optical module corresponds to each dual inline memory module (DIMM) with 64 channels. Compared to the previous technology, not only can the architecture realize high-capacity and wide-bandwidth memory, it also can reduce power consumption and cost, and be compatible with the existing dynamic random access memory (DRAM). In this article, the proposed module with system-in-package (SiP) integration is demonstrated. In the optical module, the silicon photonic chip is included, which is a promising technology to be applied in the next-generation data exchanging centers. And due to the bandwidth–distance performance of the optical interconnection, SerDes chips are introduced to convert the 64-bit data at 800 Mbps from/to 4-channel data at 12.8 Gbps after/before they are transmitted though optical fiber. All the devices are packaged on cheap organic substrates. To ensure the performance of the whole system, several optimization efforts have been performed on the two modules. High-speed interconnection traces have been designed and simulated with electromagnetic simulation software. Steady-state thermal characteristics of the transceiver module have been evaluated by ANSYS APLD based on finite-element methodology (FEM). Heat sinks are placed at the hotspot area to ensure the reliability of all working chips. Finally, this transceiver system based on silicon photonics is measured, and the eye diagrams of data and clock signals are verified.  相似文献

This paper concerns the convex optimal control problem governed by multiscale elliptic equations with arbitrarily rough $L^\infty$ coefficients, which has not only complex coupling between nonseparable scales and nonlinearity, but also important applications in composite materials and geophysics. We use one of the recently developed numerical homogenization techniques, the so-called Rough Polyharmonic Splines (RPS) and its generalization (GRPS) for the efficient resolution of the elliptic operator on the coarse scale. Those methods have optimal convergence rate which do not rely on the regularity of the coefficients nor the concepts of scale-separation or periodicity. As the iterative solution of the nonlinearly coupled OCP-OPT formulation for the optimal control problem requires solving the corresponding (state and co-state) multiscale elliptic equations many times with different right hand sides, numerical homogenization approach only requires one-time pre-computation on the fine scale and the following iterations can be done with computational cost proportional to coarse degrees of freedom. Numerical experiments are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

We proposed absorbing interface conditions for the simulation of linear wave propagation on non-uniform meshes. Based on the superposition principle of second-order linear wave equations, we decompose the interface condition problem into two subproblems around the interface: for the first one the conventional artificial absorbing boundary conditions is applied, while for the second one, the local analytic solutions can be derived. The proposed interface conditions permit a two-way transmission of low-frequency waves across mesh interfaces which can be supported by both coarse and fine meshes, and perform a one-way absorption of high-frequency waves which can only be supported by fine meshes when they travel from fine mesh regions to coarse ones. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed absorbing interface conditions.  相似文献

The limit distribution for homogeneous Markov processes is studied extensively and well understood, but it is not the case for inhomogeneous Markov processes. In this paper, we review some recent results on inhomogeneous Markov processes generated by non-autonomous stochastic (partial) differential equations (SDE in short). Under some suitable conditions, we show that the distribution of recurrent solutions of SDEs constitutes the limit distribution of the corresponding inhomogeneous Markov processes.  相似文献

在总结废旧钴酸锂电池回收技术的基础上提出了废旧磷酸亚铁锂电池的回收工艺流程。在正极回收料中加入Li2CO3,Fe(NO3)3.9H2O和NH4H2PO4调整回收料中Li/Fe/P的摩尔比为1.05:1:1,在700℃、Fe/C=1/1.5、N2保护下反应10h生成磷酸亚铁锂,并实现了以金属的形式回收了电池中的大部分铜、铝等金属,整个流程没有使用强酸溶液,少量使用强碱溶液,是一种高效环保的废旧电池回收工艺。  相似文献

利用边缘检测与主动轮廓模型组合的方法可提取海陆边界线,但易受轮廓跟踪的缺点影响.在该方法的基础上,利用边缘检测与梯度矢量流的有向力作用生成初始轮廓线,再使用主动轮廓模型对初始轮廓线进行调整,得到精确的海陆边界.实验证明该方法可简便地生成有效的初始轮廓线并准确提取海陆边界,避免使用轮廓跟踪法.该方法可利用GIS数据辅助以简化提取流程.  相似文献

对基于半导体光放大器的交叉增益调制型波长转换器相向和同向两种工作方式进行了研究。实验上分别实现了两种工作方式在1550nm波段的波长转换,比较了相同外部条件下两种工作方式的噪声特性,在全面考虑放大自发辐射噪声及其消耗载流子,增益谱的色散性和有源区内部损耗等因素的基础上,运用放大器的分段模型,计算了不同条件下两种方式的输出噪声功率,结果表明:相向型工作方式受放大自发辐射噪声的影响要远大于同向工作方式,输出放大自发辐射噪声功率的大小主要取决于载流子浓度的高低,而载流子空间分布的不均匀程度则决定两种工作方式输出噪声功率的差值大小。  相似文献

A simple 10 ps KrF laser system consisting of quenched dye laser oscillator pumped by a XeCl laser, a distributed feedback dye laser (DFDL), a three-stage dye amplifier and a two-stage KrF amplifier are described. The output of the laser system is 140 mJ with 10 ps pulse width by using polarization-multiplexing amplification. A focused output laser intensity of about 4×1015 W/cm2 is obtained. The saturation fluence for KrF laser is obtained with this laser.  相似文献

We evaluate exactly both the nonrelativistic and relativistic fermion determinant in 2+1 dimensions in a constant background field at finite temperature. The effect of finite chemical potential is also considered. In both cases, the systems are decoupled into an infinite number of 1+1 fermions by Fourier transformation in the -variable.
