A series of novel pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine 2b, 3, 5b, pyrazolotetrazolopyrimidine 4, and pyrazolotriazolopyrimidine derivatives 6a,b–10a,b have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic data. Furthermore, the cytotoxicity and in vivo antitumor evaluation of some prepared compounds have been assessed, and derivatives 1a and 6b revealed promising activity in comparison to that of Cisplatin. In an attempt to explore the synthetic utility of a ternary asymmetric catalyst comprising La(NO3)3?6H2O, amide‐based ligand (R)‐ L1 , and D ‐valine tert‐butyl ester H‐D ‐Val‐OtBu, we investigated a catalytic, asymmetric amination of functionalized N‐nonsubstituted α‐alkoxycarbonyl amides using di‐tert‐butyl azodicarboxylate as an electrophilic aminating reagent. A highly functionalized, cyclic N‐nonsubstituted α‐alkoxycarbonyl amide delivered the desired amination product in up to 96 % enantiometric excess, with the requisite functionalities of the polar heads of sphingosines with the appropriate stereochemical arrangement. The rapid asymmetric assembly of these functional groups allowed a concise enantioselective synthetic route to sphingosines to be established with a broad flexibility towards derivative synthesis. These studies have culminated in an efficient catalytic enantioselective total synthesis of immunosuppressive fungal metabolites mycestericin F ( 3 a ) and G ( 3 b ). 相似文献

We report here a study on the physicochemical properties of cationic phospholipids liposomes used for lipoplex formulation
and DNA transfer. The original cationic phospholipids synthesized in our laboratory are first presented with the liposome
formulation process. The second part deals with the liposomes fusogenic properties studied by fluorescence resonant energy
transfer (FRET). The nature of the cationic polar head and the formulation with or without a neutral colipid have a great
influence on the FRET signal. The third part reports the study of the viscosity of the liposome by fluorescence anisotropy
measurements. It has been observed that the vectors having a saturated lipid chain exhibit a more pronounced anisotropy than
those having unsaturated lipid chains. Finally, liposomes formed by a mixture of phospholipids and DC-Chol (a rigid lipid)

Based on a particular mathematical structure of a certain function f(x) under our attention, we present a novel quantum algorithm. The algorithm allows one to determine the property of a certain function. In our study, it is f(x) = f(?x). Therefore, there would be a question here, “How fast can we succeed in this?” All we need to do is only the evaluation of a single quantum state \(|\overbrace {0,0,\ldots ,0,1}^{N}\rangle \) (N ≥?2). Only using that with a little amount of information, we can derive the global property f(x) = f(?x). Our quantum algorithm overcomes a classical counterpart by a factor of the order of 2N. 相似文献

In the short contribution, we consider inequalities of confirming genuine multipartite entanglement. We have a better entanglement witness for a particular mixed state to test genuine multipartite entanglement. Our physical situation is that we measure Pauli observables σ x , σ y , and σ z per side. If the reduction factor is greater than 0.4, then we can confirm the measured quantum state is genuine multipartite entangled experimentally. 相似文献
