The US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) participated in an international interlaboratory study under
the auspices of the Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance (CCQM) for the determination of 19-norandrosterone (19-NA)
in urine, the principal metabolite of nandrolone and certain other synthetic testosterone substitutes banned for use by the
World Antidoping Agency (WADA). Prior to this study, NIST developed a candidate reference measurement procedure based upon
isotope dilution liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry. This method was applied to a urine sample distributed to
the participants in the study by the Australian National Measurement Institute, Pymble, Australia (NMIA). The NIST results
were in very good agreement with those from the other participants, all of whom used methods based upon gas chromatography/mass
spectrometry. All known significant sources of uncertainty were evaluated, resulting in a relative expanded uncertainty of

以三聚氰胺和硼酸为原料在水溶液中反应合成出了一种新的BCN化合物先驱体C3N6H6(H3BO3)2。XRD表征结果表明三聚氰胺和硼酸的最佳配比为1∶3(物质的量比)。用单晶X-射线衍射分析法测定了该化合物的晶体结构。该化合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/C,晶胞参数为a=0.3597(7)nm,b=2.0105(4)nm,c=1.4112(3)nm,α=90,°β=92.07(3),°γ=90,°V=1.0199(3)nm3,Z=4,D c=1.627g.cm-3,μ(MoKα)=0.144mm-1,F(000)=520。晶体结构经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终可靠因子R1=0.0519,wR2=0.1361。该化合物是由C3N6H6分子和H3BO3分子通过氢键加合组装形成的三维超分子结构化合物。 相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of highly substituted naphthyridine‐based polyheteroaromatic compounds in high yields proceeds through rhodium(III)‐catalyzed multiple C H bond cleavage and C C and C N bond formation in a one‐pot process. Such highly substituted polyheteroaromatic compounds have attracted much attention because of their unique π‐conjugation, which make them suitable materials for organic semiconductors and luminescent materials. In order to enhance the
electrogenerative leaching rate of sphalerite reasonably, the basic principle
of generative process was applied to the simultaneous leaching of sphalerite
in the presence of MnO2. It was confirmed by experimental
results that both mental ions and electric energy could be obtained in the
simultaneous electrogenerative leaching process. The leaching cell had the
open circuit potential about 1.0 V, about 2000 C of electric quantity was
obtained, the optimal leaching ratio of Zn2+ and
Mn2+ was 48.5, 39.6% respectively, after electrogenerative

This paper reports the first integrated microelectromechanical system (MEMS) HPLC chip that consists of a parylene high-pressure LC column, an electrochemical sensor, a resistive heater and a thermal-isolation structure for on-chip temperature gradient interaction chromatography application. The separation column was 8 mm long, 100 microm wide, 25 microm high and was packed with 5 microm sized, C18-coated beads using conventional slurry-packing technique. A novel parylene-enhanced, air-gap thermal isolation technology was used to reduce heater power consumption by 58% and to reduce temperature rise in the off-column area by 67%. The fabricated chip consumed 400 mW when operated at 100 degrees C. To test the chromatography performance of the fabricated system, a mixture of derivatized amino acids was chosen for separation. A temporal temperature gradient scanning from 25 to 65 degrees C with a ramping rate of 3.6 degrees C/min was applied to the column during separation. Successful chromatographic separation of derivatized amino acids was carried out using our chip. Compared with conventional temperature gradient HPLC system which incorporates "macro oven" to generate temporal temperature gradient on the column, our chip's thermal performance, i.e., power consumption and thermal response, is greatly improved without sacrificing chromatography quality. 相似文献

We have provided a model to interpret the non-quadratic-intensity dependence behavior commonly observed in the two-photon fluorescence (TPF) experiment excited with high laser intensity. The model also provides one with a different technique to measure the two-photon absorption cross section of an organic chromophore in solution. In contrast to the commonly used low intensity technique that depends on the quadratic-intensity law, the present technique is based on the non-quadratic-intensity dependence of two-photon fluorescence. Auxiliary data such as two-photon quantum efficiency and fluorescence collection efficiency, essential in the low intensity method, are not required in the present technique. TPF measurements of Rhodamine B in methanol are carried out to demonstrate the validity of the present method. The method is used to determine the two-photon absorption cross section of a new chromophore attached with tricyano-derivatized furan as the electron acceptor. The two-photon absorption cross section measured using this method is also compared with that using a conventional transmission technique. 相似文献
