A streptavidin functionalized capillary immune microreactor was designed for highly efficient flow-through chemiluminescent (CL) immunoassay. The functionalized capillary could be used as both a support for highly efficient immobilization of antibody and a flow cell for flow-through immunoassay. The functionalized inner wall and the capture process were characterized using scanning electron microscopy. Compared to conventional packed tube or thin-layer cell immunoreactor, the proposed microreactor showed remarkable properties such as lower cost, simpler fabrication, better practicality and wider dynamic range for fast CL immunoassay with good reproducibility and stability. Using α-fetoprotein as model analyte, the highly efficient CL flow-through immunoassay system showed a linear range of 3 orders of magnitude from 0.5 to 200 ng mL−1 and a low detection limit of 0.1 ng mL−1. The capillary immune microreactor could make up the shortcoming of conventional CL immunoreactors and provided a promising alternative for highly efficient flow-injection immunoassay.  相似文献

合成了5种氨基酸席夫碱Sal-Gly(甘氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Glu(谷氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Met(甲硫氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Tyr(酪氨酸席夫碱)、Sal-Arg(精氨酸席夫碱)及其金属锌离子配合物共10种化合物.用元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱等手段对其组成的结构进行表征.以Sal-Tyr-Zn为主体,咪唑(1),1-甲基-咪唑(2),2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(3),吡唑(4),4-碘苯胺(5),DABCO(1,4-重氮双环[2,2,2]辛烷)(6),邻苯二胺(7)和1,2-环己二胺(8)为客体,进行配位相互作用研究.选取大肠杆菌作为抑菌菌种,研究了氨基酸席夫碱的抑菌能力.结果表明,氨基酸席夫碱配体及金属锌配合物对大肠杆菌均有抑菌活性,配体的抗菌活性随氨基酸残基的增大而减小.金属锌配合物的抑菌活性大于其所对应的氨基酸席夫碱配体的抑菌活性,活性最大的则为Sal-Arg-Zn.  相似文献

以氯铂酸和亚碲酸钠为前驱体,采用两步法在醇水体系下得到负载型Pt1Te1金属间化合物前驱体,通过热处理得到负载型金属间化合物电催化剂Pt1Te1/XC-72.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、电子能谱(EDS)和循环伏安方法(CV)对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:所得产物呈有序金属间化合物Pt1Te1结构,平均粒径4.5nm,在碳载体上具有很好的分散性;负载型金属间化合物电催化剂Pt1Te1/XC-72具有较高的电催化氧化甲醇活性,其优秀的催化氧化甲醇活性与Pt形成金属间化合物后所带来的几何及电子结构改变密切相关.  相似文献

Three dimensions (3D) porous NiFe(2)O(4) is synthesized by a sol-gel method using egg white. The obtained NiFe(2)O(4) shows both good ferromagnetic properties and high adsorption capacity. The porous NiFe(2)O(4) shows good adsorption properties for organic dyes (Methylene Blue (138.50 mg/g), Fuchsine Red (14.61 mg/g), Methyl Violet (19.06 mg/g)) and heavy metal ions (Cu (II) (55.83 mg/g), Cr (VI) (36.95 mg/g) and Ni (II) (37.02 mg/g)) due to its 3D interconnected porous structure. The maximum adsorption of Methylene Blue (MB) fit the pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir isotherm equation well. More interestingly, the ferromagnetic NiFe(2)O(4) can be separated under a magnetic field conveniently and keeps high removal efficiency (>97%) during seven reusable cycles. These results suggest that the porous NiFe(2)O(4) is a promising favorable and reusable adsorbent.  相似文献

The increase and spread of Gram‐negative bacteria that resistant are to almost all currently available β‐lactam antibiotics is a major global health problem. The primary cause for drug resistance is the acquisition of metallo‐β‐lactamases such as metallo‐β‐lactamase‐1 (NDM‐1). The fungal natural product aspergillomarasmine A (AMA), a fungal natural product, is an inhibitor of NDM‐1 and has shown promising in vivo therapeutic potential in a mouse model infected with NDM‐1‐expressing Gram‐negative bacteria. The first total synthesis and stereochemical configuration reassignment of aspergillomarasmine A is reported. The synthesis highlights a flexible route and an effective strategy to achieve the required oxidation state at a late stage. This modular route is amenable to the efficient preparation of analogues for the development of metallo‐β‐lactamase inhibitors to potentiate β‐lactam antibiotics.  相似文献

We have prepared graphene quantum dot-europium(III) complex composites by noncovalently connecting chelating ligands dibenzoylmethane (DBM) and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) with graphene quantum dots (GQDs) first, followed by coordination to Eu(III). The resulting composites are well water-soluble and display red fluorescence of high color purity. The composites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Aqueous solutions of the composites under 365 nm excitation display fluorescence with a peak at 613 nm and a quantum yield as high as 15.5 %. The good water solubility and stable photoluminescence make the composites very different from other Eu(III)-based coordination complexes. The composites are cell viable and can be used to label both the cell membrane and the cytoplasm of MCF-7 cells. They are also shown to act as bioprobes for in-vivo localization of tumorous tissue. In our perception, such composites are expected to possess wide scope because of the many functionalizations that are possible with GQDs.

Mesoporous TiO2microsphere(MTM)was synthesized via a simple solution route and then mixed with commercial TiO2(P25)to form highly homogeneous and stable TiO2colloid by simple hydrothermal treatment.The TiO2colloid was coated onto the plastic conductive substrate to prepare mesoporous TiO2film for flexible dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs)by low-temperature heat treatment.The influence of MTM content on the physicochemical properties of the flexible TiO2film was characterized by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer,N2adsorption-desorption isotherms,UV–vis absorption and diffuse reflectance spectra.It is revealed that with increasing the MTM content,the dye-loading capability of TiO2film and light-harvesting efficiency of flexible DSSCs are improved due to MTM having high surface area and acting as a light scattering center,respectively,resulting in the enhancement of photocurrent of flexible DSSCs.However,more and larger cracks having negative effect on the performances of flexible DSSCs are formed simultaneously.Under the optimal condition with MTM content of 20%,a flexible DSSC with overall light-to-electric energy conversion efficiency of 2.74%is achieved under a simulated solar light irradiation of 100 mW cm 2(AM 1.5),with 26%improvement in comparison with DSSCs based on P25 alone.  相似文献
