Binary intercluster compounds (IC) can be reduced to basic structure types of ionic solids. We examined the validity of this concept for ternary compounds, on the example of a quasi-ternary intercluster compound made from a Keggin anion ([PMo12O40]3?), an organic cation (o-xylylenebis(triphenylphosphonium)), and a complex (cobaltocenium). The new compound and its two related quasi-binary IC were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, examined for intermolecular interactions such as hydrogen-bonding, π–, or van der Waals-interactions, and evaluated for possible reductions to basic structure types. 相似文献

Abstract Multisite receptors containing more than two macrocyclic cavities. despite of the fact that their syntheses, most often, require sophisticated pathways, arc of very high interest since they may allow new insights into ion channel transfer, ion conduction.[1] We report here a method which combine simple reactions, high yields (80%), with easily prepared starting reagents[2], of two new polymacrocyclic system, a tri-(r) and an hexamacrocyck(II). The photophysical properties of two polyrotaxanes ( PFBTh?PSβCD and PFBTh?PMeβCD ) composed of fluorene and bithiophene encapsulated into permodified β‐cyclodextrin cavities have been investigated and compared with those of the reference PFBTh . Rotaxane formation results in improvements of the thermal stability, solubility in common organic solvents, as well as better film forming ability combined with a high transparency. As expected PFBTh and its encapsulated forms absorb at wavelengths beyond 510 nm, and time‐resolved photoluminescence (PL) in solution shows a well‐define vibronic structures with a predominance of the 0‐0 transitions and an energy difference of 0.16 eV. The fluorescence lifetimes follow a monoexponential decay with a value τ = 630 ± 30 ps. Atomic force microscopy, AFM, indicated a tendency of polyrotaxanes to organize into fibers. The advancing contact angles indicated higher surface hydrophobicity and lower surface free‐energy values for polyrotaxanes compared with their unthreaded analogues. The device based on PFBTh?PSβCD: PCBM in a 1/1 w/w ratio under simulated AM 1.5G illumination at 100 mW cm?2 exhibited improved photovoltaic parameters of cells, resulted in high Voc (0.68 V), Jsc (1.65 mA cm?2), FF (31.6%), and PCE (0.35) values, compared with PFBTh or PFBTh?PMeβCD , respectively. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Natural rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber (NR/SBR) blends, with and without silica, were prepared by co-coagulating the mixture of rubber latices and various amounts of well-dispersed silica suspension. An attempt to predict blend compositions was made using Raman spectroscopy in association with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). It was found that the intensity of each Raman characteristic peak was strongly dependent on the blend composition, but there was no significant evolution with the presence of silica. Also, TGA results revealed an improvement in thermal stability of NR/SBR blends with increasing both SBR and silica contents due to the dilution effect. Two distinct glass transition temperatures (Tg) were observed in DSC thermograms of all blends, and their Tg values were independent on both blend composition and silica content. This indicated a physical blend formation, which agreed well with no shifts in Raman peaks of the blends in comparison with those of the individual rubbers. Linear regression with R2 quality factor close to 0.99 was achieved when plotting intensity ratio at 1371/1302 cm?1 versus blend ratios. On the other hand, the peak height ratio and heat capacity ratio from TGA and DSC analysis, respectively, yielded quadratic equations as a function of blend ratios. 相似文献

Abstract A series of 3-(N-arylmethyl-N-hydroxyamino)-l,2-O-cyclopentylidene-3-deoxy-5-O-toluoyl-α-D-riboses has been prepared. The blocking groups used were chosen to allow an easy nucleosidation of these compounds to spin labelled analogs of natural nucleosides. The conformational behavior of the N-arylmethyl-N-hydroxyamino group has been studied using 3/CH NMR coupling data and molecular mechanics computations. Upon spontaneous oxidation, these hydroxylamines led to the corresponding aminoxyl free radicals which were submitted to EPR spectroscopy and quantum mechanical computations at a semiempirical level (PM3). 相似文献

The polypropylene modification in CO2 plasma mainly contributes to degradation, functionalization, and cross-linking. The degradation, whose rate is depending on CO2 dissociation and oxygen atom formation, is a quite slow reaction and it is associated with surface topography alteration, especially of the amorphous phase of the polypropylene. The surface roughness increases with the treatment duration and the amorphous phase is more degraded than the crystallized part. The functionalization, corresponding to an increase of the surface energy (57.3 mJ m
– 2 in 30 s), and to an oxidation (23 oxygen at.%) with the appearance of alcohol, ketone, and acid functions is a much faster phenomenon. Cross-linking takes also place during this type of treatment and will reinforce the stability of the modified surface. 相似文献

The ground state, oxidized ground state, (3)MLCT and (3)MC excited states have been studied by DFT and TDDFT for two Ru(II) complexes bearing an N(6) or N(5)C coordination sphere. The effect of replacing one Ru-N dative bond by one Ru-C covalent bond have been studied and quantified on their ground state by the means of geometry optimization, NBO analysis and calculation of their IR vibrations. IR fingerprints of the Ru-C bond have been found at 945 and 1113 cm(-1). In addition, this study confirmed and quantified the effects of N→C(-) substitution on the spectroscopic properties of the [RuN(5)C](+) complex: a broader and bathochromically-shifted absorption spectrum, a smaller ground-(3)MLCT energy gap and a highly energetic (3)MC state are the major characteristics of the carbon-containing monocationic complex. 相似文献
