Design,synthesis and in vivo anti-hyperglycemic activity of gem-dimethyl-bearing C-glucosides as SGLT2 inhibitors

A series of gem-dimethyl-bearing C-glucosides were designed and synthesized as SGLT2 inhibitors,with anhydrous aluminum chloride-mediated Friedel-Crafts alkylation to construct the gem-dimethyl functionality being the key step.The in vivo anti-hyperglycemic activity was evaluated with mice oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),and all the synthesized compounds showed significant but less potent anti-hyperglycemic activity than the positive control dapagliflozin.     

Novel degradable polymer networks containing acetal components

A novel copolymer network with acetal structure was prepared using bis[4-(vinyloxy)butyl](4-methyl-1,3-phenylene)biscarbamate(BECT)as the crosslinking agent.Firstly,a tri-copolymer of maleic anhydride(MAn),n-butyl vinyl ether(BVE)and 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether(HBVE)was synthesized via free-radical polymerization with 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator.The tri-copolymer consisted of two sorts of alternating units,MAn-alt-BVE and MAn-alt-HBVE.The linear copolymer Poly((MAn-alt-BVE)-co-(MAn-alt-HBVE)...     

Chemical composition of PM_(2.5) during winter in Tianjin,China

PM2.5 samples for 24 h were collected during winter in Tianjin,China. The ambient mass concentration and chemical composition of the PM2.5 were determined. Ionic species were analyzed by ion chromatog-raphy,while carbonaceous species were determined with the IMPROVE thermal optical reectance(TOR) method,and inorganic elements were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spec-trometer. The daily PM2.5 mass concentrations ranged from 48.2 to 319.2 g/m3 with an arithmetic average of 144.6 g/m3. ...     

The fractal measurement of experimental images of supersonic turbulent mixing layer

Flow visualization of supersonic mixing layer has been studied based on the high spatiotemporal resolution Nano-based Planar Laser Scattering(NPLS) method in SML-1 wind tunnel. The corresponding images distinctly reproduced the flow structure of laminar,transitional and turbulent region,with which the fractal measurement can be implemented. Two methods of measuring fractal dimension were introduced and compared. The fractal dimension of the transitional region and the fully developing turbulence region of supersonic mixing layer were measured based on the box-counting method. In the transitional region,the fractal dimension will increase with turbulent intensity. In the fully developing turbulent region,the fractal dimension will not vary apparently for different flow structures,which em-bodies the self-similarity of supersonic turbulence.     

高速扫描相机时间测量不确定度分析

以国内普遍使用的SJZ-30型高速扫描相机为例,用精测转速方法的结果处理数据,转速测量相对合成不确定度小于0.1%,时间间隔测量的相对扩展不确定度为0.2%.扫描速度在像面上的位置误差,采用"中值扫描速度",可予以校正.同时讨论了进一步降低转速测量不确定度和位置误差的方法.     

态|ψ3(3)〉q中广义磁场分量的N次方Y压缩效应

构造了由多模复共轭相干态|{Z_j^*}〉_q、多模复共轭虚相干态|{iZ_j^*}〉_q和多模真空态|{Q_j} 〉_q这三态的线性叠加所组成的第Ⅲ类三态叠加多模叠加态光场|ψ₃⁽³⁾〉_q.利用多模压缩态理论研究了态|ψ₃⁽³⁾〉_q中广义磁场分量的任意偶数次广义非线性等幂次N次方Y压缩特性.结果发现:在压缩次数N取偶数,只要各模的初始相位φ_j(j=1,2,3,…,…,q),态间的初始相位差(θ_i-θ₂)(i=1,3)和各单模相干态光场平均光子数R_j²之和 分别满足各自的取值条件,态|ψ₃⁽³⁾〉_q的广义磁场分量(即第一正交相位分量)就可呈现出周期性变化的、任意偶数次的广义非线性等幂次N次方Y压缩效应.

信噪比对偏振耦合测试影响分析

以白光麦克尔逊干涉仪对双折射保偏光纤的偏振耦合进行测试,并基于仪器结构建立了测试扫描结果的数学模型.分析及仿真了信噪比对耦合强度及耦合位置检测的影响大小及变化趋势.信噪比大于32dB,可满足偏振耦合测试的要求.     

储存环高频剔除系统

 介绍了用于电子储存环部分填充和非均匀填充的一种实验装置,它利用储存环中电子运动所具有的横向自由振荡和束团脉冲的时间结构这一特性,采用外加激励的方法使其产生共振,从而使得储存环中部分束团中的电子丢失,形成储存环的部分填充和非均匀填充。还扼要介绍了用高频剔除系统在储存环上实现不同填充方式时的束流积累结果。
