In this paper we study radial symmetry and monotonicity of positive solutions of an integral equation arising from some higher-order semilinear elliptic equations in the whole space Rn. Instead of the usual method of moving planes, we use a new Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev (HLS) type inequality for the Bessel potentials to establish the radial symmetry and monotonicity results.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and efficient method, vortex‐assisted extraction followed by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) has been developed for the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in sediment samples prior to analysis by high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection. Acetonitrile was used as collecting solvent for the extraction of PAHs from sediment by vortex‐assisted extraction. In DLLME, PAHs were rapidly transferred from acetonitrile to dichloromethane. Under the optimum conditions, the method yields a linear calibration curve in the concentration range from 10 to 2100 ng g?1 for fluorene, anthracene, chrysene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, and benzo[a]pyrene, and 20 to 2100 ng g?1 for other target analytes. Coefficients of determinations ranged from 0.9986 to 0.9994. The limits of detection, based on signal‐to‐noise ratio of three, ranged from 2.3 to 6.8 ng g?1. Reproducibility and recoveries was assessed by extracting a series of six independent sediment samples, which were spiked with different concentration levels. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied in analyses of real nature sediment samples. The proposed method extended and improved the application of DLLME to solid samples, which greatly shorten the extraction time and simplified the extraction process.  相似文献

A new kind of surface acoustic wave (SAW) enzyme sensor system has been applied to the assay of extracted lipase activity based on triacetin solution as substrate. A linear relationship between the frequency change and the enzyme activity up to 500 U/L has been obtained, and the detection limit has been evaluated to 0.3 U/L. Kinetic parameters of the extracted lipase as well as that of the standard enzyme have been estimated. The effects of temperature, pH value and surfactants have been investigated. A comparison between SAW sensor system and the conductometric method has been carried out. The technique has been applied to the determination of lipase activity in serum samples. We construct Einstein metrics of non-positive scalar curvature on certain solid torus bundles over a Fano Kähler–Einstein manifold. We show, among other things, that the negative Einstein metrics are conformally compact, and the Ricci-flat metrics have slower-than-Euclidean volume growth and quadratic curvature decay. Also we construct positive Einstein metrics on certain 3-sphere bundles over a Fano Kähler–Einstein manifold. We classify the homeomorphism and diffeomorphism types of the total spaces when the base is the complex projective plane.  相似文献

One-dimensional (ID) magnetic thermosensitive Fe3O4/poly(N-isopropylacrylamide–N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide) (P(NIPAM-MBA)) peapod-like nanochains have been successfully synthesized by magnetic-field-induced precipitation polymerization using Fe3O4 as building blocks and P(NIPAM-MBA) as linker. Fe3O4 microspheres can be arranged with the direction of an external magnetic field in a line via the dipolar interaction between Fe3O4 microspheres and linked permanently via P(NIPAM-MBA) coating during precipitation polymerization. 1D magnetic Fe3O4/P(NIPAM-MBA) peapod-like nanochains can be oriented and aligned along the direction of the external magnetic field. More interestingly, Fe3O4 microspheres in each peapod were regularly arranged in a line and periodically separated through the P(NIPAM-MBA) layers with a visible interparticle spacing.  相似文献

The synthesis of magnetite nanoparticles coated with pH-sensitive poly((2-dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) for use as novel potential carriers for targeted drug delivery and controllable release is reported. The organic/inorganic hybrid nanoparticles were obtained with a narrow molecular weight distribution. The pH-sensitivity of the nanoparticles was investigated by the measurement of the pH dependence of hydrodynamic radius and the superparamagnetism was illustrated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The behavior of model drug phenolphthalein released from the nanoparticles indicated that the rate of drug release could be effectively controlled by altering the pH values of the environment.  相似文献

羟氨H_2NOH是人们所熟知的分子,但至今还没有确切的实验证据证实有氨氧化物H_2NO的存在,尽管其取代物R_3NO已被分离出。鉴于类羟氨R_2NOH和N-氧化物在生物学上的重要意义,研究H_2NOH和H_3NO的结构以及二者重排反应的动力学行为就成了一个重要课题。本文用内禀反应坐标方法对此反应进行了反应路径解析,并给出了沿反应途径上的振动频率相关。  相似文献
