Monodisperse ruthenium nanoparticles were prepared by reduction of RuCl3 in 1,2-propanediol. The mean particle size was controlled by appropriate choice of the reduction temperature and the acetate ion concentration. Colloidal solutions in toluene were obtained by coating the metal particles with dodecanethiol. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES and EXAFS for the Ru K-absorption edge) were performed on particles of two different diameters, 2 and 4 nm, and in different environments, polyol/acetate or thiol. For particles stored in polyol/acetate XPS studies revealed superficial oxidation limited to one monolayer and a surface coating containing mostly acetate ions. Analysis of the EXAFS spectra showed both oxygen and ruthenium atoms around the ruthenium atoms with a Ru-Ru coordination number N smaller than the bulk value, as expected for fine particles. In the case of 2 nm acetate-capped particles N is consistent with particles made up of a metallic core and an oxidized monolayer. For 2 nm thiol-coated particles, a Ru-S bond was evidenced by XPS and XAS. For the 4 nm particles XANES and XPS studies showed that most of the ruthenium atoms are in the zerovalent state. Nevertheless, in both cases, when capped with thiol, the Ru-Ru coordination number inferred from EXAFS is much smaller than for particles of the same size stored in polyol. This is attributed to a structural disorganization of the particles by thiol chemisorption. HRTEM studies confirm the marked dependence of the structural properties of the ruthenium particles on their chemical environment; they show the acetate-coated particles to be single crystals, whereas the thiol-coated particles appear to be polycrystalline.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the synthesis of amino and aminomethyl derivatives of Tröger's base (±)-1 and (±)-2. The key steps in the synthesis of (±)-1 and (±)-2 are Pd-catalyzed amination and cyanation, respectively, of the easily accessible dihalo derivatives (±)-3. These compounds are important intermediates in the synthesis of new ligands and building blocks for H-bonded supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

A series of rod‐shaped and related three‐branched push–pull derivatives containing phosphane oxide or phosphane sulfide (PO or PS)—as an electron‐withdrawing group conjugated to electron‐donating groups, such as amino or ether groups, with a conjugated rod consisting of arylene–vinylene or arylene–ethynylene building blocks—were prepared. These compounds were efficiently synthesized by a Grignard reaction followed by Sonogashira coupling. Their photophysical properties including absorption, emission, time‐resolved fluorescence, and two‐photon absorption (TPA) were investigated with special attention to structure–property relationships. These fluorophores show high fluorescence quantum yields and solvent‐dependent experiments reveal that efficient intramolecular charge transfer occurs upon excitation, thereby leading to highly polar excited states, the polarity of which can be significantly enhanced by playing on the end groups and conjugated linker. Rod‐shaped and related three‐branched systems show similar fluorescence properties in agreement with excitation localization on one of the push–pull branches. By using stronger electron donors or replacing the arylene–ethynylene linkers with an arylene–vinylene one induces significant redshifts of both the low‐energy one‐photon absorption and TPA bands. Interestingly, a major enhancement in TPA responses is observed, whereas OPA intensities are only weakly affected. Similarly, phosphane oxide derivatives show similar OPA responses than the corresponding sulfides but their TPA responses are significantly larger. Finally, the electronic coupling between dipolar branches promoted by common PO or PS acceptor moieties induces either slight enhancement of the TPA responses or broadening of the TPA band in the near infrared (NIR) region. Such behavior markedly contrasts with triphenylamine‐core‐mediated coupling, which gives evidence for the different types of interactions between branches.  相似文献

Peptidyl–RNA conjugates have various applications in studying the ribosome and enzymes participating in tRNA‐dependent pathways such as Fem transferases in peptidoglycan synthesis. Herein a convergent synthesis of peptidyl–RNAs based on Huisgen–Sharpless cycloaddition for the final ligation step is developed. Azides and alkynes are introduced into tRNA and UDP‐MurNAc‐pentapeptide, respectively. Synthesis of 2′‐azido RNA helix starts from 2′‐azido‐2′‐deoxyadenosine that is coupled to deoxycytidine by phosphoramidite chemistry. The resulting dinucleotide is deprotected and ligated to a 22‐nt RNA helix mimicking the acceptor arm of Ala‐tRNAAla by T4 RNA ligase. For alkyne UDP‐MurNAc‐pentapeptide, meso‐cystine is enzymatically incorporated into the peptidoglycan precursor and reduced, and L ‐Cys is converted to dehydroalanine with O‐(mesitylenesulfonyl)hydroxylamine. Reaction of but‐3‐yne‐1‐thiol with dehydroalanine affords the alkyne‐containing UDP‐MurNAc‐pentapeptide. The CuI‐catalyzed azide alkyne cycloaddition reaction in the presence of tris[(1‐hydroxypropyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)methyl]amine provided the peptidyl‐RNA conjugate, which was tested as an inhibitor of non‐ribosomal FemXWv aminoacyl transferase. The bi‐substrate analogue was found to inhibit FemXWv with an IC50 of (89±9) pM , as both moieties of the peptidyl–RNA conjugate contribute to high‐affinity binding.  相似文献

We consider the Liouville equation associated with a metric g of class C2 and we prove dispersion and Strichartz estimates for the solution of this equation in terms of geodesics associated with g. We introduce the notion of focusing and dispersive metric to characterize metrics such that the same dispersion estimate as in the Euclidean case holds. To deal with the case of non-trapped long range perturbation of the Euclidean metric, we prove a global velocity moments effect on the solution. In particular, we obtain global in time Strichartz estimates for metrics such that the dispersion estimate is not satisfied.  相似文献

Hybrid copolymers have been prepared by free radical polymerization, in toluene, of methylacrylate (MA) and varying amounts of an organotin oxo-cluster functionalized with two acrylamido groups, {(BuSn)12O14(OH)6}(AMPS)2. The tin based nanobuilding block is fully preserved in the final materials. These copolymers formed networks where the cross-linking is based on the electrostatic interactions that take place between the macrocation {(BuSn)12O14(OH)6}2 + and its two functional anions (AMPS). Accordingly, these copolymers can yield gels or solutions depending on the solvent used to swell them.  相似文献

The chemical modification of ε-NH2 lysine residues of horseradish peroxidase (E.C. 1.11.1.7) with several mPEG was carried out. The modified enzymes were studied through Chromatographic and electrophoretic methods; the extent of mPEG linking was determined using1H-NMR. Peroxidase, modified with mPEG ranging from 350 to 5000, activated with 4-nitrophenylchloroformate (mPEGpn), showed a better thermal stability than the native, but there was no correlation between the length of the polymer adduct and the improvement. The enzyme was modified with mPEG (5000) activated by cyanuric chloride (mPEGcc). The number of modified lysine increased, but the thermal behavior of mPEGcc peroxidase was similar to those of mPEGpn enzymes. In all cases, the modification did not markedly change the stability in organic solvents.  相似文献

Reaction of [Si(3,5‐Me2pz)4] ( 1 ) with [Cu(MeCN)4][BF4] ( 2 ) gave the mono‐ and dinuclear copper complexes [Cu2(FTp*)2] ( 3 ) and [Cu(FTp*)2] ( 4 ). Both complexes contain the so‐far unprecedented boron‐fluorinated FTp* ligand ([FB(3,5‐Me2pz)3]? with pz=pyrazolyl) originating from 1 , acting as a pyrazolyl transfer reagent, and the [BF4]? counter anion of 2 , serving as the source of the {BF} entity. The solid‐state structures as well as the NMR and EPR spectroscopic characteristics of the complexes were elaborated. Pulsed gradient spin echo (PGSE) experiments revealed that 3 retains (almost entirely) its dimeric structure in benzene, whereas dimer cleavage and formation of acetonitrile adducts, presumably [Cu(FTp*)(MeCN)], is observed in acetonitrile. The short Cu???Cu distance of 269.16 pm in the solid‐state is predicted by DFT calculations to be dictated by dispersion interactions between all atoms in the complex (the Cu?Cu dispersion contribution itself is only very small). As revealed by cyclic voltammetry studies, 3 shows an irreversible (almost quasi‐reversible at higher scan rates) oxidation process centred at Epa=?0.23 V (E01/2=?0.27 V) (vs. Fc/Fc+). Oxidation reactions on a preparative scale with one equivalent of the ferrocenium salt [Fc][BF4] (very slow reaction) or air (fast reaction) furnished blue crystals of the mononuclear copper(II) complex [Cu(FTp*)2] ( 4 ). As expected for a Jahn–Teller‐active system, the coordination sphere around copper(II) is strongly distorted towards a stretched octahedron, in accordance with EPR spectroscopic findings.  相似文献
