The diastereoselective synthesis of naphthyl amino alcohols via nucleophilic addition to racemic 1-dimethylamino-2-methylpentan-3-one was studied. The use of the appropriate experimental conditions allowed the synthesis of both diastereoisomers. The relative configurations were established via NOESY experiments.  相似文献

Chondroitin/dermatan sulfate (CS/DS) chain of decorin (DCN) from human skin fibroblasts (HSk) was released by reductive β-elimination reaction and digested with chondroitin AC I lyase. Enzymatic hydrolysis mixture of CS/DS chains was separated by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC). Collected octasaccharide fraction was subjected to fully automated chip-based nanoelectrospray (nanoESI) quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) MS and tandem MS (MS/MS). MS of human skin fibroblasts DCN CS/DS displayed a high complexity due to the large variety of glycoforms, which under chip-nanoESI MS readily ionized to form multiply charged ions. Except for the regularly tetrasulfated octasaccharide, the investigated fraction contained four additional octasaccharides of atypical sulfation status. Two new oversulfated glycoforms and two undersulfated species were identified. Remarkably, the series of decasaccharides discovered in the same SEC pool was found to encompass a trisulfated and a novel hexasulfated [4,5-Δ-GlcAGalNAc(IdoAGalNAc)?] species. MS/MS by collision-induced dissociation (CID) on the [M-4H]? ion corresponding to the previously not reported [4,5-Δ-GlcAGalNAc(IdoAGalNAc)?](5S) corroborated for a novel motif in which three N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) moieties are monosulfated, 4,5-Δ-GlcA and the first IdoA from the non-reducing end bear one sulfate group each, while the second N-acetylgalactosamine from the reducing end is unsulfated.  相似文献

Reaction of mono- and dilithiated thiophene (a), bithiophene (b) and 2,5-dibromothiophene (c) with [Re(2)(CO)(10)] afforded, after subsequent alkylation with triethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate, tetra- and binuclear Fischer carbene complexes, [Re(2)(CO)(9){C(OEt){C(4)H(2)S}(n)X}], n = 1, X = H (1a); n = 2, X = H (1b); n = 1, X = Br (1c); n = 1, X = C(OEt)Re(2)(CO)(9), (2a); n = 2, X = C(OEt)Re(2)(CO)(9) (2b), as major products. The dirhenium acylate intermediates from this reaction not only gave the expected novel ethoxycarbene complexes with alkylation but after rhenium-rhenium bond breaking afforded a number of minor products. The (1)H NMR spectrum of the crude reaction mixture revealed the formation of four metal hydride complexes and aldehydes. Protonation with HBF(4) instead of alkylation with Et(3)OBF(4) significantly increased the yields of the hydride complexes, which enabled the positive identification of three of these complexes. In addition to the known compounds [Re(CO)(5)H] and [Re(3)(CO)(14)H] (3), a unique complex displaying a hydroxycarbene fragment connected to an acyl fragment via an O-H···O hydrogen bond and a Re···H···Re bond linking the two Re centers, [(μ-H){Re(CO)(4)C(OH){C(4)H(2)S}(n)H}{Re(CO)(4)C(O){C(4)H(2)S}(n)H}], n = 1 (4a) or n = 2 (4b), were isolated. The formation of thiophene aldehydes, H{C(O)}(m){C(4)H(2)S}(n)C(O)H (m = 0 or 1 and n = 1 or 2), were observed and the novel monocarbene complexes with terminal aldehyde groups, [Re(2)(CO)(9){C(OEt){C(4)H(2)S}(n)C(O)H}], n = 1 (5a) and n = 2 (5b) could be isolated. A higher yield of 5b was obtained after stirring crystals of 2b in wet THF. The crystal structures of 1a, 2a, 4a and 5b are reported.  相似文献

Anthemis wiedemanniana is known in folk medicine for the treatment of microbial infections, cancer and also urinary and pulmonary problems. In this study, the chemical composition of the essential oil from A. wiedemanniana was evaluated and its antibacterial activity was tested against 10 bacterial strains. The oil was also tested for its potentiality to inhibit nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 macrophages and for its cytotoxicity against four human cancer cell lines. A. wiedemanniana oil, rich of oxygenated monoterpenes (25.4%), showed a good antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and a good activity against the two Gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli and Proteus vulgaris. Besides that, it exhibited a high inhibitory effect on the LPS-induced nitrite production and a strong cytotoxic activity, especially against amelanotic melanoma (C32) and large lung cell carcinoma (COR-L23) cell lines.  相似文献

The reaction of O(2) with an adlayer of the oligopyridine 2-phenyl-4,6-bis(6-(pyridine-2-yl)-4-(pyridine-4-yl)-pyridine-2-yl)pyrimidine (2,4'-BTP), adsorbed on the (111) surfaces of silver and gold and on HOPG--which can be considered as a model system for inorganic|organic contacts--was investigated by fast scanning tunneling microscopy (video STM) and dispersion corrected density functional theory (DFT-D) calculations. Only on Ag(111), oxidation of the 2,4'-BTP adlayer was observed, which is related to the fact that under the experimental conditions O(2) adsorbs dissociatively on this surface leading to reactive O adatoms, but not on Au(111) or HOPG . There is a distinct regiospecifity of the oxidation reaction caused by intermolecular interactions. In addition, the oxidation leads to a chiral ordering. The relevance of these findings for reactions involving organic monolayers is discussed.  相似文献

Mesityl substituted β-diketiminato lanthanum and yttrium complexes [(BDI)Ln{N(SiRMe2)}2] (BDI = ArNC(Me)CHC(Me)NAr, Ar = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, Ln = La, R = Me (1), H (2a); Ln = Y, R = H (2b)) can be prepared via facile amine elimination starting from [La{N(SiMe3)2}3] and [Ln{N(SiHMe2)2}3(THF)2] (Ln = Y, La), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis of 1 revealed a distorted tetrahedral geometry around lanthanum with a η2-bound β-diketiminato ligand. A series of novel ethylene- and cyclohexyl-linked bis(β-diketiminato) ligands [C2H4(BDIAr)2]H2 and [Cy(BDIAr)2]H2 [Ar = Mes (=2,4,6-Me3C6H2), DEP (=2,6-Et2C6H3), DIPP (=2,6-i-Pr2C6H3)] were synthesized in a two step condensation procedure. The corresponding bis(β-diketiminato) yttrium and lanthanum complexes were obtained via amine elimination. The X-ray crystal structure analysis of the ethylene-bridged bis(β-diketiminato) complex [{C2H4(BDIMes)2}YN(SiMe3)2] (3b) and cyclohexyl-bridged complexes [{Cy(BDIMes)2}LaN(SiHMe2)2] (7) and [{Cy(BDIDEP)2}LaN(SiMe3)2] (8) revealed a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry around the rare earth metal, in which the amido ligand occupies the apical position and the two linked β-diketiminato moieties form the basis. The geometry of the bis(β-diketiminato) ligands depends significantly on the linker unit. While complexes with an ethylene-linked ligand adopt a cisoid arrangement of the two aromatic substituents, complexes with cyclohexyl linker adopt a transoid arrangement. Either one (3b) or both (7, 8) of the β-diketiminato moieties are tilted out of the η2 coordination mode, resulting in close Ln?C contacts. The β-diketiminato and linked bis(β-diketiminato) complexes were moderately active in the copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide with CO2. A maximum of 92% carbonate linkages were obtained using the ethylene-bridged bis(β-diketiminato) complex [{C2H4(BDIMes)2}LaN(SiHMe2)2] (4).  相似文献

This paper describes a Brazilian interlaboratory program study on anion measurement in synthetic water. The program described is promoted regularly since 2007 and recommended the use of ion chromatography as analytical technique for all participant laboratories. Two samples (X and Y) with different anion (fluoride, chloride, nitrite-N, nitrate-N, sulfate and phosphate-P) concentration levels were twice distributed in 2011. Each sample on each round had the homogeneity, and the stability tested for a period of 15 days. Upon ensuring the homogeneity and stability, the samples were distributed to 39 laboratories located around the country. The aim of this study was to verify the laboratories’ precision and to establish the measurement comparability among Brazilian laboratories that routinely use ion chromatography for water sample analysis. It was also possible to identify the most frequent sources of systematic and random errors for each measured anion, related to the ion chromatography technique. Some specific metrological issues related to the geographical region are discussed.  相似文献

Elliptic droplets of nematic liquid crystal dispersed in a fluid organic monomer were obtained by phase separation from an isotropic mixture consisting of an organic monomer and a nematic liquid crystal contained in a poly(ethylene terephthalate) cell with inner surfaces treated with rubbed polyimide. The elliptic shape is a consequence of the constraint upon droplet growth along the direction perpendicular to the cell surfaces owing to the small thickness. Then, the resulting droplets will have a contact area with the inner surfaces of the cell treated with polyimide, which will impart a planar orientation on the liquid crystal in the droplet. By means of an optical microscope, using a simple pin hole of 5 μ m, we have selected single droplets for a series of samples having different contact areas. By polarized infrared spectroscopy we have also studied the liquid crystal orientation in selected areas of the droplets. We then report the dependence of the order parameter of the liquid crystal on different contact areas with the alignment surface of the cell. The good degree of planar alignment of the liquid crystal in the elliptic droplets allows the use of such a technique for realizing electro-optical films operating in the reverse mode. We report the electro-optical transmission of reverse mode films with different sizes of elliptic droplet.  相似文献
