A protocol to generate atomic singlet state of three atoms is proposed. The strong Rydberg interactions between atoms mediate the multi-qubit operations and help to simplify the dynamics of the system. The effective Hamiltonian is constructed in the regime of Rydberg blockade and the evolution path is built up from an initial state to the target singlet state via the Lie-transform-based pulse design. Numerical simulations show the protocol can produce atomic singlet state with high fidelity and holds robustness against several types of experimental imperfections. Flexible asymmetric supercapacitors are more appealing in flexible electronics because of high power density, wide cell voltage, and higher energy density than symmetric supercapacitors in aqueous electrolyte. In virtues of excellent conductivity, rich porous structure and interconnected honeycomb structure, three dimensional graphene aerogels show great potential as electrode in asymmetric supercapacitors. However, graphene aerogels are rarely used in flexible asymmetric supercapacitors because of easily re-stacking of graphene sheets, resulting in low electrochemical activity. Herein, flower-like hierarchical Mn3O4 and carbon nanohorns are incorporated into three dimensional graphene aerogels to restrain the stack of graphene sheets, and are applied as the positive and negative electrode for asymmetric supercapacitors devices, respectively. Besides, a strong chemical coupling between Mn3O4 and graphene via the C-O-Mn linkage is constructed and can provide a good electron-transport pathway during cycles. Consequently, the asymmetric supercapacitor device shows high rate cycle stability (87.8 % after 5000 cycles) and achieves a high energy density of 17.4 μWh cm−2 with power density of 14.1 mW cm−2 (156.7 mW cm−3) at 1.4 V. 相似文献

In this paper, we fabricate a pure-shear mode film bulk acoustic resonator based on c-axis oriented ZnO film. The resonator is consisted of an in-plane electrode, a highly c-axis oriented ZnO film and a SiO2/W Bragg reflector. The shear mode wave is excited by the lateral electric field. The resonator works in a pure-shear mode with the resonance frequency near 1.5 GHz and the Q-factor of 479 in air. There is no obvious longitudinal mode resonance in the frequency response, which can be explained that the electric field component normal to the surface is very weak and the Bragg reflector has the effective frequency selectivity for the shear mode. Importantly for sensors, the immersion into de-ionized water and glycerol liquid still allows for a Q-factor up to 335 and 220, respectively. Blue InGaN/GaN multiple quantum well (MQW) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are simulated by the APSYS software with a non-local quantum well transport model which is used to describe the phenomenon that carriers can fly over the quantum wells directly. The simulation results based on this model are in good agreement with the experiment and show its significant influence on the output power, carrier transport, peak wavelength and current crowding effect of the InGaN/GaN MQW LEDs, indicating that the non-local quantum well transport plays an important role in these devices. 相似文献
