We are presenting a long-time bias stress stability of C60-based n-type organic field effect transistors (OFETs), in bottom gate, top contacts configuration, with aluminium (Al), silver (Ag) and gold (Au) source–drain contacts. The results clearly shows that the bias stress effects in C60-based n-type OFETs is similar to p-type OFETs and it can be reduced by using an appropriate metal for the source–drain contacts. During the bias stress time, the threshold voltage shift and an increase in the contacts resistance have also been measured. On the basis of the stability of the device parameters, it is proposed that the Al source–drain contact-based devices gives better stability as compared to the devices with Ag and Au source–drain contacts. Our results show that the bias stress-induced threshold voltage shift is due to the trapping of charges in the channel region and in the vicinity of the source–drain contacts.  相似文献

Atom probe tomography (APT) measurements were conducted to analyze nm-sized precipitates in a Fe-25 m% Co-15 m% Mo model alloy. Calculation of isoconcentration surfaces and application of cluster-search algorithms yielded the chemical compositions of matrix and precipitates. Small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) was performed in order to calculate the ratio of magnetic to nuclear scattering. This so-called A-ratio was compared with values calculated from the chemical information derived from the atom probe data. For this, the magnetism of the precipitates has to be taken into account. Ab-initio studies have been carried out to determine the magnetic moment of the precipitate phase. The results show that the extremely fine precipitates are ferromagnetic and exhibit near-equilibrium composition. In the very early stage of decomposition, however, the composition is different from near-equilibrium. The influences of the magnetism of the precipitates as well as of artifacts from atom probe measurements on the obtained results are discussed.  相似文献

1-ethynylpyrene shows remarkable absorption changes upon DNA hybridization when it is covalently attached to the 8-position of guanine. An absorption band at approximately 420 nm is only present in the duplex, exhibits thermal melting behaviour and provides the basis for a molecular beacon together with 1-ethynylpyrene-modified cytosine.  相似文献

A series of o-alkylphenyl alkyl ketones 1 were synthesized by different methods. The presence of a leaving group X adjacent to the carbonyl group is the special peculiarity of these ketones. Upon irradiation the keto carbonyl group of these compounds undergoes an n-pi* excitation followed by a 1,5-hydrogen migration from the o-alkyl substituent to the carbonyl oxygen atom. The thus formed 1,4-diradicals are subject to a very rapid elimination of acid HX, giving 1,5-diradicals. We called this process spin center shift. After intersystem crossing these diradicals cyclize to 1-indanones 20 in good yields. Depending on the solvent and on substituents, o-alkoxyalkyl ketones 22 or benzo[c]furanes 21 are obtained as byproducts. The mechanism of the cyclization was elucidated by quantum chemical calculations and kinetic measurements.  相似文献

The (001) surface of UHV cleaved single MgO crystals was imaged with dynamic mode scanning force microscopy. Large-scale images show various defects, like steps of mostly one atomic height, rectangular holes of nanometer size, and some complex adstructures. First time images with atomic resolution show one square ionic sublattice in its bulklike dimension with a corrugation of up to 40 pm along the <001> direction. Most images exhibit atomic point defects which appear as depressions including a few ionic lattice sites proving that point defects are stable on flat terraces.  相似文献

We have developed and characterized a hard x-ray accumulating streak camera that achieves subpicosecond time resolution by using single-photon counting. A high repetition rate of 2 kHz was achieved by use of a readout camera with built-in image processing capabilities. The effects of sweep jitter were removed by using a UV timing reference. The use of single-photon counting allows the camera to reach a high quantum efficiency by not limiting the divergence of the photoelectrons.  相似文献
