Enantiospecific synthesis of ABC-ring systems of A-nor and abeo 4(3→2) tetra and pentacyclic triterpenes has been accomplished starting from the readily available monoterpene (R)-carvone. (R)-Carvone was used as the B-ring of the target molecules. A lithium-liquid ammonia mediated cyclisation of δ,?-unsaturated ester was employed for the cyclopentannulation at the C-5 and C-6 carbons of carvone and an RCM reaction was employed for the cyclohexannulation to generate the ABC-ring system of A-nor tetra and pentacyclic triterpenes. The strategy has been extended for the synthesis of the ABC-ring system of abeo 4(3→2) tetra and pentacyclic triterpenes.  相似文献

A calix[5]arene-based solvent extraction reagent displaying very high selectivity for lead has been prepared, one molecule of which extracts two lead ions in a stepwise manner. The first Pb2+ ion is bound to five phenoxy oxygen atoms inside the calixarene cavity due to which the ligand undergoes conformational freezing in stable cone conformer. This causes positive allosteric effect for co-extraction of the second lead ion due to the aggregation of functional groups.  相似文献

In the tridentate ligand 2,6‐bis(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine, C23H19N7, both sets of triazole N atoms are anti with respect to the pyridine N atom, while in the copper complex aqua[2,6‐bis(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine](pyridine)(tetrafluoroborato)copper(II) tetrafluoroborate, [Cu(BF4)(C5H5N)(C23H19N7)(H2O)]BF4, the triazole N atoms are in the synsyn conformation. The coordination of the CuII atom is distorted octahedral. The ligand structure is stabilized through intermolecular C—H...N interactions, while the crystal structure of the Cu complex is stabilized through water‐ and BF4‐mediated hydrogen bonds. Photoluminiscence studies of the ligand and complex show that the ligand is fluorescent due to triazole–pyridine conjugation, but that the fluorescence is quenched on complexation.  相似文献

Salicylaldimine based schiff base receptors with different substituents showing fluorescent enhancement in the presence of fluoride anion was visualized through naked eye as well as by change in spectral properties (UV–vis and fluorescent techniques). The reason for such fluorescence enhancement may be due to hydrogen bond interaction between receptor recognition site and fluoride anion. Such a hydrogen bond interaction creates a six-membered transition state, which avoids quenching processes. To support this, fluorescence enhancement factor (FEF) was calculated and it was found to be more (FEF = 652) for –NO2 substituted receptor compared to other receptors.  相似文献

We report an asymmetric synthesis of (4S,5S)-2-oxo-4-phenyloxazolidine-5-carboxylic acid via stereoselective addition of phenylmagnesium bromide (PhMgBr) to an N-sulfinimine derived from (R)-glyceraldehyde acetonide. (S)- and (R)-Glyceraldehyde acetonides, important chiral synthons in synthetic organic chemistry, are prepared from the corresponding epichlorohydrin using an identical synthetic methodology.  相似文献

A novel simple, sensitive, selective, and rapid high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for quantification of riluzole in human plasma. The chromatography was performed by using a Zorbax-SB-C18 (4.6 × 75 mm, 3.5 μm) column , isocratic mobile phase 0.1% formic acid/acetonitrile (10:90 v/v), and an isotope-labeled internal standard (IS), [13C,15N2]riluzole. The extraction of drug and internal standard was performed by liquid–liquid extraction and analyzed by MS in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode using the respective [M+H]+ ions, m/z 235.0/165.9 for riluzole and m/z 238.1/169.0 for the IS. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range 0.5–500.0 ng/ml for riluzole in human plasma. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was demonstrated at 0.5 ng/ml. The within-batch and between-batch precision were 0.6–2.3% and 1.4–5.7%, and accuracy was 97.1–101.1% and 98.8–101.2% for riluzole respectively. Drug and IS were eluted within 3.0 min. The validated method was successfully applied in a bioequivalence study of riluzole in human plasma.  相似文献

The intermolecular hydroamination of vinyl arene derivatives has been efficiently carried out using a tungstophosphoric acid (TPA) catalyst under solvent free and mild reaction conditions. The present protocol provides an environmentally benign, easy to handle and highly active solid acid catalyst for hydroamination of vinyl arenes. The catalyst yields both hydroamination and hydroarylation products and the selectivity mostly depends on the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Thermolysis of [Cp*Ru(PPh2(CH2)PPh2)BH2(L2)] 1 (Cp*=η5‐C5Me5; L=C7H4NS2), with terminal alkynes led to the formation of η4‐σ,π‐borataallyl complexes [Cp*Ru(μ‐H)B{R‐C=CH2}(L)2] ( 2 a – c ) and η2‐vinylborane complexes [Cp*Ru(R‐C=CH2)BH(L)2] ( 3 a – c ) ( 2 a , 3 a : R=Ph; 2 b , 3 b : R=COOCH3; 2 c , 3 c : R=p‐CH3‐C6H4; L=C7H4NS2) through hydroboration reaction. Ruthenium and the HBCC unit of the vinylborane moiety in 2 a – c are linked by a unique η4‐interaction. Conversions of 1 into 3 a – c proceed through the formation of intermediates 2 a – c . Furthermore, in an attempt to expand the library of these novel complexes, chemistry of σ‐borane complex [Cp*RuCO(μ‐H)BH2L] 4 (L=C7H4NS2) was investigated with both internal and terminal alkynes. Interestingly, under photolytic conditions, 4 reacts with methyl propiolate to generate the η4‐σ,π‐borataallyl complexes [Cp*Ru(μ‐H)BH{R‐C=CH2}(L)] 5 and [Cp*Ru(μ‐H)BH{HC=CH‐R}(L)] 6 (R=COOCH3; L=C7H4NS2) by Markovnikov and anti‐Markovnikov hydroboration. In an extension, photolysis of 4 in the presence of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate yielded η4‐σ,π‐borataallyl complex [Cp*Ru(μ‐H)BH{R‐C=CH‐R}(L)] 7 (R=COOCH3; L=C7H4NS2). An agostic interaction was also found to be present in 2 a – c and 5 – 7 , which is rare among the borataallyl complexes. All the new compounds have been characterized in solution by IR, 1H, 11B, 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and the structural types were unequivocally established by crystallographic analysis of 2 b , 3 a – c and 5 – 7 . DFT calculations were performed to evaluate possible bonding and electronic structures of the new compounds.  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra are presented of CO gas-treated protected gold colloids prepared from hydrazinium hydrate reduction of an Au(III) precursor which reproducibly feature a weak, shortlived peak at ca. 2169 cm(-1). When the gold colloid was treated with 99% isotopically enriched (13)CO gas, the IR peak shifted to a frequency of 2114 cm(-1) which indicated that it represented a simple gold monocarbonyl species. The value of 2169 cm(-1) for the CO stretching frequency suggests the peak represents CO physisorbed on oxidised gold atoms on the colloid surface. The peak is not observed when the concentration of the colloidally dispersed gold is reduced either by use of lower starting salt concentrations or by aggregation. It is also not observed when solutions of the protecting agent or reducing agent or the dispersion medium (water) or even the starting Au(III) salts are CO-treated individually. This confirms that the spectral feature is uniquely associated with colloidally dispersed gold. In general, the work has shown that the surfaces of Au colloids in situ have partially oxidised Au character which is of interest in systems where supported nanoparticulate gold derived from colloid preparations are considered for low temperature oxidation catalysts for CO.  相似文献

A simple and efficient protocol for the synthesis of 5‐aryl‐2‐(2‐substituted‐1,8‐naphthyridin‐3‐yl)‐thiazolo[3,2‐b][1,2,4]triazoles ( 4 ) is achieved by cyclocondensation of 3‐(2‐substituted‐1,8‐naphthyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazoles ( 3 ) with α‐halogenoketones in anhyd. methanol under microwave irradiation. The products are obtained in good yields and in a state of high purity.  相似文献
