The melt-crystallization and isothermal melt-crystallization kinetics of poly(ethylene terephthalate)/poly(trimethylene terephthalate) blends (PET/PTT) were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarized optical microscopy. Although PET and PTT in the binary blends are miscible at amorphous state, they will crystallize individually when cooled from the melt. In the DSC measurements, PET component with higher supercooling degree will crystallize first, and then the crystallite of PET will be the nucleating agent for PTT, which induce the crystallization of PTT at higher temperature. On the other hand, in both blends of PET80/PTT20 and PET60/PTT40, the PET component will crystallize at higher temperature with faster crystallization rate due to the dilute effect of PTT. So the commingled minor addition of one component to another helps to improve the crystallization of the blends. For blends of PET20/PTT80 and PET40/PTT60, isothermal crystallization kinetics evaluated in terms of the Avrami equation suggest different crystallization mechanisms occurred. The more PET content in blends, the fast crystallization rate is. The Avrami exponent, n = 3, suggests a three-dimensional growth of the crystals in both blends, which is further demonstrated by the spherulites formed in all blends. The crystalline blends show multiple-melting peaks during heating process.  相似文献

共价有机框架材料(COFs)是一类具有高比表面积、高孔隙率、高结晶度的结构多样性多孔材料.由于COFs具有可设计性、易功能化的特点,可通过"自上而下"或者后修饰策略将具有催化活性的官能团或金属颗粒嵌入到材料骨架当中,从而设计出高效催化剂. COFs已逐渐在多相催化及其它催化领域展现出非常大的应用价值.本文综述了COFs作为催化剂载体在多种催化反应中的合成策略与应用,对COFs催化剂的现状进行了总结与展望,同时指出该领域面临的问题与挑战.  相似文献

DNA nanostructures have been designed and used in many different applications. However, the use of nucleic acid scaffolds to promote the self-assembly of artificial protein mimics is only starting to emerge. Herein five coiled-coil peptide structures were templated by the hybridization of a d -DNA triplex or its mirror-image counterpart, an l -DNA triplex. The self-assembly of the desired trimeric structures in solution was confirmed by gel electrophoresis and small-angle X-ray scattering, and the stabilizing synergy between the two domains was found to be chirality-independent but orientation-dependent. This is the first example of using a nucleic acid scaffold of l -DNA to template the formation of artificial protein mimics. The results may advance the emerging POC-based nanotechnology field by adding two extra dimensions, that is, chirality and polarity, to provide innovative molecular tools for rational design and bottom-up construction of artificial protein mimics, programmable materials and responsive nanodevices.  相似文献

We developed a low-cost multi-core inertial microfluidic centrifuge (IM-centrifuge) to achieve a continuous-flow cell/particle concentration at a throughput of up to 20 mL/min. To lower the cost of our IM-centrifuge, we clamped a disposable multilayer film-based inertial microfluidic (MFIM) chip with two reusable plastic housings. The key MFIM chip was fabricated in low-cost materials by stacking different polymer-film channel layers and double-sided tape. To increase processing throughput, multiplexing spiral inertial microfluidic channels were integrated within an all-in-one MFIM chip, and a novel sample distribution strategy was employed to equally distribute the sample into each channel layer. Then, we characterized the focusing performance in the MFIM chip over a wide flow-rate range. The experimental results showed that our IM-centrifuge was able to focus various-sized particles/cells to achieve volume reduction. The sample distribution strategy also effectively ensured identical focusing and concentration performances in different cores. Finally, our IM-centrifuge was successfully applied to concentrate microalgae cells with irregular shapes and highly polydisperse sizes. Thus, our IM-centrifuge holds the potential to be employed as a low-cost, high-throughput centrifuge for disposable use in low-resource settings.  相似文献

根据超导线圈受电磁力、热膨胀、弯曲应力作用的受力机制,首先理论研究了超导线圈在发生弹塑性变形时内部的应力、应变、位移,然后使用两段直线之间由过渡曲线相连接的简化模型作为超导线的应力-应变曲线的近似特性。利用有限元方法,数值模拟了电磁力作用下典型的Nb3Sn超导线材在不同边界条件下的应力、应变、位移分布情况。计算结果定量显示了超导线的弹塑性变形特性同电流密度的关系,初步预测了超导线圈发生塑性变形的区域和扩展以及支撑结构对超导磁体力学行为的影响。  相似文献

Via hydrothermal synthesis of Sn-Al gels, mild dealumination and ion exchange, a bimetallic Sn-Ni-Beta catalyst was prepared which can convert glucose to methyl lactate (MLA) and methyl vinyl glycolate (MVG) in methanol at yields of 71.2 % and 10.2 %, respectively. Results from solid-state magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, spectroscopic analysis, probe-temperature-programmed desorption, and density functional theory calculations conclusively reveal that the openness of the Sn sites, such as by the formation of [(SiO)3−Sn−OH] entities, is governed by an adjacent metal cation such as Ni2+, Co2+, and Mn2+. This relies on the low structure-defective pore channel, provided by the current synthesis scheme, and the specific silica hydroxyl anchor point is associated with the incorporation of Sn for additional and precise metal ion localization. The presence of metal cations significantly improved the catalytic performance of Sn-Ni-Beta for glucose isomerization and conversion to MLA of sugar compared with Sn-Beta.  相似文献

The diversification of natural products to expand biologically relevant chemical space for drug discovery can be achieved by combining complementary bioprocessing and chemical transformations. Herein, genetically engineered Escherichia coli fermentation to produce amorphadiene and valencene was combined with metal-free photocatalysis transformations to further access nootkatone, cis-nootkatol and two hydration derivatives. In fermentation, using a closed, anaerobic condition avoided the use of organic overlay, increased the productivity, and simplified the work-up process. Metal-free photocatalysis hydration and allylic C−H oxidation were designed and implemented to make the whole process greener. It was shown that the anti-Markovnikov selectivity of photocatalyzed alkene hydration could be reversed by stereo-electronic and steric effects existing in complex natural products. The combination of bioprocessing and photocatalysis may provide an efficient and greener way to expand the chemical space for pharmaceutical, flavor and fragrance industry.  相似文献

主要研究面曝光选区激光熔化单层成形时,激光光斑搭接率和电流对形状精度的影响。实验通过控制变量法研究搭接率、曝光时间、电流等工艺参数对激光光斑、熔道、圆环、尖角等成形形状精度的影响。实验结果表明:一定范围内,电流越大,激光光斑更均匀,成形一致性更好;搭接率38.4%能够获得最低的形状误差的熔道;搭接率一定,圆环成形误差随电流的增加而增加;尖角成形误差随着电流增加,呈现先增后减的趋势;搭接率为46.1%、38.4%时,零级衍射带来的形状误差降低。  相似文献
