A novel sensitive and specific Hg(2+) chemodosimeter, derived from 1',3'-dithiane-substituted 2,1,3-benzoxadiazole, displays "turn-on" fluorescent and colorimetric responses via an Hg(2+)-triggered aldehyde recovery reaction. Its potential to monitor Hg(2+) in living organisms has been demonstrated using zebrafish larvae.  相似文献

The main challenge in bone ultrasound imaging is the large acoustic impedance contrast and sound velocity differences between the bone and surrounding soft tissue. It is difficult for conventional pulse-echo modalities to give accurate ultrasound images for irregular bone boundaries and microstructures using uniform sound velocity assumption rather than getting a prior knowledge of sound speed. To overcome these limitations, this paper proposed a frequency-domain fullwaveform inversion(FDFWI) algorithm for bone quantitative imaging utilizing ultrasonic computed tomography(USCT).The forward model was calculated in the frequency domain by solving the full-wave equation. The inverse problem was solved iteratively from low to high discrete frequency components via minimizing a cost function between the modeled and measured data. A quasi-Newton method called the limited-memory Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shanno algorithm(L-BFGS) was utilized in the optimization process. Then, bone images were obtained based on the estimation of the velocity and density. The performance of the proposed method was verified by numerical examples, from tubular bone phantom to single distal fibula model, and finally with a distal tibia-fibula pair model. Compared with the high-resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography(HR-p QCT), the proposed FDFWI can also clearly and accurately presented the wavelength scaled pores and trabeculae in bone images. The results proved that the FDFWI is capable of reconstructing high-resolution ultrasound bone images with sub-millimeter resolution. The parametric bone images may have the potential for the diagnosis of bone disease.  相似文献

These results extend the results about the Drazin inverse of M given by R. Hartwig, X. Li and Y.?Wei (SIAM J. Matrix Anal. Appl. 27:757?C771, 2006) and by C. Deng (J. Math. Anal. 梳理任务可用度的基本模型,构建装置执行任务的过程类型和时间模型图,体现任务时限和修复时限的要求,以此给出装置单次任务可用性评价模型 ;选用曲线拟合和拟合优度检验方法,考虑修复对任务影响程度差异及其发生概率,建立装置多次任务可用性评价模型、评价方法及分析步骤,为系统地开展惯性约束聚变激光装置可用性评价提供一般模型和方法。通过对神光-Ⅲ原型装置使用可靠性数据处理和分析,验证提出的模型和分析方法的正确性和经济性。研究成果将直接应用于神光-Ⅲ主机装置的可靠性工程建设中。  相似文献

The investigation of the constituents of the rhizomes of Dioscorea collettii afforded one new dihydroisocoumarin, named (−)-montroumarin (1a), along with five known compounds—montroumarin (1b), 1,1′-oxybis(2,4-di-tert-butylbenzene) (2), (3R)-3′-O-methylviolanone (3a), (3S)-3′-O-methylviolanone (3b), and (RS)-sativanone (4). Their structures were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic methods. To the best of our knowledge, compound 1a is a new enantiomer of compound 1b. The NMR data of compound 2 had been reported but its structure was erroneous. The structure of compound 2 was revised on the basis of a reinterpretation of its NMR data (1D and 2D) and the assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR data was given rightly for the first time. Compounds 3a–4, three dihydroisoflavones, were reported from the Dioscoreaceae family for the first time. The cytotoxic activities of all the compounds were tested against the NCI-H460 cell line. Two dihydroisocoumarins, compounds 1a and 1b, displayed moderate cytotoxic activities, while the other compounds showed no cytotoxicity.  相似文献

在熔石英表面人工溅射一层Al膜污染物,分别测试污染前后熔石英基片在355 nm波长激光辐照下的损伤阈值,并采用透射式光热透镜技术、椭偏仪和光学显微镜研究了污染物Al膜的热吸收、厚度以及激光辐照前后熔石英的损伤形貌。用355 nm波长的脉冲激光分别辐照位于污染的熔石英和洁净的熔石英前后表面的损伤点,并用显微镜在线采集损伤增长图样,测试损伤点面积。实验表明:熔石英前表面的金属Al膜污染物导致基片损伤阈值的下降约30%,后表面的污染物导致基片下降约15%,位于熔石英样片后表面损伤点面积随激光辐照次数呈指数增长,而位于前表面的损伤点面积与激光脉冲辐照次数呈线性增长关系;带有污染的熔石英样片的增长因子比洁净的熔石英样片的增长因子高30%。  相似文献

为了抑制热力学穿梭效应, 改善锂硫电池的电化学性能. 将三(2-羧乙基)膦芳纶纸中间层(TCEP-AP)嵌在锂硫电池正极和隔膜之间. 通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 红外光谱和元素能谱分析(EDS)等对材料进行结构和性能表征. 电化学实验表明, TCEP是一种特别有效的多硫化物剪切剂, 在0.1C倍率时, S-TCEP-AP 锂硫电池的初始放电容量达到1544 mA·h·g -1. 在1C倍率下循环400次后, 比放电容量仍维持在609 mA·h·g -1, 衰减率极低(每周衰减0.029%), 展现出良好的倍率和循环性能.  相似文献

Cancer cells usually adapt metabolic phenotypes to chemotherapeutics. A defensive strategy against this flexibility is to modulate signaling pathways relevant to cancer bioenergetics. A triphenylphosphonium‐modified terpyridine platinum(II) complex (TTP) was designed to inhibit thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) and multiple metabolisms of cancer cells. TTP exhibited enhanced cytotoxicity against cisplatin‐insensitive human ovarian cancer cells in a caspase‐3‐independent manner and showed preferential inhibition to mitochondrial TrxR. The morphology and function of mitochondria were severely damaged, and the levels of mitochondrial and cellular reactive oxygen species were decreased. As a result, TTP exerted strong inhibition to both mitochondrial and glycolytic bioenergetics, thus inducing cancer cells to enter a hypometabolic state.  相似文献

分析和讨论3种典型载荷(单轴拉压、纯扭及90^\circ非比例)情况下的5组损伤控制参数,提出了一种以临界面上最大剪切应力幅和最大法向应力的非线性组合作为损伤控制参数的多轴高周疲劳寿命预测模型, 该模型考虑了平均应力对疲劳寿命的影响, 比现有的疲劳预测模型具有更宽的金属材料适用范围. 两种不同类型材料下的多轴非比例试验的预测结果表明,模型的预测结果与试验符合较好.   相似文献

通过对航空发动机空心风扇叶片用Ti-6Al-4V 随炉试样的高周和超高周疲劳试验研究,揭示了Ti-6Al-4V 材料在107 循环周次以上同样会发生疲劳破坏. 采用三参数幂函数寿命曲线拟合了高周和超高周的疲劳性能数据,发现可以较好地将两种试验下的数据衔接起来,结果显示在此试验条件下基于超声的超高周疲劳试验的频率效应可以忽略. 通过断口分析表明,超高周试样在试样表面没有缺陷的情况下,裂纹大多数是从材料内部或次表面萌生,而高周疲劳试样的裂纹是从材料表面开始萌生.  相似文献
