A novel one-pot two-step protocol has been developed to synthesize various spiro[benzofuran-2,2′-naphthalen]-1′-one derivatives from the three-component reaction of tetralones, 2-hydroxyphenyl functionalized α,β-unsaturated ketones, and iodine. One C–C bond and one C–O bond have formed during this process. The notable features of this protocol are simple and mild reaction conditions, applicable to a wide range of readily available starting materials, good yields (up to 91%), and excellent stereoselectivities (up to 97:3). 相似文献

Rapid improvement in the efficiency of GaN-based LEDs not only speed up its applications for general illumination, but offer the possibilities for data transmission. This review is to provide an overview of current progresses of GaN-based LEDs for light communications. The modulation bandwidth of GaN-based LEDs has been first improved by optimizing the LED epilayer structures and the modulation bandwidth of 73 MHz was achieved at the driving current density of 40 A/cm2 by changing the multi-quantum well structures. After that, in order to increase the current density tolerance, different parallel flip-chip micro-LED arrays were fabricated. With a high injected current density of ~7900 A/cm2, a maximum modulation bandwidth of ~227 MHz was obtained with optical power greater than 30 mW. Besides the increase of carrier concentrations, the radiative recombination coefficient B was also enhanced by modifying the photon surrounding environment based on some novel nanostructures such as resonant cavity, surface plasmon, and photonic crystals. The optical 3 dB modulation bandwidth of GaN-based nanostructure LEDs with Ag nanoparticles was enhanced by 2 times compared with GaN-based nanostructure LEDs without Ag nanoparticles. Our results demonstrate that using the QW-SP coupling can effectively help to enhance the carrier spontaneous emission rate and also increase the modulation bandwidth for LEDs, especially for LEDs with high intrinsic IQE. (PS) beads. By controlling the concentration ratios of the two quantum dots (QDs) in doping solutions, a series of codes with
different intensity ratios were obtained. Based on the multiple encoded carboxylic modified polystyrene beads, fluorescent

针对传统的航空雷达网络面临的入侵威胁,以及雷达网络存在的入侵诊断检测效率较低,数据匹配速度较慢等问题,提出了一种基于双向联想记忆网络的航空雷达在线入侵诊断方法,构建航空雷达在线入侵诊断模型,对航空雷达网络中的外部数据进行预处理,并获取数据特征以及数据特征的可辨识属性矩阵和决策辨识函数,计算测试参数集的所有特征向量,从而使入侵检测算子的匹配量减少,以此提升数据匹配效率,实现对外部入侵数据的过滤检测,从而对雷达数据网络进行在线监控,有效抵御外部异常数据的入侵,保证了航空雷达网络的安全性;仿真结果表明文章方法有效提高了航空雷达网络的在线数据检测匹配速度,诊断准确率达到93.3%,且对航空雷达的入侵诊断检测效率、误报率、漏报率等方面都有明显改善。 相似文献

A facile colloidal approach to synthesize Ag8(Ge1?x,Snx)(S6?y,Sey) nanocrystals (NCs) in a highly controlled way across the entire compositional ranges (0≤x≤1, 0≤y≤6) has been developed. The NCs exhibit a uniform size distribution, highly crystalline structure, over 1 g scalable synthesis, and tunable band gaps in the range of 0.88–1.45 eV by varying their chemical compositions. The Ag8GeS6 NCs with a band gap of approximately 1.45 eV were employed as a model light harvester to assess their applicability in solar cells by a full solution‐processing device, yielding an efficiency of 0.28 % under AM1.5 illumination, demonstrating their application potential in solar energy utilization. 相似文献

The accumulation and deposition of β-amyloid (Aβ) plaques in the brain is considered a potential pathogenic mechanism underlying Alzheimer's disease (AD). Chiral l/d -FexCuySe nanoparticles (NPs) were fabricated that interfer with the self-assembly of Aβ42 monomers and trigger the Aβ42 fibrils in dense structures to become looser monomers under 808 nm near-infrared (NIR) illumination. d -FexCuySe NPs have a much higher affinity for Aβ42 fibrils than l -FexCuySe NPs and chiral Cu2−xSe NPs. The chiral FexCuySe NPs also generate more reactive oxygen species (ROS) than chiral Cu2−xSe NPs under NIR-light irradiation. In living MN9D cells, d -NPs attenuate the adhesion of Aβ42 to membranes and neuron loss after NIR treatment within 10 min without the photothermal effect. In-vivo experiments showed that d -FexCuySe NPs provide an efficient protection against neuronal damage induced by the deposition of Aβ42 and alleviate symptoms in a mouse model of AD, leading to the recovery of cognitive competence. 相似文献

A bioorthogonal ligation and cleavage method via reactions of chloroquinoxalines (CQ) and ortho-dithiophenols (DT) is presented. Double nucleophilic substitutions of ortho-dithiophenols to chloroquinoxalines provide conjugates containing tetracyclic benzo[5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-b]quinoxaline with strong built-in fluorescence together with release of the other functional molecules. Three cleavable linkers were designed and successfully used in release of the molecules containing biotin from the protein conjugates. The CQ-DT bioorthogonal reactions can be applied for the bioorthogonal ligations, bioorthogonal cleavages, and trans-tagging of proteins, and show advantages of readily accessible unnatural orthogonal groups, appealing reaction kinetics (k2≈1.3 m −1 s−1), excellent biocompatibility of orthogonal groups, and high stability of conjugates.
